The lodge was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist, who made us feel right at home. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I visit Burgersfort. Didn’t have much privacy in the house because the staff uses the same kitchen as the guests
• Wendy2609 (3/5): Unsatisfied service - I was not happy with the place , it was not clean at all Place was not clean, hair everywhere in the bedroom and bathroom, water is very low. The cleaners had been knocking on the door from 7am for cleaning while check out is 11ham. They should change the hours to 7am.
• Lillian (9/5): Perfect Place to consider . - The receptionist ,her name is Bridget she called me to find out if we still coming,she send us location ,when we arrive she came straight to the gate to welcome us,the secury welcomed us with a smile.Bridget accompanied us to our room and showed us around,she gave ear to my frustrations as I explained why we arrived after 10h30pm..It is a double wow for us. Everything was perfect but the bath soap was not there only the foam bath in the shower ,but it is not a big deal .

• Kabelo (6/5): - The property is clean There is a serious power issue in this area and it does not look like the establishment has a reliable backup. When the power comes back, the circuits trip and you need to remind the staff to switch on the geyser.

Whoever designed the interior did an incredible job. There isn’t much I can say I don’t enjoy about the place. However, one thing I’ve noticed is that the pictures on the website need to be updated.

They are patient, explain everything, they are very welcoming, I'd say loving as well, and are open to anything you suggest to them. Well, I got lost. The GPS directions are incorrect, I got lost into an area I was familiar with and it was already dark. There are not enough boards to direct you to the place.

• Mankwane (7/5): Great place in Burgersfort to stay and definitely value for money. - I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean and located in a very convenient area, close to a large mall, which made everything so much easier. The staff were amazing — incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I also felt very safe, thanks to the visible and reassuring security presence. A special mention to the cleaning lady, whose customer-centric attitude truly stood out. She made us feel comfortable and welcome at all times, and her warmth was the highlight of our experience. Highly recommended! While we had an overall pleasant stay, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the property offered at least a basic breakfast option. The main issue we experienced was with the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. It would really help if the beds were replaced occasionally, as a comfortable bed makes a big difference when you’re away from home. Additionally, the beds tended to move apart during the night, which was uncomfortable for us as a couple.
