• David (10/5): - Хотелът е наистина уникално място за почивка. Стаите са номерирани като домино и това беше супер яко, като добавя оригинален чар и атмосфера. Аз бях в стая 2/2, която имаше хубава баня, което аз ценя, и удобно легло. Лобито е супер арт, като детайли като маймуните с факлите, въжетата и цялостната концепция са изпипани до най-малкия елемент. Градинката е зелена и спокойна, идеална за отдих. Ресторантът е на високо ниво, персоналът е учтив и усмихнат, а локацията е отлична, близо до плажа и центъра на Лозенец. Атмосферата е спокойна и приятелска, перфектно място за релакс.

• Guest (8/5): A very good place in the lovely Lozenets - We really liked the place with its garden, nice restaurant, as well as the proximity to Hasienda beach. The upholstered headboard of the bed was dirty and it stunk. We could see the stains. We covered it with a sheet, yet it was not nice.

The young man at the entrance was very polite and kind, while the young woman was less we - The interior was nice and cozy The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, but the cleanliness could be improved. The floor and bathroom were not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell. With a little more attention and control over the cleaning staff, the overall experience could be much better.

• Светлозара (10/5): Beautiful, calm, well decorated boutique hotel - The rooms are clean and well decorated! The garden is beautiful and calm. The staff and the service are beyond nice. We will definitely come back again next year! The restaurant was really delicious! Worth trying!

• Alina (9/5): Great hotel with super nice staff, but avoid the “brother” restaurant - The rooms were really nice and quite big (especially the studio) and rrally comfortable. The Staff also very nice and responsive. The cleanliness was good, but not every day done. The most unpleasant thing tough was the sharing area with the Friends restaurant, where apart of the noise during the evening, the service staff was rude and dismissive. They refused wirh arrogance to serve a drink in an afternoon when the restaurant was empty. We never came back to eat here (the food was not magnifique either), but found plenty of nice other restaurants to eat good and be treated politly.

• Adela (7/5): the place needs some improvement, but overall it was a nice stay - We loved the little garden/yard with fig trees and hydrangeas, the bed was confortable and the overall atmosphere quite pleasant. We had a few issues during our stay in Lozenetz that made things a bit frustrating. First off, the Wi-Fi in our small apartment was really poor—it was practically unusable! My husband and I ended up having to go to the restaurant just to get some work done. Also, the cleaning service was hit or miss. Even though we put the blue sign on the door to request cleaning, the cleaning lady didn't come half the time we were there. I did give her a tip once, and she brought us new sheets and mopped the two rooms, which was nice. But on the other days, we had to borrow a broom and tidy up ourselves. There was sand everywhere, and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. We even ended up buying some wipes from the supermarket to clean the sink, glasses, and cups, which took us about an hour each day—definitely not ideal with two kids! Overall, these little things made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We've had room 4:4 - the room itself is OK and there is a small garden place which can be used as additional entrance. Overall it is a nice and quiet place to rest. BATHROOM - or the excentric variant of it. 1. For us it is unacceptable to not have water source in the toilet in 21 century. 2. The shower cabin is open towards the room - which would be OK if you have at least an option to dimm the glass if you need to. 3. the "bathroom" sink appears right in the middle of the room, next to the bed - which is not comfortable at all. 4. this is the first time ever for me to pay for a coffe per capsule, when you have a coffe machine in the room. Normally coffe and tea are free of charge ... It is not the price, but more like - bad taste ...

• Emanuela (10/5): Exceptional - A Perfect Getaway for the summer - Friends Hotel in Lozenets Friends Hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a spotless, inviting atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring & beaching. The food was truly amazing. Whether we were enjoying a great breakfast or delightful dinner at the hotel restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect dining experience. Location-wise, Friends Hotel couldn't be better. It was perfectly situated near the beach, making it easy to enjoy it or explore the village and all it had to offer. Also one of the best beach night clubs in the area is close by and in the same time the rooms are quiet enough to enjoy peaceful night sleep. We spent some quality time with friends, creating cherished memories in a truly special setting. And the kids OMG they were so happy playing freely around. They forgot that they have devices! Overall the hotel provided the perfect blend of comfort, delicious food, excellent service, and a prime location. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable getaway with friends & family.

Our room had a nice and quiet backyard patio. The whole hotel was curated tastefully. The restaurant was nice, a lot of different seating options with a beautiful garden and atmosphere. We really enjoyed the short stay.

The vegetation (and restaurant) around the hotel is fabulous. Having a lemonade in the shade is the thing I enjoyed most. The rooms are spacious The whole place (rooms, lobby, outside, restaurant) is very well designed, spaced, and decorated. Simply looking around was very pleasant. There is air conditioning in the room, and all rooms have access to spacious terraces, shaded by fig trees. The mosquito nets were useful. The toiletries were good quality There is a drying rack on the terace. Very useful. The mini-fridge was well stocked, and the prices were not overwhelming. If you decide you want to have mineral water late at night, you can just enjoy it. The place was clean. It wasn't spotless (some dust bunnies under the bed and some spider webs in the corners of the room), but it was pretty close. The food at the hotel restaurant was fresh. Good quality ingredients. - The shower!!! It was a pain. Water would leak from corners, and the drain barely worked. - There were no menus in English at the hotel restaurant, and the waiters did not speak English. The owner was very friendly and helpful, but without a menu, it was difficult for us to order within budget. - The prices at the restaurant were on the expensive side, and the portions were rather small. - The internet was terrible. We had better internet on our phones. - We badly wished we had some lounge chairs. We found seating was quite uncomfortable.

The studio had balcony with a place for sitting outside. Pets friendly, which was very important for us. The hotel has reserved parking spots on the street, which is very convenient for travelers with a car. The studio we had was a bit small for 4 people. We got additional folding bed for our second child, but this limited the space even more. Breakfast is not included in the price and it's rather expensive in the restaurant. No kitchen facilities in the room, only mini fridge (which comes full of beverages for purchase) and a coffee machine (but you have to pay for the coffee capsules)

Rooms have good equipment, comfortable beds, nice bath and a refreshing garden view from the balcony. Basically you have everything you need.
