- Melanie (7/5): Bonne immersion ! - Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur du centre-ville du Caire, sur une place très animée qui permet une véritable immersion dans la vie locale cairote. L’ambiance est très vivante dès le milieu d’après-midi et jusque tard dans la nuit, ce qui peut être assez bruyant pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. L’accès en taxi peut parfois être compliqué en raison des embouteillages et de la situation de l’hôtel au centre d’une zone piétonne. Malgré cela, l’emplacement reste très pratique pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques : environ 15 à 20 minutes du Vieux Caire et du quartier copte, et 30 à 40 minutes de Gizeh selon la circulation. Le personnel de la réception a toujours été très serviable et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel.

Kahire merkezde otel bakarken güvenli ve uygun oteller bakıyorduk burası tam da istediğimiz gibi oldu açıkçası. Başka otellere bakarken sıcak su problemi, klima olmaması ve temizlik problemlerinden bahsediyorlardı neyse ki burada böyle problemlerimiz yoktu. Kahire'de otel bakıyorsanız bunlar şart ve olmayan yerleri direkt elemek gerekiyor ve burası da karşılıyordu. Kahire'de bu ücrete bu temizliği ve konforu sağlayan yer bulmak da maalesef zor. Ek olarak otel konum olarak her yere yakın, direkt meydanda ve ana caddede, hayat gece bayağı aktif. Gelecek arkadaşlara gönül rahatlığıyla öneririm.

- Kalva (8/5): - The breakfast was complete and good, the location was excellent for my travel plans. Given the hotel's location's ability to sleep, the massive curtains muffled the street noise and early sunlight. I arrived at the hotel on 16.04 at around 3:00 at night and I had to pay extra for midnight. So the 16th starts at 12:00 at night. I had paid for the hotel from 16.04 to 24.04. On the 24th I only used the hotel for 2 hours because I checked out at 2 in the morning. So why did I have to pay extra? And considering the reservation time, I did not exceed it. This is unfair to a foreign customer. The shower room was missing a glass door to prevent water from splashing all over the floor.

Gece uyumak kolay gürültü çok duyulmuyor. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlara ise destekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz, Mısır’a gelmeden önce ve geldiğimizde her sorumu içtenlikle cevapladılar. Tatilimizin devamında ise burada yeniden konaklayacağız.

- martina (9/5): Molto carino - La cosa che ho apprezzato della struttura é la sua posizione nel cuore del quartiere Downtown del Cairo. É super centrale e comoda per raggiungere sia l’aeroporto, sia le piramidi. Consiglio a chiunque di alloggiare nel cuore del Cairo per vivere una vera esperienza locale. Il personale dell’hotel é stato super disponibile: mi riferisco a Sama, receptionist, super brava con l’inglese e super disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento va anche a Mohamed che ci ha portato i bagagli e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. La nostra camera era tripla ma ci hanno fatto l’upgrade a quadrupla, super gentili. Abbiamo ordinato la cena in camera visto che alle 9 chiudevano tutti i ristoranti e Sama si é occupata di tutto. L’hotel mette a disposizione servizio navetta per l’aeroporto e diverse attività con tour locali, molto carine. Infine, una cosa da assolutamente non sottovalutare sono le finestre con vetri spessi, ci hanno permesso di dormire bene durante la notte visto e considerato che eravamo nel cuore del Cairo. Il bagno lo abbiamo trovato pulito ma la tavoletta non perfetta. Per questo ho messo un pelino di meno per la pulizia, ma a livello di pulizia generale, direi molto buono.

We especially enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the street, which added to the overall atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. We would especially like to mention Sama, who was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay — her support made a real difference. - Ana Maria (7/5): Great Stay Overall with Friendly Staff - I visited with a friend and found it to be affordable, comfortable, and well-located, with exceptionally friendly staff. We had to request that breakfast be brought to the room, and it sometimes took up to an hour. We also did not receive any housekeeping service during our stay.
- Edna (7/5): Experiências … - Ducha quente, cama e edredon macios e dos funcionários atenciosos. O prédio onde o hotel está é um pouco abandonado e quando você chega assusta, inclusive o elevador não tem porta quando sobe/desce. O barulho a noite de portas abrindo e fechando, carros na rua, gatos miando vai até muito tarde e pode ser ouvido tudo no quarto. Se for sua primeira vez no Cairo, a localização pode assustar, porque é bem no centro com muito comércio ao redor e trânsito sem fim. Eu não recomendo para mulher sozinha e crianças.

- Ashish (4/5): Good staff, poor rooms/ management - Staff was good It took us 1.5 hour to find the place- name board is very small- almost non existent. Breakfast options are bad, especially since they will only give you 2-3 limited options sent to your room (1 per person). Breakfast hours are also bad- as they only have 1 staff. Parking options are just terrible. I wish they would have mentioned clearly that it’s not secured parking. We don’t get the room we booked (got the downgraded room).

- lily (10/5): Super expérience, je recommande ! - Super établissement, rapport qualité-prix imbattable, la chambre était incroyablement confortable, moderne, le lit royal j'ai super bien dormi. Le personnel à la réception était super gentil et arrangeant, j'espère que le responsable est conscient du bon travail que fait son équipe d'ailleurs :) Le petit dejeuner est servi en chambre, très agréable. La localisation centrale est super, bien que sur une place énormement animée et passante, j'ai pas été dérangée par le bruit. L'accueil est flexible et la communication est super, l'hotel est facile à trouver ! Rien de spécial!

- Jeremy (8/5): Overall a very reasonable price, a decent budget hotel, with a responsive and kind staff. - The breakfast was simple, but overall tasty. The staff working at the hotel are wonderful, very attentive and kind people. I particularly appreciated that the manager was willing to reimburse me in cash for one night when I checked out earlier. I thought that was responsible and empathetic. The location of the hotel is close to everything in downtown Cairo. Our room was very small and quite tight for three people. It is also extremely noisy in the area, with traffic, people shouting in the night, etc.,so if you stay here, you should be prepared for that.

- YONGHUN (10/5): - 주변이 복잡해서 호텔을 찾기 어렵긴 했지만, 카이로에서 이곳보다 좋은 곳(위치, 시설, 편안함, 조용함)은 찾기 힘들 겁니다. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel because the surrounding area is quite busy, but in Cairo, it would be hard to find a better place than this in terms of location, facilities, comfort, and quietness. 여기가 아쉽다면, 아직 이집트 여행을 덜 한 겁니다. If you find this place disappointing, you probably haven’t traveled enough in Egypt yet.

- Oleksii (8/5): Fair choice - The hotel has a good location in a lively area with many restaurants, shops, and a busy road nearby. While the street itself is quite noisy, closed windows help reduce the outside noise to some extent. The room is small but functional. There is a balcony overlooking the square; although the table on the balcony was worn and not very clean, having a balcony at all was a nice touch. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay. Breakfast was also a positive point — for an early check-out, a takeaway breakfast was provided (buns, juice, processed cheese, a banana, and yogurt), which was convenient. On the downside, soundproofing between rooms is very poor. While the windows do a reasonable job blocking street noise, noise from neighboring rooms travels easily. On the second night, guests in nearby rooms were loud almost all night — talking, laughing, and moving furniture. When we mentioned this to the staff at check-out, there was no reaction or apology, which gave the impression that the issue wasn’t taken seriously. There was also a noticeable sewage smell in the room, and the bedding was synthetic, which reduced overall comfort.

- Ibrahim Ali (9/5): Excellent Location, Great Value - Different breakfast each day which is welcomed (Gets delivered to your room). The hotel is located in Downtown close to hundreds of different shops and restaurants. So you can try different meals and walk around for shopping. The hotel floors are clean and tidy, but the building itself (Especially the entrance) is old and requires some cleaning and maintenance. It is understandable since the hotel doesn't own the whole building but it reflects on it nontheless.
