• David (10/5): Great room. Great location. Great staff. - Position was excellent, a few metres from the Venetian Harbour and amongst the laneways. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. A very minor thing - the air-con was a little bit complicated. But this is a very minor point and did not detract from a wonderful stay.

• Adeline (8/5): Au cœur de la ville , dans un endroit plein de charme - L emplacement, exceptionnel! Le bruit , la situation fait qu’en étant au plus proche du vieux de la ville , cela soit bruyant , il faut juste le savoir

• Fernanda (10/5): Muy buena estancia - Excelente la pieza, muy amplia y comoda. Estaba en el primer piso y creo que vale la pena advertir que el acceso es solo en escalera. Nuestra pieza tenia un balcon con vista al mar y Little Venice. Muy buena ubicacion en el centro con muchas opciones de restaurante y tiendas. El hotel tiene convenio con una cafeteria cerca para desayuno. La pieza cuenta con refrigerador, seguro, ammenities y tambien dsiponibilizan toalla de playa. La recepcion se cierra en la noche y los accesos se hacen a traves de codigo electronico. Todas las recepcionista muy amables y simpaticas y nos ayudaron con informaciones. Para conocimiento todo esta region donde esta el hotel no se puede acceder con auto, pero te avisan la calle mas proxima donde pueden bajarse con la maleta.

There is no elevator so make sure you are in good physical condition to carry yr suitcases to yr room using staircase. We were on 2nd floor so u definitely need to be in shape.

• Jasmina (10/5): Für uns absolut perfekt und wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall! - Sehr interessantes Interieur, sehr herzliches Personal und perfekte Lage direkt am Venezianischen Hafen. Das Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) war mitten im Zimmer ohne Tür. Als Ehepaar hat es uns nicht gestört, wenn man "als Freunde" verreist, möglicherweise nicht so angenehm.

• Mindaugas (10/5): - Everything was excelent! I was worrying a bit that it's not enough space for our family of 3 and our son will have very small bed to sleep in. But when we entered the apartment, it was Wow! Everything was perfect. Room was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and ready to help in every step. The location is amazing! And the best part was terrace view (we loved it so much)!

• Dimitrios (10/5): - Άψογη τοποθεσία, όμορφα διαρρυθμισμένο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο και καθημερινό καθάρισμα. Είναι η τρίτη φορά που μένω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Κάθε φορά που κατεβαίνω στα Χανιά το προτιμάω.

• Sue (10/5): Beautiful hotel in the center of Old Town Chania - Wonderful location, well appointed rooms, front desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Right by the harbor! There are no elevators in this hotel-if stairs are an issue this would not be the best place to stay.

Room facilities were adequate. No reception staff over the two days we stayed. No one contacted us to find out if we need any help or we are OK. Very impersonal with no local help to provide any local information.

• ELEFTHERIA (10/5): Τέλεια ανακαινισμένο κατάλυμα, πολύ καθαρό και στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της παλιάς πόλης των Χανίων! - Τέλεια ανακαινισμένο κατάλυμα στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της παλιάς πόλης των Χανίων! Η σουίτα μας ήταν πολύ άνετη, πολύ καθαρή, με ωραία και λειτουργική επίπλωση, ψυγειάκι (με 2 νεράκια!!!), βραστήρα (φακελάκια nescafe, τσαγιού, ζάχαρης λευκής/μαύρης) και μηχανή NESPRESSO με κάψουλες και μοντέρνα ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η θέα της ήταν προς την πόλη και έβλεπε σε ένα ωραίο σοκάκι. Επειδή σχεδόν απέναντι υπάρχει κατάστημα υγειονομικού ενδιαφέροντος με μεγάλα ψυγεία, κατά διαστήματα υπήρχε θόρυβος από αυτά, αλλά για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα, γιατί η διαμονή μας ήταν τέλος Νοεμβρίου, οπότε τα παράθυρα τα είχαμε λίγες ώρες ανοιχτά.

• Lori (10/5): This place is a real gem in the old town, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Chania! I highly recomme - The location was very convenient to the old town and the harbor, everything was walkable. I really liked the mix of old and new in the room’s interior! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, than you Ada for all your tips and suggestions, especially the free parking down by the water. I have nothing negative to report about the property

• Peter (10/5): Einfach nur "tolles Zimmer". - Mit meiner Wandergruppe brauchte ich kurzfristig ein zusätzliches Hotelzimmer und war absolut begeistert von dem Zimmer. Die Dusche mitten im Zimmer war einfach genial!!! Tolle Betten und absolut tolles Ambiente und ein überaus sehr freundlicher Empfang.
• Lucy (9/5): Stunning views from very a very confortable, well equipped room. - Everything! It’s right on the harbour overlooking the sea and lighthouse. It’s right at the heart of the Old Town. The room itself was beautiful with beamed ceiling and long windows. A beautiful en-suite with powerful shower, a very comfortable king size bed with crisp white linen. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge. A sofa and views that fed the soul. Be aware that there is no private parking and Chania can be difficult to find a spot if you plan to hire a car. We were on the 3rd floor - great vista, but the stairs! Be aware, only one room has access to a balcony.

• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional place - Everything was perfect. The hotel is small, both modern and authentic, and in an exceptionally central location. Just 7–8 minutes away, there is a large municipal parking lot where you can park for free and conveniently.

• Jetta (9/5): Penthouse with private terrace above the Old town streets - +location +private penthouse terrace above old town streets and all day sunshine +clean room +bakery coffee shop down stairs +old town taxi pick up point very near +lots of stairs to upper floor, but its worth of it (great training many times a day) - perfect - a bit noisy in the late evenings but what can you wait when you are in the heart of the city. - book a room in the lower floors, if you have bad legs or other health issues.

• Ryan (10/5): Incredible Stay at Seafront Suite - The suite was spacious and clean, overlooking the harbour with an incredible view of the lighthouse. Just steps to many restaurants, bars and cafes, you never have to go far for whatever you need. Friendly staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chania.
