• Ilham Sufiana binti (7/5): Above decent. Reasonable - Security and lots of amenities. Location easy Some areas could be cleaned better ( especially the bathroom) . The sofa shows sign of wear and tear.

• Asso (9/5): Great room, amazing view - The room was nice and spatious, and had everything necessary. There is a big living room with a kitchen corner, and a bedroom. The view from the window of the 25th floor is great. The location was also good – close to coffee shops and restaurants. Will probably book again next time I come to Kota Bharu. My only criticism is that the sofa in the living room appeared a bit too „tired“ for a „luxury suite“. But other than that I cannot really say anything bad. Good value for money!

• Stefan (5/5): - Zentrale Lage, grosszügiger Raum. Im Erdgeschoss einige Shops. Sehr dreckiges Badezimmer. Ständiger Lärm von angrenzenden Räumen/Geräten (nicht genau identifizierbar) auch nachts. Alarm ging mehrfach los, wurden darüber nicht informiert, wieso es einen Alarm gibt. Bezug von der Decke hat gefehlt. Sofa müsste mal ersetzt werden, man sitzt auf Holz.

• Sakilavani (9/5): Great stay, will repeaat. - The bed was comfy, location strategic, pool was awesome. Perfect for 2 pax to stay. Netflix free access, so able to enjoy the movie. Parking was available as well. 1. Water pressure was very slow in shower. Toilet bidet was powerful. 2. The sofa was not comfortable, only can feel the wood not the sponge 3. Price is RM 200 per night, could have been RM150 my opinion.

We would definitely return if we visit Kota Bharu. - The property is excellent, situated in the heart of town, making it easy to access popular attractions. Located on the 25th floor, the unit offers a stunning panoramic view of Kota Bharu. Additionally, its prime positioning provides breathtaking ocean views. My suggestion for the property owner is to provide a video guide for the parking location instead of only giving the lot number. As first-time visitors unfamiliar with the parking area, relying solely on the lot number written on the floor makes it difficult to find the designated spot.

• Joko (8/5): Kota Bharu’s hidden property gems - Complete amenities, if you are working you will have multiple workstations, either inside the unit or at the shops below such as Coffee Bean and Starbucks The owner is responsive. The location is nice. Highly recommended. Ps. The view at night is very beautiful, while you sit on the sofa.

• Ms (9/5): Ive had a nice night there, and will definitely add this unit into my list and be there again in future. - Its clean, Cheaper than other and nearest to refuse chamber, easy and few steps only to take out the trash. Modern design unit. Have netflix and wifi. Everything is great but I would suggest you to provide a hairdryer and toiletries such as Shower cream and shampoo ( maybe can put the one in bottles)
