Locația bună, ajungi repede oriunde vrei, este liniște în hotel, lift. Nu mergea instalația de încălzire, afară erau 13 grade, în cameră 17 grade, nu s-a făcut curățenie în cameră deloc în tot sejurul, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu s-a dus gunoiul, am primit hârtie igienică doar dacă am cerut, șamponul și gelul de duș erau aceleași și aveau un miros neplăcut, breakfast-ul același, suc-ul extrem de "diluat" cu apă, băiatul de la recepție amabil dar lipsit de profesionalism, îi place mult alcoolul, am vrut să ne bucurăm de un masaj, dar nu ne-am putut înțelege, serviciile lasă de dorit. TV-ul... din 500 de programe, niciunul "occidental", doar rusești și turce. Lipsă balcon.

• Patrik (3/5): Additionally, Booking.com ignored our complaint and closed the case by offering only a €10 credit - We had been staying at this hotel for the past 4–5 years, usually 1–2 times per year, and we used to like it a lot. However, over time, the quality has gradually declined. On the positive side, the hotel is nicely located, and the staff is helpful. The quality of the accommodation was poor, and the facilities were outdated, with no visible renovations or maintenance. Even basic amenities, such as the lights, were not working. What was even worse, breakfast was included and advertised as a buffet (“Swedish tables”), but when we arrived at the dining room, the tables were empty. After we complained, we were brought a single plate of food that had been found in the kitchen, without being asked about our preferences. To make matters worse, there was only cold water in the shower, which was extremely unpleasant and ultimately the last straw for us. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.

The website photos must be decades old, and the description is a complete lie. The reality was far worse—the place is a total dump, and the staff is to blame. First off, I’ve never seen hotel employees sleeping in the lobby before! The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke from the entrance to the rooms. When we checked in late at night, it was obvious that someone had just been smoking inside. There was even cigarette ash on the windowsill, yet the window was closed. Clearly, no one bothered to air out the room properly—or they just did it in a hurry. We stayed for four nights, and every single day we wanted to leave, but refunds weren’t an option. The breakfast was another joke. The photos on Booking show a decent buffet, but in reality? A third of a cucumber, a quarter of a tomato, 5 grams of cheese, a bit of bread, one slice of artificial salami, one egg, and a plate of french fries. No, this is not a joke—fries at 8 AM! Coffee? Cheap 3-in-1 instant powder. The tea was so strong and bitter it seemed like they just kept refilling the same communal pot for days, adding more tea leaves and water. Want plain hot water? Forget it. The room itself was depressing. Maybe 10-15 years ago, it looked decent, but now it’s a wreck—peeling fake gold trim, dented trash bins, cracked walls, and light fixtures with missing bulbs. The floor smelled like a wet rag left to rot. And after housekeeping, we had to air out the room for hours because it reeked of sweat. Honestly, I didn’t have time to figure out why this place is such a disaster—I wasn’t here for a vacation. But on day five, we couldn’t take it anymore and moved to another hotel in the same price range. The difference was night and day—at least the staff there gave a damn about basic quality. This so-called "hotel" is a scam and a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy! They asked me to leave a review upon checkout—well, here you go!

(Through no fault of the hotel) We caught a virus on our travels to Turkey. Amazing mountain view from rooftop restaurant. The lift ends at floor 8. Restaurant is on floor 10. Guests need to go up spiral staircase to reach rooftop restaurant.

The bathroom door was out of frame but this didn’t really bother us and was a good nice room and hotel.

• Mohammed (8/5): Amazing place, loved the place, would definitely visit it again - The design of the rooms were beautiful and modern, it had 2 single sofas and a small table in there which was useful for when we wanted to have a snack, with a big window in the room facing the city. Liked that there was a mini fridge in the room, you could fill it with drinks, so when you are back from the hot weather outside have something cool to drink. The bed was very comfortable, we had very good sleep there. The staff were all very kind, helpful. The property was missing some basic things, which it would’ve made the stay of the guest more comfortable if it would have those things. 1- one or two pairs of slippers in the room 2- extra pillows and blankets is a must in every room 3- more drinks in the fridge and more tea Bags and sugars. 4- and there should be a female spa worker on site.

Location was perfect as market and beach was close by. Staff was not helpful as they don’t understand English, except one person. Despite several reminders they cleaned our room only once in 4 days. The locker was not working, telephone wire was disconnected so had to go to the reception for any service. Breakfast was on the 10th floor and the lift goes till 8th floor only, so we had to take stairs for 2 floors. Shower area in bathroom was very congested and there was no room to dry small clothes such as undergarments.

• Laura (1/5): Bad - The worst hotel we’ve ever been too. Suck a rip off. Entering the room with bitten fruits on the floor. We’ve stayed in for 1 week, the room was never cleaned. Towels never changed, bed sheets never changed. Every evening we had to ask for towels and they tell us “we don’t work after hours” which was around 8.30pm. When we asked for towels in the morning they reply “wait for the house keepers to come” but they never came. Checkout was meant to be on Saturday late evening as we had our first flight at 3am. Saturday at 12pm they called us to tell us to check out from the room. We had to pay extra 80euro to stay in the room and once paid he also asked us to”what time will you be leaving”. I guess that once I paid for an extra night which we didn’t even spent another night he didn’t have to ask us the time we’ll be leaving. During brekfast time, always same food and drinks (drinks where only orange juice and lemon juice) they had soft drinks in the fridge i asked for one they said it’s an extra charge … Such a rip off. Never again.

• Imran (5/5): Avoid if staying more than a night. - Staff were cool same breakfast everyday consisting of twenty variations of cheese , some sausages and boiled eggs everyday. Hotel rooms not cleaned in corners, months of dirt and grime gathered up, wall paper peeling off , marks and stains not cleaned off sofa. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned during breakfast time or no cleaning.

Its location is good, walking distance from clock tower and old city. if you don’t care about cleanliness go for it Not recommended at all especially if you have kids. Hotel was very dirty. Our flight was delayed so we had to extend one more night at this place as all hotels nearby were fully booked. Upon arrival we noticed room dirty, elevator dirty even the entrance. Breakfast was average but also not clean (tomato was not washed- with soil on it). we have a toddler with us so I was so anxious not to let her touch anything and we got her food from elsewhere. Staff was not helpful at all. Its a shame because its a nicely decorated place. I asked the guy at reception to clean he said tomorrow we do not today. He told my husband that they don’t have anyone as the lady leaves. They were not helpful recommending any place nearby neither for food or for exchange all they say is I dont know. At check out, I asked for an invoice he said well you should have told me before that you want an invoice at checkout in a tone as if we were wrong or did something wrong by asking for it. Very rude. So we had to wait in lobby half an hr until they fetched one for us.

Staff are not supportive to help if you have any issues. We ask for help to find a parking and they told that you have to find( kind of rude attitude) The breakfast is not great,they most have fruits,and vegetables, not so great. Luxury only in name not in any service. Please improve the service

Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We asked for a room service twice and we didn’t get it. Nobody cleaned our room or change our towels within the 5 days we have been there. Low variety of breakfast. On our last day we saw the cheff making omelettes, we asked for one and se said “tomorrow” it was our last day, therefore we didn’t get it

• Hmayak (8/5): Very good - The staff was very friendly, from receptionist to cleaners. We arrived very early and were offered an early check-in for a considerably small amount of money. The hotel facilities were exceptionally clean. Presented pictures are very close to what we saw. The location was perfect for moving around the city. We were provided with new towels and other amenities on daily basis. The breakfast was diverse and pleasing. I had left my phone at the property and they safely returned my phone after just one call.

This was the only hotel who supplied water bottles in the mini fridge. Breakfast didn't have much variety for hot food items and often the food wouldn't be replenished (this meant often there would be only cold items available). If the Hotel invested in cooking good quality Turkish food at it's restaurant and if it made it available for room service, the experience would be much better. Room service is another area that didn't offer consistency. Sometimes they would give you toilet roll and toiletries - other times there was nothing available. The good thing was whenever you informed them they would make it available. The other area that significantly affected our experience at Leslion Hotel was the constant heavy smell of cigarettes in our room. Our children had a lasting cough whilst we were on holiday which we believe was due to the smoke fumes from people smoking.

Upon our arrival, the night time staff was generous enough to allow us to borrow his charger plug as we forgot to purchase Turkish ones. So kind and attentive of him! The breakfast on the 10th floor was delicious and definitely something we would love to come back again to try. Secondly, the WIFI was extremely fast which is something we were fortunate to have as other hotels tend to provide slower internet connection. The Air-conditioning facilities are top-notch and the bathroom utilities was of a high standard. The location isn’t too bad, (10 minute walk from Mark Antalya), if you find yourself lost, the locals that sit around the entrance of the hotel are incredibly friendly and willing to help you out! And most importantly, the room we were booked into absolutely lived up to the “luxury” promise! We were skeptical at first of what we would see upon opening the doors as it does appear to be small but we were pleasantly surprised by the room we had! It was gorgeous, quaint and put together exquisitely. Nice and cozy. We are incredibly thankful for our stay! Great value for money as it is more on the budget side but the quality of service would make you think it was a more expensive location!

Good breakfast with smiling staff 4. Value for money 1. We can say that the location is at a bit odd place but not to the extent that we consider it negative. It is on a convenient walking distance from the City Centre and still away from the noisy environment. 2. Drinking water and tea facility has been kept limited and has to be requested.
