• Sharee (10/5): - Location and views were amazing. Great apartment, well laid out.
• Sean (1/5): SCAM - avoid at all costs - Wouldn’t know. They cancelled our prepaid booking 5 minutes after check in and provided no reason. This “property” doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but that’s the lowest I can rate. We never got to see the facilities, cleanliness, location or anything else because they canceled our booking five minutes after check-in time—when we contacted them for access details. Worse, after cancelling, they stopped responding completely. Calls went unanswered and they left us on read, refusing to help in any way while we were standing there with our bags and nowhere to go. This is not an isolated incident—other reviews clearly show they pull this stunt regularly. They're not actually part of the hotel they, and they’ll leave you scrambling for last-minute accommodation at double or triple the cost after already taking your payment. Avoid this listing at all costs. If you book here, expect to be ghosted, ripped off, and forced to find somewhere else at the last minute.
• Brett (3/5): Average - The photos on the booking site were not relevant to this room in the current condition. I appreciate the Meriton is now building in front of this apartment but the photos listed do not even reflect current furnishings inside the apartment. The TV remote is missing for the main bedroom and TV is hanging in a weird fashion. Their is an odd odour in the main bed and the mattress protector is FILTHY!!
• Collin (1/5): It was totally unsatisfactory.i regretted booking this and worst of alli trusted Booking.com site this will be my last! - My family was left without staying at the property because we couldn’t get in touch with the owner to collect the keys and access into the property We didn’t get to stay there!!

• Steven (4/5): Terrible Views, should have just booked a cheaper inward facing room somewhere. - Not too many good things to say. Located away from the center of Surfer’s Paradise, the view of the ocean was marred by a large construction crane. Not the picturesque views we were hoping for.
• Kody (1/5): Bad - Nothing We didn't know until we arrived that the Tiger loft is part of a complex (Rapsody resort) but privately advertised/booked. As a result, we were unable to check in at the main reception. I phoned the property owner, who advised that she would send the details to enter the property. I waited 5 minutes for the email, which did not arrive. I phoned back and went straight to voice-mail. I attempted to contact her several times over the next hour with no result. We booked and paid 2 months prior at $290 for the night and ended up having to book elsewhere at $500 for the night due to high demand with a concert in the area that weekend. I have still not had any contact from the owner, so I am highly doubtful I will get a refund. Pissed off is an understatement.
• Kylie (3/5): Apartment was filthy - The view and location and the bed was comfortable It was a nice apartment but it was absolutely filthy. There were heaps of crumbs in the oven the microwave had food scraps and hadn’t been cleaned, cockroaches in the kitchen. There were ants on my toothbrush and the sheets. The kids room only had stained blankets on it with no sheet in between. No soap in one of the showers and no conditioner. No coffee. Smoke detector had plastic bag covering it. Clumps of hair on the rug. Laundry was filthy and the dishes weren’t clean. Mirrors and sliding doors were dirty. Intercom had dirt/makeup all over it. Only 1 key for 4 of us. Host was not helpful when I addressed these issues. The photos displayed on their listing are not of this actual apartment, they must be from another apartment in the building. I would have added more pictures of the filth if I could but was only able to upload 4. Do not stay here if you would like to sleep in a clean apartment.
