- Sofia (8/5): - The apartment is bright and spacious, with excellent noise-insulating windows. The location in the very center is perfect. The check-in process was not well organized. There is no air conditioning in the rooms.

- RAQUEL (8/5): Alojamiento correcto - El apartamento era muy espacioso y las camas eran muy cómodas. Está muy céntrico si quieres visitar y vivir la vida de Sassari. Al llegar la anfitriona te ha dejado preparado un desayuno. El aparcamiento era complicado. Por las noches la plaza era un poco ruidosa y no podías abrir las ventanas para refrescar la habitación. Había ventiladores por todos lados pero un poco ruidosos.
- Miran (9/5): - Stanovanje je prostorno, lepo in funkcionalno opremljeno. Je v središču mesta. Največja pomankljivost stanovanja je, da nima klime. Ima sicer stoječe in stropne ventilatorje, ki pa v veliki vročini niso efektni. Na trgu pred stanovanjem je zelo živahno do zgodnjih jutranjih ur, kar nas ne bi motilo, če bi lahko imeli zaprta okna, kar pa je bilo v tej vročinii nemogoče.

- Philip (9/5): Very comfortable and central - Spacious, clean, good location, very helpful owner We were there when it was very hot and although there were plenty of fans it was a task keeping the place cool. However, we slept well.
- Judit (10/5): Wonderful place, with 3 big bedrooms in the city center. - Alessandra was a wonderful host, she was waiting for us, in the flat everything was clean and bright. The apartement is in the old city center, very close to everything. Bonus: -10% offer in the restaurant in the building. -
- Milan (10/5): Great location and value for money - Great location, very specious, very good communication with the host, they even provided us with breakfast This is not about property but just in general: There is no parking so explore in advance parking options, as garage is expensive.

The piazza can be noisy but the windows provide good insulation. Stairs are a challenge with bags but that is often the way.
