- Sakkeer (1/5): A disorganized, unhygienic, and frustrating stay that completely ruined our New Year. - Good location and nice beach Very unprofessional staff and management. When I reached the reception, they had no details of my booking. It appeared that the property is owned by different individual owners and managed in an unorganized manner. Eventually, they managed to locate our apartment owner’s contact number and confirm the booking. However, we had to wait one and a half hours just to receive the room key. Upon entering the room, it was not cleaned at all. Cigarette butts were visible, the bed sheets and pillow covers had not been changed, and there was no drinking water or water in the toilets. We were then asked to wait outside while the room was cleaned, which took another one hour. In total, we spent two and a half hours outside waiting. In addition, there were frequent electricity outages, no Wi-Fi connectivity, and overall very poor facility management. This experience completely ruined our New Year stay. I would strongly not recommend this property to anyone.
- Diana (8/5): - Vanuit het appartement direct zicht op het zwembad (ongeveer 10 stappen). En dus ook direct zwemmen. Mooi zwembad en alles is keurig schoon. Er waren extra kosten die niet vermeld staan in de beschrijving. In de week voor ons vertrek werd ons medegedeeld dat er een resort-fee van $10 per dag van toepassing is die bij aankomst moet worden voldaan. Ook zijn elektra en water verbruik niet inbegrepen maar wordt afgerekend naar verbruik. Bij ons ongeveer €20 extra voor 1 week.
- Oxána (9/5): Затишно - Простора квартира. Фото відповідають дійсності. Один вхід через під'їзд , інший з тераси. 3 метри від тераси басейн. В кожній кімнаті потужний кондиціонер. Оплата світла та водопостачання. У вартість не входить. Треба окремо платити. Загалом за 10 днів 15 євро ( не багато, але здивувало). не якісне очищення басейну.
