Luca Luigi (5/5): - Disponibilità dello staff che ha fatto il possibile per accogliere le nostre richieste ed è stato sempre tempestivo nei riscontri; posizione a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla paseggiata pedonale di Villasimius; camere molto ampie. Pulizia carente, soprattutto delle stoviglie e del pentolame; materasso che abbiamo trovato sfondato; problema iniziale con la bombola del gas. Su questi 3 punti lo staff è poi intervenuto nei giorni successivi ma la casa dovrebbe essere nelle condizioni adeguate sin dall'arrivo degli ospiti. Casa poco curata in alcuni aspetti (es bagno non in buone condizioni, patio di ingresso un po' trascurato, cancello di ingresso malfunzionante). Il nostro suggerimento è di ispezionare accuratamente la casa prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti. Se l'appartamento fosse rivisto negli aspetti menzionati potrebbe avere ottimo potenziale per garantire un soggiorno più piacevole.
