A única coisa que não gostei foi do estacionamento que fecha às 22h, portanto na maioria dos dias éramos obrigados a estacionar na rua em qualquer lugar e acordar cedo para retirar o carro para não ser multado.

We really appreciated that cleaning supplies were available and that each guest received a small toiletry kit with bathroom essentials (toothbrush, cotton pads, shower cap, shampoo, etc.) — such a thoughtful detail! Huge thanks to Domenico for the warm welcome, clear instructions, and great tips — he was super kind and helpful from the very beginning. The area isn’t very touristy, but that worked perfectly for us since we came mainly for shopping at Serravalle and road trips to places like Genoa and Portofino. Parking was also very convenient — free with a card Domenico gave us, and only about a 5-minute walk away. Much closer than some older reviews suggested, and honestly a nice little walk before long drives. Hot water is heated by a boiler, so only two people can shower in a row before waiting for it to reheat — we learned this the funny way when my brother suddenly got cold water 😅. Once we figured it out, it wasn’t a big issue. We also once forgot that the free parking closes at 10 p.m. and came back after midnight, so we had to use a paid parking nearby — totally our mistake, since Domenico had explained it clearly in advance.

I gestori sono efficenti, disponibili, gentili. qualche dettaglio: appendini in bagno , mensola sottospecchio per oggetti personali, sedia in camera per vestiti.

Que tuviera parqueadero fué un verdadero plus. El balcón le proporciona mucho aire al apartamento. Que el host nos tuviera cápsulas de café y azúcar es un detalle de fina coquetería. El baño muy bonito y en vista de que solo hay uno que esté ubicado a parte de las habitaciones es muy importante. La cocina está muy bien dotada, todo en perfecto estado. Si bien no está ubicado cerca de las zonas turísticas, se tiene acceso muy fácil al tranvía que lo lleva a uno muy rápido a cualquier parte, la zona histórica y la moderna. La atención del Fabio el host fue muy muy buena, súper amable y además nos orientó muy bien acerca de como disfrutar de la ciudad. La adecuación de este apartamento es perfecta para 2 parejas y 2 niños. El edificio no tiene ascensor por ende hay que subir las maletas en la mano. No hay restaurantes ni supermercados buenos cerca. A la cocina le hacen falta limpiones para dejar seco el mesón cuando se usa.

• Otakar (8/5): Clean apartment with helpful staff, but very impractical parking - The apartment was clean and smelled nice (perhaps even too strongly). The staff were helpful and friendly. A big advantage is the tram stop located right next to the building. The biggest drawback was parking. It is not possible to park near the apartment, and the parking lot is about 300 meters away. Every time you want to use the car, you have to walk to the parking lot and then park the car there again. Suitcases must be carried, as it is not possible to drive up to the entrance, which is very impractical. The apartment is located in an older building, and for this reason the hallway has an unpleasant smell. In the kitchen, we missed some basic equipment such as a strainer, blender, grater, peeler, and a small knife.

• Jamel (10/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Milan, il l’a été d’autant plus que l’appartement était exceptionnellement propre et que l’accueil de Fabio était fantastic...les prestations sont au top, l’appartement est très bien situé avec un tramway juste en bas de la résidence qui nous emmène au centre historique. Il y’a également un parking privé et gratuit pour les clients de l’appartement qui est mis à disposition (attention il est fermé la nuit) et un autre parking publique (avec parcmètre) à 1min de la résidence. Fabio est très gentil, serviable et il fournit toutes les explications nécessaires pour faciliter le séjour... en bref, nous n’avons aucun regret quand au choix de cet appartement. Néant

• Alexander (10/5): Super professionelle Unterkunft - Die Wohnung ist top renoviert in einem Altbau. Tür auf - Neue Welt. Der Vermieter Domenico hat einen super professionellen Service geliefert. Die Abwicklung war 1A vorbereitet und lief vor-Ort per WhatsApp Sammlung mit allen Spots als vorgefertigte Templates. Die Bahnanbindung ist fußläufig erreichbar, demnach auch hörbar. Der videoüberwachte Parkplatz ist direkt fussläufig hinter Bahnbrücke auf dem nahen Klinikumsgelände. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man in die abgeschlossene.Anlage reinfahren. Man bekommt eine Dauerkarte zum Reinfahren. Rausfahren geht ohne. Cafés, Pizzerien und ein Lidl sind in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die angebenen 150m zum Parkplatz sind zu optimistisch angegeben. Für uns hat es gepasst.

The location is also very convenient, not far from the center of Milan. Tram No. 4 stops nearby and arrives every few minutes, taking you directly to the city center. Klimatyzacja i wszystkie sprzęty działały, przystanek tramwajowy pod samym domem aby dojechać do centrum. • Srinivas (8/5): Staying here a second time! - Was a perfect place to stay as our base location with a group of 4 adults and two kids. The host accommodated a check in beyond midnight and is constantly available on phone for any questions. Inside the apartment is very well furnished and is quite comfortable. Parking is a bit of a walk but one can find parking in the streets surrounding the property if one explores a bit. Late check in costs extra but for us better than not accommodating late check in at all.

The hosts were exceptional and met us at the property, helped with the parking and even drove us to drop our bags off the next morning. Would highly recommend for a good value city stay in Milan.

Beautiful modern bathroom with bidet and powerful shower, plenty of soap, shampoo, shower gel etc., and thick fluffy towels. The double bed was big & comfortable, with good quality sheets. All the linens smelled lovely! The WiFi was good too. Of all the apartments and hotel rooms we've stayed in over the last few years, this one is top of the list. Thanks to Mr. Fabio Gallo for the great care he takes to make this a superb and welcoming place. Thanks to him too for the check-in & check-out. We spent only four days here but it would be suitable for a much longer stay. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Milan. Highly recommended
• Nazri (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and value for money apartment. - Domenico & Fabio were excellent hosts and met us on arrival to facilitate our check in. Apartment was immaculate and extremely clean with very new furnishings with a white theme. An amenity kit consisting of bath towel, hand towel, house slippers, body soap and shampoo and toothbrush was provided for each occupant. Secured carpark was at the nearby hospital with both underground and open parking available. Approximately 10mins slow walk from the apartment. 2 metro stations within 15mins walking distance from the apartment. Would help to have hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.

The apartment is great, clean, has everything you might possibly need. It smells great as well, all new furniture and the terrace is a perfect place for morning coffee (there is a coffee machine in the apartment) Totally worth its price. Very convenient public transportation just in 2 minutes walk. And the restaurant nearby suie suie (hope I’m spelling it right) is just great. Super clean and super delicious. Make sure to hit their business lunches, only for 11 euros you can get 3 courses of meal and, I can’t stress it more, super delicious. Everything was great

Also the host was amazing, he helped us with our luggage and also gave a lot of tips about what to see and what to do in Milan. There is a railroad nearby and you can hear the trains going by.

• Aulimaija (10/5): Perfect place to explore Milan - This place was perfect in every way. The owner was very helpful and communication was very easy. We stayed four nights and the center was easy to reach with tram/metro. Big balcony and kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Very safe. If I ever come back to Milan I will stay here again :) Strongly recommend! -

• Tanase (10/5): Just perfect. - It looks exactly like in the pictures, and even better. Very spacious and clean. It has everything you need for a few days stay, the neighborhood si quiet and accessible, the hosts are really nice and helpful. The private parking is 200m away. This was not a problem for us, because the hosts helped as with the luggage on arrival and on departure, but maybe it helps other people.
