• Bang Fei (1/5): The worst experience on hostel Ever. - I’m totally unsatisfied with everything this time. So my answer is none. 1. Unfair overcharging & double standard pricing I should pay 708.75 KGS by agreed exchange rate but was charged 730 KGS. Regular capsule bed costs 700 KGS, yet the clerk raised it to 1000 KGS (later 800 KGS). Another guest paid only 715 KGS and got standard capsule bed after firm negotiation. The hostel blamed the booking platform for unreasonable price hikes. 2. Deliberately assigned terrible upper bunk I refused the price hike and was given the worst upper bed: narrow, unstable and not against the wall. 3. No power socket on upper bed No outlet available upstairs. I had to go downstairs and squat to charge my phone with others’ power strips. ​ 4. Terrible hygiene Long female hair found on bath towel, pillows are heavily stained. It even has blood on it. And so many blood. So gross. ​ 5. Extremely noisy overnight No AC, windows open for ventilation. Facing the street with loud motorcycle noises all night. Loud door slams from long-stay tenants and frequent unexpected door openings kept me awake until 2:40 a.m. ​ 6. Poor business integrity I’ve stayed here multiple times before. The hostel overcharges guests randomly. They even asked if I wanted to extend my stay the next day. Not recommended at all.

• Anton (9/5): - Все, что нужно в хостеле - есть. В санузлах никто не толкался несмотря на 100% загрузку. Капсулы комфортные - лазить на второй этаж вполне удобно, вентиляция работает как надо. За эту цену я считаю все супер. Хостел почти полностью забит постоянниками, так что в хостеле людно. Хостел, что логично при такой нагрузке, немного уставший, но за всем следят и все работает. Народу много - вам может не хватить тапочек.

• Ruijin (10/5): - хороший хостел, уютно, люди хорошие, чисто. в целом хорошо отдохнул, почитал пару книжек, сочинил пару стихов многого не стоит ожидать от хостела, если у вас сон чувствительный, как у меня, то ждите мега скрипучих полов и шатающихся коек словно землетрясение когда мимо кто-то проходит. хорошо замок есть в капсуле, а то ко мне несколько раз ломились

Booking'de gösterilen fiyatı kendileri giriyorlar ama sonra itiraz ediyorlar, tutarsız ve güven vermiyor. Üstelik bir de "Booking'e yazarsan düzeltirler" gibi tavsiyeler verip sorumluluktan kaçmaya çalışıyor. Bişkek genel olarak Osh’a göre yabancılara farklı fiyat uygulayan bir şehir, bu da rahatsız edici bir örnekti.. I didn’t stay here because the owner refused to honor the Booking Genius discount, even though the property is part of the program. Instead, they asked for 25% more than the listed price. The price shown on Booking is set by the host — yet they complained about it and suggested I contact Booking to fix it. Very unprofessional and unreliable. In general, Bishkek seems to apply different prices for foreigners compared to Osh, and this was one of those disappointing examples.

• Ирек (4/5): - Просторная капсула. В капсуле чисто. При заселении взяли 90 сом больше чем заявлено в букинге. Девчонка за стойкой сказала что хозяин сказал. Бред какой то. А контакт она не шла на все вопросы незнаю. Не хотелось бы видеть таких работников. Не удобные сан узлы находятся на первом этаже душевых 2шт когда я мылся там не очень было чисто. Девчонка не старается. Кухня маленькая там тоже никто не следит за порядком. Зона отдыха более менее.

• Helene (9/5): Superb - I wanted to try a capsule hotel for a long time. It was a very cheap stay, with separate bathrooms for women and men. The staff was lovely and accomodating. They communicated with me through Google translate so that they will be no question unanswered, until someone helped by speaking english with me. There is a well equiped kitchen and you can wash and dry your clothes for a small fee. The enclosed bed has a light and electrical plug for your phone. Location was good. Just 4 min walk from a main street with lots of options for buses to the main sightseeing spots. There are lockers big enough to fit a very large luggage on the dormitory floor, and smaller ones downstairs. Nothing specific comes to mind.

(Ladies' bathroom). Or they should think about the curtains to showers.

• Husban (8/5): Very good - Staff was good but there was a language barrier but somehow we managed. Toilets and room were clean. Separate capsule was a good idea and I like it for the privacy. Best place to stay in this price. Room AC wasn't working properly. Other than that everything was okay.
• Adamoftoktogul2024 (7/5): Great Concept! Comfy beds! Hostel with some privacy! - Great concept! Nice common space. Great staff with excellent communication. Check-in, bed assignment, was organized. Regular cleaning was noticeable. The mattresses are.comfortable and the space is a nice size ( I am 195cm! It was hot! The AC wasn't enough for the full summer heat/reservation capacity. I think the capsules need a fan that would help bring fresh air and provide background/white noise! The current design almost works as advertised but not quite.
• Alyona (7/5): Okay - Capsules are spacious. There is a separate female toilet and shower but only one. One of the few places in the country where you can pay by card. Staff is friendly. Would’ve been nice to dedicate one small room to females only, since such room already exists. Towels are a bit small. There was a WiFi outage in the morning for a few hours. No public transport option was explained during communication with the hostel pre-arrival. However it exists, and it’s a fairly short walking distance from Polytechnic University bus stop. We were ripped of by taxi because we were told that there were no other options to get there.
• Abu (9/5): Good stay at the centre in a great price - Easy check in and check out. The owner received us with fresh homemade juice. Clean toilet and bathroom. Privacy in a hostel. Enough space and furniture in the dorm. Big hall room and functional kitchen. The location is also good. They need to improve their English communication skills. And asking the guests to fix bed sheets and pillow covers by themselves were a new experience.

• Lara (8/5): Nice hostel. Cheap and nice solution. - Very friendly staff. Nice private sleeping 'box'. Clean sheets, towels. Easy check in. Good location! The other guests were partially very loud during the night/ unpleasant. That had nothing to do with the hostel itself, but made the stay less enjoyable and left a bitter taste.

• Max (10/5): Exceptional - It was a real trip down memory lane for me as it is a new hostel located on the street of the house I used to live in many years ago. Great concept and comfortable spacious capsule beds. Other guests are quiet and respectful too. I stayed here three times and really enjoyed it, the staff are lovely and welcoming too and did their best to help me in English whenever possible. It's all good:)
• Sali_ali (9/5): Squeaky but everything else is perfect. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean. It was very close to Djal, so it was a good location for me. There were no one speaking English when I arrived. Everything was squeaking, both the floor and the door of the capsule. So it was hard doing anything at night without disturbing others.

Bathrooms, kitchen, living room are cleaned daily. Location ideal. The hostel is near stores, restaurants but is located in a side street so it is very quiet. Highly recommend
• Buse (10/5): Fantastic! - Gülmira is a wonderful host! She does everything to make you feel comfortable and is always willing to help, every time and anywhere. The hostel is really clean, which was a big plus for me. -
• Maria (10/5): The best Hostel in Bishkek! You won’t be disappointed! - My stay here was very comfortable the capsules are a very nice experience and I loved sleeping there. Everything was amazing. It elevated my experience in Bishkek to another level. The hosts are amazing people and they helped me with everything and advised me some really awesome places, which I appreciated a lot. PERFECT location near everything touristy. The receptionists speak English and are very organized, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Another great benefit for me is that the Hostel is extremely clean! There were multiple bathrooms you can use and I never had to wait for one. They were also cleaned very often, as well as the rooms and capsules! All the facilities are new and immaculate. Bed sheets and towels were of amazing quality too. It’s the best Hostel I had ever been to! I hope to come back, thank you for an amazing experience!
• Kazumi (10/5): I did a good choice - This is a new hostel in Bishkek. so that all items are new and clean!! The great facilities and the family who run this hostel is very kind and helpful people. The location is not in the central, but there are many direct marshrutka running around. When I come to Bishkek, I would stay this hostel for sure. Nothing. all is good.
