Easily contactable hosts (although not on site) Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our sfogliatelle and cappucino for breakfast! Can be a little loud due to its location but you quickly get used to this - plus the convenience of its central location!

- Nicolás (7/5): - Me gusto la atención del personal, quienes fueron muy amables en todo momento. La habitación era muy linda y moderna, con vista a la calle principal del centro de la ciudad, por lo que estabamos muy bien ubicados. Cuando entras al edificio es por un callejon, el cual es tipico de Napoles. Tenes que subir 2 pisos (mucho mas largos que los normales) los cuales estaban muy sucios. Podes subir por un ascensor viejo, para el cual TE COBRAN. Eso no fue mencionado en la publicacion, pero una vez reservamos nos lo aviso el personal del hotel (siempre atentos y bien predispuesto). Te cobraban dos monedas de 10 centavos. No era posible pagar con una moneda de 20, ni otro valor; la maquina solo acaptaba 2 monedas de 20. Segun nos dijeron, ellos nos darian las monedas para el ascensor, pero solo eran 2 y sirvieron para un viaje. Cuando salis del ascensor, estas en el pasillo feo ese, pero cuando se abren las puertas del hotel la situacion cambia y es un hotel muy lindo y moderno.

The location was the BEST, you are in the city center, walking distance to the main sightseeing, public transport, nice restaurants, supermarket. The staff was super attentive via WhatsApp, Maria especially was super helpful. Breakfast was very good, small but felt very local. Overall the stay was great and we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, although we felt like it was a bit expensive but I guess all the good accommodation in Naples is quite expensive. This is just a suggestion not a complaint: but since the breakfast is served in the room, perhaps you could arrange a table with chairs near the window/balcony? We had to eat on the bed because there is only one chair. It was not a problem for us. Another suggestion: change the tag on google maps because it leads somewhere further down the street. We managed to recongnised the entrance from the video you shared but initially we were following google maps which was wrong.

Our room was not the same one from the pictures when we booked, but nonetheless a nice room with good quality furniture, well equipped It’s on a main street so it’s noisy cause of the traffic, even at night. It’s a disadvantage that comes with its good location, but it is quite well insulated.

- Dimitris (9/5): Εξαιρετική. - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό φιλικότατο. Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό (αλλά όχι μπουφές). Το πρόβλημα (ατυχία) ήταν οτι το ασανσέρ ήταν χαλασμένο για 3 από τις 5 ημέρες που μείναμε και το κατάλυμα είναι στον 4ο. Φτιάχτηκε με καθυστέρηση. Πρόβλημα με ασανσέρ.
- Giancarlo (9/5): Ottima soluzione. - Posizione comoda a via Toledo, parte alta, a pochi passi da piazza Dante e alla fermata della metro. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Check-in facile da fare online. La camera non dava sulla strada e, quindi, molto silenziosa. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli al check out. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'interno del cortile storico potrebbe essere maggiormente curato da chi ci vive. Prima di arrivare in camera, sulle scale c'era una cialda di caffè usata e una pallina di gelato caduto... È rimasto lì per tutto il soggiorno.

Η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν ζεστή και φιλόξενη, κάνοντάς με να νιώθω σαν στο σπίτι μου από την πρώτη στιγμή. Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μου έκανε το προσωπικό. Η ρεσεψιόν ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο, ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό, παρέχοντας χρήσιμες πληροφορίες και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Παράλληλα, οι άνθρωποι που φρόντιζαν για την καθαριότητα και το πρωινό αξίζουν ξεχωριστή αναφορά: ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί, διακριτικοί και πάντα συνεπείς, συνέβαλαν καθοριστικά στο να γίνει η εμπειρία μου ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το πρωινό ήταν πάντα φρέσκο, προσεγμένο και σερβιρισμένο με φροντίδα. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για έναν χώρο που συνδυάζει ποιότητα, άνεση και ανθρώπινη ζεστασιά, και τον προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί τη Νάπολη. Essendo in una zona così centrale, la camera è un po' esposta al rumore del traffico. Tuttavia, lo considero un compromesso più che naturale: se si vuole godere della comodità del pieno centro, un minimo di vivacità urbana è da mettere in conto. Personalmente, la qualità della camera e la cortesia dello staff hanno compensato ampiamente questo dettaglio.

The entrance to the property is scary and dark, there is a foul smell of sewage at the entrance and you have to pay 20 cents for each use of the elevator, which barely holds 2 people and is unsafe. The rooms are good, but the hot water is weak and turns cold in a second for no reason. Breakfast is a croissant + juice + coffee served in the room. The street noise prevents you from sleeping, Any entry to the property requires authorization via cellphone.

- IZUMI (8/5): Convenient location and friendly staff - The suites is a minute walk from Dante metro station. You can walk to anywhere. Our plan includes the breakfast. The staff brings freshly baked goods and caffe and fresh juice everyday(room service style) which we communicate with the staff via Whatsapp. The lady was very friendly. *The staff is not always on site. The doors are managed with ViKey. You need to fill out and submit your personal info as well as passport pic prior to your trip. The building is on a very busy road so it is noisy all day long. All the rooms are on 4th floor. There is one tiny elevator fits 1 -2 person. Which we never used. It is a lot to go up and down stairs. There is no shower door in our suite so water splashes in the bathroom.

- Sarah (10/5): Great base in the heart of the city. - Compact, clean, close to metro and easy access to other transport options, great communication from staff. Quiet courtyard setting away from hustle and bustle of outside street (room 401). No view from the window/patio doors not even into the courtyard as it is covered and looks to be a sort of walkway/access/storage area so made the room a little dark. I didn’t even bother opening the curtains for the majority of my stay (room 401) believe other rooms may have a different outlook so just avoid this room if wanting more natural light/view. Wasn’t an issue for me personally as I wasn’t in the room a lot but sharing for awareness.

Entrata del portone, di casa e della stanza con applicazione. All'interno della stanza l'aria condizionata, TV sono gestito da Alexa. Mi è piaciuto .

Great location - everything is in walking distance, good restaurants and bars around the corner. Rooms are very clean, spacious, perfect for calming evening after long, hot day. There is no room card or key - you use your phone to unlock the door, so you must monitor the battery level.

La posizione è davvero invidiabile, permettendoci di raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi punto d'interesse della città, rendendo l'esplorazione facile e piacevole. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era impeccabile: pulita, luminosa e con un sistema di climatizzazione perfettamente funzionante, garantendo un comfort ottimale. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Maria, la ragazza della reception del Golden Hotel, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ci ha guidato passo passo nel check-in autonomo e sbrigativo, aggiungendo un valore inestimabile al nostro soggiorno. Anche la ragazza addetta alle colazioni, servite direttamente in camera, merita una menzione per la sua puntualità e il suo sorriso contagioso ogni mattina. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in questa struttura. Senza dubbio sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per il prossimo viaggio a Napoli. Grazie mille ancora 😃
