- Klaudia (1/5): Do not stay here!! there’s a reason it’s cheaper - We had to continue our stay at another accommodation as the villa was not suitable to stay in for Bali conditions, the power kept cutting out for hours at a time meaning no drinking water,service or aircon conditioning, the villa was not cleaned properly, construction right behind our villa with workers entering our villa from walking on our villa walls surrounding our pool stopping us from going ourtsife and using the pool, the side gate was unable to lock allowing anyone to have access to enter our villa, not safe or secure, when I brought to attention these issues with staff multiple of them just gave me a new number to contact as they couldn’t do anything, they didn’t jump to resolve any issues rather then give myself instructions for myself to fix issues?!, and also blamed our chargers for our phones the issue to why there were continued power outages which is ridiculous and we hadn’t even been there long enough to charge our phones yet( we were using our portable pre charged charges as we didn’t have a Bali power port yet), overall terrible experience and we couldn’t stay there any longer and they will not refund me for any of the service we payed for but did not receive.
- Darbi (3/5): Absolutely would not recommend staying here - Nothing at all Pool was full of construction materials from all the construction going on. We didn’t get clean towels everyday. The showers were shit. It stunk!
- Lara (10/5): Had the most amazing stay in villa Paraiso. - Nice modern villa in a great location. Well kept and clean, and staff very helpful and accommodating. Perfect for families as well as friends, would recommend and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Bali.
