Abhishek (1/5): Corrupted owner - The hotel denied our booking as someone else booked via makeMyTrip and paid the amount. We were asked to pay extra amount to book another available premium room. When we argued that how can you provide our booking to someone else and didn't inform us earlier, the staff just pointed out that its a technical issue from booking.com and now without paying extra for the available room, they won't be providing us the room.
Vikram (9/5): Worth every penny, Good experience - Friendly staff, Good homemade food available or many restaurants also available nearby. Highly recommended, centre to all places. The property, rooms and wash room are neat and tidy, and caring staff. Thank you Manoj and Saravanan and the lady (Forgot the name) for a memorable stay. Cleanliness and caring staff.
