Had tv in all rooms Aged property , a lift could have been a good idea, you will have to take the stairs for all your luggage’s to the rooms they are at the 3 rd floor .

• mehmet ozan (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay here. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed—clean towels, fresh bed linens, kitchen utensils, and more. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the sea and also close to restaurants, cafés, and places to visit. Parking was also available, and Vera and her family always made sure we had a spot for our car, which was unbelievably kind. Our host, Vera, was incredibly kind, understanding, and always ready to help us with even the smallest need. Her warm attitude, along with her family’s, truly made our stay special and memorable. We highly recommend this place and would be more than happy to come back again!

Есть посуда , раковина, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер, телевизор. Вилла находиться в 2-х минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Близко расположены магазины, рестораны, базар.

• Zsolt (10/5): Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday - Vila Zhiti was a perfect choice for a beach holiday. We were welcomed by a really hospitable family, they tried to please us in everything, they were very friendly. The accommodation was very close to the beach, there were shops nearby. They were also able to help with parking the motorbikes. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Thank you very much for your hospitality! -

• Thitima (10/5): Fantastic host, clean, very close to beach, affordable - The host, Vera is super nice. She is the sweetest one ever! We got such a warm welcome, the day we checked in, she gave me some homemade sweet before we head to the beach, and we got to try a fruit the day we checked out as a gift which I really appreciate that! Her dad is super cool, he introduced us the place to eat, and what activities we can do around the area. The room is very clean and safe. It was super close to the beach. Good price! Highly recommended!

De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het strand en rustige omgeving. Er was eigenlijk niets negatiefs, alles was goed verzorgd.

• xavier (10/5): Un très bon Moment a durres - Le logement est géré par une famille sympathique et très serviable. Le logement est propre et bien situé. Il y a toutes les commodités a deux pas y compris le bus pour se rendre au centre ville pour visiter. La plage est a 2 min à pied et il ya de bons restaurants et des market tous proches. On a été très bien accueilli et on est très heureux d'y avoir séjourné. Je le recommande.
• Almedina (10/5): Liebevoll mit nähe zum Strand - Es war einfach perfekt! Eine sehr niedliche Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Wir waren für eine Nacht nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen hier – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top! Die Gastgeberin hat bis spät in die Nacht auf uns gewartet und war am nächsten Morgen schon wieder auf den Beinen, um uns Kaffee zu machen. Alles war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr herzlich gestaltet. Das klimatisierte Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz, und der Sandstrand liegt ganz in der Nähe – ideal für Kinder, da das Wasser dort nicht tief ist. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
• uka (10/5): - Apartman je izuzetno lijep, čist i uredan. Cijena je vrlo povoljna i apsolutno opravdava kvalitet — vrijedi svake marke. Lokacija je odlična, s direktnim prolazom do plaže koja je udaljena svega 20-ak metara, doslovno ste na plaži za pola minute. Parking je dostupan na ulici, a u neposrednoj blizini se nalaze tri prodavnice, što je vrlo praktično. Domaćini su izuzetni — ljubazni, gostoprimljivi i uvijek na raspolaganju. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima i sigurno ću se ponovo vratiti ako budem putovao u Drač.

• Achim (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe - The welcome by the friendly host was warm and heartfelt. The accommodation was just as described — comfortable and clean. It’s a 3-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of good dining options nearby.
• Baptiste (10/5): Culture Albanaise partagée, bienveillance et chaleureux y sont les mots d’ordre - Accueil exceptionnel, la gentillesse, le parking juste devant, la plage à 5min à pied avec les enfants, hôtel décoré avec goût, la gérante est très arrangeante pour que les clients soient pleinement satisfait de leur visite. Nous reviendrons à notre prochain voyage à Durres. Pas de volet, juste des rideaux.

• Sule (10/5): - We arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight, and the hosts were very accommodating and understanding of us arriving late. The bed was comfortable and room was clean! Our host made us a coffee in the morning and we enjoyed a chat with her, she was very lovely and friendly!

• Dirk (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe - Wir haben eine Nacht in der Vila Zhiti geschlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war super und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ebenso wie das Bad. Außerdem konnten wir auf dem großen Balkon wunderbar Kaffee trinken mit Blick aufs Meer und mit ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit und stand für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Strand.

Il bagno non ha una vera doccia, ma una di quelle docce che sfruttano direttamente il pavimento del bagno, già piccolo di per se, e dalle foto di booking.com non si evinceva. Il muro davanti l'unica finestra della stanza, rendeva la stanza buia e poco vivibile per chi soffre di claustrofobia.

Зранку пригостили фруктами, постійно пит - Зручне розташування на другій лінії від моря, з балкону видно пляж. Поруч магазини, ресторани, набережна Душ прям над туалетом, тобто не окремо душова кабіна а все разом, коли миєшся все мокре навколо. Створює невеликий дискомфорт
• Michelle (9/5): Excellent stay for families, great value - Villa is 2 minutes from the beach on a small side street. .The hosts are very friendly and warm. Nothing was too much trouble. When our lock didnt work they fixed it within 15minutes. They invited us for coffee in the morning which was lovely. There is a patio outside with decking and rattan furniture to sit on and the garden is well kept. The room was big, with a wardrobe, table and chairs, basin, fridgefreezee and kettle. It had a balcony where you could hang wet costumes and towels. And a blind to keep the sun out. Aircon worked well and is a must. The personalised shampoo and soap is a bonus. The place is pristine. A bedside light and a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom, would make things more comfortable when its a family room and everyone needs to use the mirror/bathroom- but so far nowhere we stayed had that Shops, markets and restaurants are all within a couple of blocks walking. The beach promenade has every kind of restaurant/coffee shop/cocktail bar with a fair and market ar the end.

• Pavelfpv_1983 (10/5): - Очень аутэнтичная вилла, красивая, уютная, приятный персонал. Попадаешь в настоящую колоритную добрую атмосферу, семья хозяев очень милые люди. Очень близко к морю, к набережной, но при этом спокойное место. Есть дворик, есть балкон, номер был небольшой ,но в нем все было и чайник и турка и все кухонные принадлежности. Для нашей семьи 4 человека ( 2 взр+ 2 ребенка 13 и 4 года) номер маловат. Но для тех у кого ограничен бюджет будет нормально.
