Beers left all over the place by persons freshly released from prison.. someone was even shot 5 times in the driveway at the front of the building... rent with caution And.lastly dont buy groceries....the other "guests" are more than likely going to steal your food while you are away.. Bott9m line..It's a DUMP..... Not worth the discount

• SOMÁRIO (2/5): NÃO FIQUE NESSA ESTADIA, NÃO VALE A PENA. LOCALIZAÇÃO BOA, MAS UM PÉSSIMO LOCAL E MUITO SUJO. - Para falar a verdade a única parte que gostei da hospedagem foi da proximidade com a estação de metrô que facilitava o deslocamento na cidade. No mais não tem o que gostar. Vamos lá. Espero que esse comentário ajude outras pessoas a decidirem se vale a pena ou não ficar nessa hospedagem imunda. A hospedagem tem uma aparência externa até que relativamente nova, mas a desorganização interna do local faz parecer ser um prédio velho. O portão frontal não tem controle de acesso, qualquer pessoa pode abrir o portão e entrar. O acesso ao imóvel se dá por meio de um código que é gerado para ser inserido em uma porta com fechadura eletrônica, até ai tudo bem. No momento do check-in essas informações são confusas. Quando estive, apareceu um homem que não se identificou direito falando que precisava confirmar as informações da reserva. Parece ser alguém que mora no no local e em troca faz esse serviço de checagem para os proprietários da hospedagem. A pessoa não tem domínio da plataforma do Booking, pelo menos foi o que me pareceu. Fiz uma reserva para duas pessoas e chegando no local ele insistiu que a reserva feita tinha sido só para uma pessoa e não estava permitindo a minha entrada com a outra pessoa que viajava comigo. Para não ficar do lado de fora tivemos que fazer uma outra reserva imediata para poder ter acesso mesmo já tendo pago na primeira e ainda hoje essa situação não foi resolvida em relação ao reembolso do valor duplicado. Mais essa nem foi a pior parte. Os quartos são compostos de 4 beliches o que totaliza 6 pessoas em cada quarto. É super pequeno, as camas são de metal e não são firmes com os parafusos bem apertados, se mechem demais em qualquer movimento da pessoa de baixo ou de cima. Existe uma espécie de área de jantar com cozinha na parte debaixo onde fica os quartos onde todo o cheiro de qualquer comida feita vai completamente para dentro dos quartos, assim como o som da televisão e das vozes dos inquilinos. E a parte pior: roupa de cama extremamente podre. Se via claramente que não era trocado de um hospede para outro. Fedia muito. Não vale a pena, foi a pior hospedagem que fiquei na minha vida.

• Altenbaumer (2/5): - The building is in disrepair. There are loose boards on the stairs and no handrail going up to the room. The building manager is very disrespectful and speaks to guests in a condescending manner. He comes in late at night after 11pm waking guests up to check reservations. Very unprofessional conduct. He also refers to guests in a very unprofessional manner when talking to other employees. I will not write what exactly he said due to this being a public review. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone. I was homeless when I began my stay here. At this point. I would rather go back to being homeless than continue staying in a place with a disrespectful manager.

• ZHUOXUE (10/5): - The hotel is very good. Check-in doesn't require a face-to-face meeting; it can be done via email. It's very convenient. There are bus stops nearby and the subway station is not far away. They even stored my luggage for a day for free, which was very good.

• Junhao (1/5): Never come here! - es gibt kein Frühstück; wenn man sich selbst was kochen will kann man das in der dreckigen Küche machen in der auch Kakerlaken leben und der Ofen und die Mikrowelle kaputt sind und auch Pfannen verdreckt sind es gab kein Klopapier, check-in geht nur bis 22 uhr danach darf man auf der Straße gelassen, Kakerlaken, ungeputze Toiletten, kein Personal vor Ort sondern nur über Email erreichbar aber nicht hilfsbereit und man wird ignoriert, Betreiber des Hotels sind inkompetent, hier wohnen Leute die kein Zuhause haben, kein Wlan im Zimmer, riecht komisch, gefährliche Gegend

• Tomiris (1/5): Dont ever think about this as a possible stay over. - Didn’t notify about the change of address. Could not reach out to them at all. Not via messages nor phone call. Ended up stranded on a street. Had to book another hotel. The address is very dangerous and had to order an uber asap.

The staff were unable to provide basic toiletries such as soap and toilet paper, the whole place was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were not helpful checking in as they weren’t there for when we got there. There was homeless people staying in the hostel which is fine, only if they didn’t keep coming into each room looking for a spare bed every 15 minutes. We left the property the day after we got there due to lack of helpfulness and overall hygiene of the property. They didn’t provide the new address for the property so we were waiting aimlessly at the other property for 30 minutes until someone came and told us the new address.

J'ai réservé ailleurs, bien que Booking m'ait prélevé la totalité de la somme, je tiens à ma vie. Je n'ai pas apprécié que le propriétaire néglige les commentaires des voyageurs et qu'il ne se préoccupe pas du bien-être de ses locataires.

QR code to pay host for WiFi when no toilet paper or hand soap was even provided. Everything. Post is misleading. Most disgusting, dirty place I’ve ever stayed. 4 bunk beds cramped into one small room. No closets that were accessible. Kitchen was dirty. No toilet paper or hand soap anywhere. Outlet in room didn’t work. No dining table or place to work. Could barely walk in the rooms because they were cramped.

• Kim (1/5): Do not go here. - It was my first time planning to stay at this hostel and I did not want to go anymore. I came at night to check in but immediately did not feel safe as I heard gunshots nearby. I’m traveling by myself.. and needed a place to stay but do not go here. I called management if I could get credits or a refund since I didn’t check in, and he was extremely rude saying I called the wrong number, and owner of the place does not answer his phone or messages. Still no reply back. Do not go here..
