• Terēze (9/5): - Very nice apartment. Super location - close walking distance to the beach, old town and public transport. Very comfortable. In kitchen all necessary. Coffee capsules. Appreciate easy check in and check out with no stress One early 7:00 morning we were without electricity and host was not touchable by phone/messages. So have to leave without breakfast and get ready using phone light. Problem was solved during day. One bedroom without window and narrow bed 140cm.

• Heike_Vaassen (8/5): - Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern für 2 Nächte übernachtet. Die Wohnung ist groß genug , sehr schön eingerichtet und hat 2 Schlafzimmer. Sie ist recht zentral. Zum Strand und zur Altstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In direkter Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, (Backofen, Microwelle, Dolce Gusto, Wasserkocher, Gewürze, Öl, Küchenrolle, Reinigungsmittel, etc. ) Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine, die Wäsche kann auf dem Balkon getrocknet werden. Die Fenster sind mit Rolläden ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen TV und das WLAN funktioniert gut. Auf der Straße sind große Container zur Mülltrennung. Eigentlich war alles gut, ich persönlich bevorzuge Bettbezüge als lose Decken mit Bettlaken, aber das war nicht so schlimm. Eine kleine Spülmaschine wäre sehr komfortabel, aber dafür fehlt in der Küche der Platz. 😉 Parken kann man für 9.95€ pro Tag im Parkhaus um die Ecke mit einer Park App. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich für nachts Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen, da es viel Verkehr gibt.

• Katarina (8/5): - The location is really good and there is enough space for a family. Smaller room doesn't have a window and the dishes are a bit older. Sofa needs cleaning.
• Marc (10/5): - Grand appartement, propre, bien situé près des commerces, des restaurants, de la plage, des transports en commun.. Une base d'épicerie (café, thé, sel ...etc), ce qui est très apprécié quand on est en voyage itinérant. Check-in facile. Nous recommandons ce logement. Les fenêtres pas très isolantes, mais cela dépend certainement de la copropriété, non pas du propriétaire.

• René (9/5): - Prima appartement op de 1e verdieping centraal gelegen in Marbella. Zeker ook gezien de prijs. Alles netjes en schoon. Prima contact met de verhuurder. Twee slaapkamers, badkamer, keuken, woonkamer en ook nog een balkon. Ook nog 2 airco's. Eén in de slaapkamer en één in de woonkamer. Wij waren hier voor de wandelvierdaagse van Marbella. Parkeren van de auto is wel lastig. Aan de straat is het gratis, maar geen plek te vinden. We hebben maar een parkeergarage geboekt. Die is dichtbij en kost ongeveer € 10 per dag. Omdat je heel centraal zit veel verkeer. Beetje rumoerig, maar niet heel veel last van gehad.

• Véronique (8/5): Marbella plaisir d'être là-bas ! - Situé proche de tout ( plage, transports, vieux Marbella, commerces). La grande piscine. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et prompt à rendre service. On reviendra sans problème et avec grand plaisir. Le bruit des voitures dans la rue (Manque d'insonorisation ). Manque de climatisation dans la petite chambre. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine ( bols, saladier...etc )

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Rubén, the manager, was kind and helpful throughout. He contacted me before our arrival and he kept in touch during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Rubén and I can highly recommend this apartment for a short or long break. There was nothing to dislike. A dishwasher would have been nice though!

• Haridian (9/5): Apartamento ideal ♥️ - Rubén es un chico super atento, en todo momento estaba dispuesto a atendernos y ayudarnos con todo lo que le pedíamos, sin duda, vale la pena hospedarse con anfitriones así! Lo recomiendo 100%, ideal para una familia de 4 o incluso de 5 si prefieres el sofá cama :) Muy céntrico, muy cerca del concierto Starlite y de un centro comercial enorme. El apartamento está muy apañado, con todas las comodidades :)!! Nada :)

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Good location - quick walk to old town, beach and a large supermarket. Everything we needed was provided in kitchen & bathroom and plenty of spare bedding, pillows, etc.. Very clean. Maybe this was just me, but took a while to work out how to open the apartment door. When you put the code in, you need to keep turning the handle anti clockwise 4 times. Once we did work it out, no problem.
• Lena (10/5): Comfiest beds ever - I really loved comfy beds! It was so nice to sleep in these beds, that's was my biggest joy after few days of road trip in different accommodations. Apartment was just like on photo. It was clean and tidy. Owners made sure we feel welcomed and offered to help with any questions. Location was super convenient for us as parents, area is not load at night, affordable parking garage was 3min away, there is also gorila one Beside uf you don't mind leaving your car on open. We would gladly go again if we visit Marbella. Would be nice if there was hand soap in bathroom but it looks like just forgotten as there was detergent in kitchen for example.
