Village magnifique. Olivier très accueillant. On recommande fortement cet établissement pour votre futur séjour à Monterosso al Mare.
• Davide (10/5): - Appartamento stupendo bello e curato Con una camera vista mare. Oliver è stato molto gentile e bravo a dare tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Consigliatissimo.
• Michela (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - La casa è molto spaziosa, eravamo due coppie di adulti e siamo stati molto comodi perché c'erano due camere da letto ampie. Anche la vista mare è stato un plus molto apprezzato. Il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa poi è stato il top, difficile da trovare un quel posto. La posizione è un po' scomoda perché c'è una piccola salita da fare dal centro della città alla casa. In casa avremmo apprezzato anche la presenza di un tostapane che purtroppo non c'era, e qualche specchio in più perché c'era solo quello sopra al lavabo in bagno. Anche il phon c'era ma di quelli a muro che sono poco potenti.

• Paula (9/5): - The location of the apartment was very good and convenient, especially since it’s easily accessible from the train station. The apartment itself was nice, quiet, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is that you have to walk quite a bit uphill and carry your luggage to reach the apartment, which can be a bit challenging. Other than that, everything was great and I would recommend staying here.

• Markus (8/5): we enjoyed cinque terre as a familly and had 3 perfect days! thank you - great location to everything. Sure you have to walk down to the beach or drive (and park at the beach) but it is still so close to everything. Parking is tight but having parking available is awesome. Not a deal breaker - but advertised internet didn‘t work (and when it did it was unusable slow). Main room AC also seems to be not working (at least we couldn‘t get it to work).
• Mrs_PF (9/5): Appartamento perfetto a Monterosso, comodo e centrale. Da Ca Messina vivi come un local. - Ottima location a Monterosso, l’unica delle Cinque Terre con una vera spiaggia. L’appartamento è ideale per piccoli gruppi, famiglie o amici: a due passi dal mare, dalla via principale e a pochi minuti dal centro storico. Servizi eccellenti nei dintorni. Imperdibile il giro in barca per scoprire le Cinque Terre dal mare. Conoscendo già la zona, è stata la nostra prima esperienza in appartamento: ci ha permesso un’immersione totale, ci siamo sentiti come dei local. Il parcheggio è un grande punto a favore, aiuta anche ad ammortizzare i costi della permanenza. L’appartamento è molto carino e ci siamo trovati bene. Unico punto critico: la connessione Wi-Fi era praticamente inutilizzabile. Poco male, eravamo in vacanza e ci siamo adattati, ma nel 2025 è importante garantire i servizi dichiarati, soprattutto per chi, come me, lavora da freelance. La ricezione con Vodafone era buona, ma non tutti gli ospiti possono contare su una rete mobile efficiente. Consiglio di investire in una connessione Wi-Fi stabile, soprattutto considerando un target turistico internazionale.

• Elinor (9/5): The apartment was as described and has a good view of the beach. Well with walk uphill . equipped. - Communication was really clear and having someone meet at the priopwety to show us around was very helpful. The property is a little noisy given how close it it to the road. The traffic noise travels into the apartment.
• Marcie (10/5): Our stay in Monterosso was made even better with our stay at Ca Massina. We will stay there again if we have the chance - Ca Massina is in a great location. The apartment is very nice and clean. And Very comfortable ! It is walkable to the center of Monterosso however not with a very much luggage. It is up a hill which is not bad at all but took a taxi up from the bus stop at the bottom of the hill with our luggage. VERY easy. There is a nice view of the ocean from the living room and 1 bedroom. Nothing. We loved it.

• Shirley (10/5): Excellent location, great parking and a very helpful host. - Very close to train station and the old town. All were within a 10 minute walk. It was far enough away from the business of Monterosso. The secure carpark across the road was really appreciated given the lack of parking available in Monterosso. Mosquitoes were quite bad but that is a general problem in Monterosso. The apartment didn’t have microwave or dishwasher.

• Kathy (10/5): A great place to stay, highly recommend this accommodation for four adults. Staying in Monterosso was a great choice, it - The apartment was renovated with a lot of care. It was spotless and had great views from every window. Just a short walk up the hill from the main shops and restaurants The shower base filled with water every time we used it. We had to be careful that it didn’t flood into the bathroom. I assume that it was just slow to drain

• Paul (8/5): It was a clean comfortable apartment that was well suited for the 4 of us. - Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood away from town. We arrived in Monterosso early and were allowed to check in as soon as it was ready (around 12:30pm). Bit of a climb up a hill but not a deal breaker.

• Sándor (9/5): Superb - Good location, 5 min walking from beach. Well equipped nice, new apartment. Air con in each room. Washing machine. Kitchen with lots of machines. Wifi is working well in living room, but not well or not at all in other rooms. For me a microwave oven is missing from kitchen.
• Daniel (9/5): Nice stay in Monterosso al Mare - Ca Messina is well located, just outside of town but only a short walk away. Apt seems recently renovated although the decor is outdated and could use a refresh. AC was really nice and cold which is very important in July. Only messaging via booking app was tedious and not timely since it required an email notification each time, and finally arranging to meet for keys and to access parking was also difficult.

• Sherry (9/5): Nice clean apartment with parking and a view of the ocean - We drove so we loved that there was a parking spot otherwise we would’ve had to park down by the ocean. We liked the location and the apartment was plenty big for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and showed us how to work the keys and the heat/air. Train station and beach were a 5 min walk down the hill. People have commented how it’s a scary walk on the road but there are some paths and other people walk so it was fine for us. You do have to walk to the other side of monterosso to get to more restaurants and the start of the blue hiking trail but it was a pleasant walk with a view of the ocean and through a tunnel. (About 15 to the other side of town) It was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows. The only negative was the shower caused the bathroom floor to be wet so you have to lay down towels but this didn’t affect our stay.
• Hrant (1/5): It was a pretend experience especially after staying at Aquarius hotel/apartment in Venice. - Host very rude, unpleasant and overall disappointed. Everything, there was a dead bug in one of the bedrooms, the bathroom was not clean and we didn't feel safe.
• Yuanyuan (9/5): The place is pleasant and super clean . The staff is very friendly . I will recommend to friends if they come to Cinquel - It’s super clean . Can see the sea from room. The shower is very nice to use . A lot of water and can use two shower heads together. It’s a bit uphill walk . With luggage it takes a little bit effort to reach.

• Budzworthy (9/5): Beautiful Views and Strong AC - We found this apartment after searching in the area for a while and I'm really glad we choose it instead of the alternatives. It had great air conditioning, which was important because it was super hot out. The views from the main bedroom and living room were great. And lastly there was plenty of space and good cooking and dining facilities. The location was good. It was a short walk down to the newer half of Monterosso with lots of beach clubs, restaurants, and a playground (I'm glad we stayed on this side of the town instead of the old side.) The hill wasn't ideal, but there is a set of stairs just 30 feet east of the building that provide a shortcut and minimize time on the winding road (the stairs look a little rough and overgrown, but were perfectly fine for our young kids.) Would have been a bit easier to do a self checkin instead of coordinating with the hotel agent, because it's always hard to say exactly when you will arrive and I hate to make someone wait for us.
• Katherine (3/5): Beautiful but WiFi and plumbing need to be fixed. - It was clean and beds were comfortable. The WiFi was nonexistent. The manager tried to remedy this but if you need it for work or any other important reason, I would not book here again. The bathroom shower also did not drain causing a mess in the bathroom even for a 5 minute shower. Also, the towel fee and cleaning fee seemed unusually high.

• Karen (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good. The 2 bedrooms were fresh and clean. The living room could do with a paint to match the 2 bedrooms and the sofa is very worn and needs to be replaced. The bathroom had an unusual sewerage smell at times when we would first come in.
• Lauren (9/5): A wonderful place to unwind during a busy vacation around all of Italy. - great location nearby two nice city beaches, family restaurants and within walking distance to the old town. The apartment is very clean and the owner was kind and very welcoming. Not far from spectacular hiking trails! We did have to adjust to sharing a winding road with cars! Luckily our children are older, but could be challenging with smaller kids.

Our only negative was the tight road leading to the beach— short walk but blind corners which made walking with children stressful. On the last day a different family pointed out stairs that went to the beach! Maybe tell your guests that to avoid the road!

• Danny (8/5): Very good - Location was only a short walk to the foreshore, was quiet and had a lovely view of the sea. Host was friendly and helpful. Parking was close and secure. Price was higher for similar properties I have stayed in but that has to do with the generally higher price of properties in the Cinque Terre region I think.

• Shao (8/5): Beautiful - it was in a great location! The host was very sweet and helped us with our bags. Even though it said it fits 5 people, it’s a little tight. I think if they added a mirror to the bedrooms that would help, so other people could get ready. There was several mosquitoes and ants. Also- if they could leave some laundry detergent.
