• Tamara (1/5): - We had a very disappointing experience with this property. First, the villa we were given was not the same as the one shown on the Booking.com listing, which was already a serious issue from the start. On top of that, the villa was unlivable due to the lack of usable water, so we were forced to leave and make a last-minute hotel booking elsewhere, disrupting our plans and causing extra expenses. The owner acknowledged the problem and promised a full refund. However, more than a month later, no refund has been received despite multiple follow-ups. I later received an email from Booking.com stating that the owner is now disagreeing to compensate, which contradicts what was promised to us directly. This situation was stressful, inconvenient, and very poorly handled. I would strongly caution other travelers, as what is listed and what you receive may not be the same, and resolving issues afterward can be extremely difficult.

• Reuben (8/5): - It was very spacious and bathrooms were well sized The rooms weren’t very air tight especially the main living room kitchen area where there is one bed, which meant bugs and ants could be found on the bed or floor occasionally
• Lacatus (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff and nice villa and location. The cleaniness. The paint on the walls was falling off, there were spots on the floor and the bathrooms not very clean, especially the showers.
• Mitchell (6/5): Was not a bad stay but having old shit stains on bath mats and towels was not pleasant - Good area Dirty sheets and towels Stains everywhere

• Olivia (7/5): We enjoyed the relaxing nature of this villa and great location. - The location of the property was great very accessible 5 mins on scooter everywhere. Safe area and walk down the street to villa. There was nothing in the fridge to purchase, only enough cutlery for two people out of six and the wifi didn’t work majority of our stay.
• Qian (7/5): Good - Pool Water pressure is poor, the water pressure is normal for few minutes when shower, then after that become very low and have to close and wait for 10-15minutes, took us long time to bath. Didn’t have good shower and bath time.

• Lisa (5/5): Passable - Villa is generally in a good location. Many places in walking distances or very short grab ride. Also possible to walk down to the beach. The pool and garden were great. The bed- and bathrooms were spacious and so was the living room. Generally communication was good. Unfortunately, there is construction going on next door which is not mentioned on booking. There were no fixed times we felt, as noise started as early as 8 and sometimes even until late at night with trucks pulling in and out/workers leaving on the motorbikes around 9/10pm. Travelling with a baby, this made us hold our breaths every night hoping he wouldn’t wake up. Also, as stated in several reviews the bathrooms are definitely outdated. The water pressure is still not fixed and the staff were apparently not aware about this, hence showering for more than 3-5 minutes is not possible. Also, it would make sense if floors would be cleaned and not only swept (feet and crawling baby were quite dirty).
• Tegan (4/5): Disappointing - OK location, nice outdoor area, spacious rooms The stairs to get inside the villa with heaps of luggage, and prams,there was a musty smell when we walked in which we didn’t like at all as it didn’t go away, especially in the rooms with the doors being shut and we weren’t able to keep food on the bench as there was ants all over the kitchen benches,,, there was barely any shower pressure so it was very hard to wash the family with no water pressure
• Michelle (10/5): Overall a great staff. Staff were amazing and very fast at communicating. Bathrooms are dated. The maintenance staff are - Location was amazing. Everything within walking distance. Bathrooms were alittle dated.

• Susanti (10/5): A beautiful tropical nest in the hustle bustle of Canggu - The villa is beautiful, and very clean, with lots of sunlight, cool AC, strong wifi, good design spacious kitchen, and clean fridge. It looks like what is shown in the pics. Love there is a pool too. Nothing
• Chaves (8/5): Very good - Yumme villas is perfectly situated in Canggu, lively are known for its stunning beaches, trendy cafes and vibrant nightlife. Despite its central location, the villa offers a tranquil escape from hustle and bustle, surrounded by lush greenery. it would be great if the kitchen utensils could be replaced with new ones.
• Deborah (8/5): Really excellent value and very helpful and easy to contact hosts! - The villa was good value for money and the host communication was excellent! Ayu also helped us get a driver to the airport which was really appreciated. We didn't have global roaming and so while Ayu was fabulous in communicating how to get into the villa, once we were in we couldn't find the WiFi code or the keys to each bedroom which were locked. As a result I had to turn on global roaming to contact Ayu to find out where the bedroom keys were and the WiFi code. Only suggestion would be to leave the WiFi code on the kitchen bench or similar and perhaps let guests know where the keys are to the bedrooms before arriving.

• Paul (10/5): Very well located, privated and modern Villa. - We rented the villa for almost one month. We were there most of the time with 3 persons. We al had our private sleeping room with private bathroom. The rooms are very clean, private and spacious. The living room is also very spacious. The villa is modern and clean. The communication with the owner is very good. When there is a problem they will fix it very quick. One time we had a problem with the airco in the living room and within 2 hours it was fixed. The power will disconnect very easy. But is a well known issue in Bali.
