• ANABEL (10/5): Relax - Apartamento bien situado, con facilidad para aparcar delante de forma gratuita, súper amplio, para 5 personas, cómodo, muy limpio y luminoso. Llegamos más tarde de las 23:00 y no pusieron ningún problema para venir a traernos las llaves y explicarnos las cosas. Recomendable a 100% Todo estupendo

• BARBARA (10/5): Wrócę na pewno. - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo przestronny, czysty i zadbany apartament, dwie łazienki, duży plus za kaloryfery (byliśmy w lutym).
• Marcelo (8/5): Vá ao banheiro antes do checkout, passar 5 minutos você é expulso. - apartamento limpo, agradável, bem grande, acomodação ótima estávamos todos prontos com as malas na porta no horário de checkin ( 10 am) mas meu filho pediu ir no banheiro, o responsável ligou da portaria as 10.05 dizendo que tínhamos 5 minutos para sair do estabelecimento. Entrou no apartamento conosco ainda dentro para fiscalizar o imóvel. Era para ganhar nota 10 mas a deselegância no final estragou o perfeito.

• Delcho Stanimirov (9/5): - The apartment is very spacious and warm - we visited in December. All facilities are in excellent condition. The host does not speak English but met me warmly upon arrival and we managed to figure out all of the important aspects of checking in. The area is not as charming as the central parts of Monopoli - it is a residential area, but it was very easy to park and was overall quite. Also there is a sea view from one of the balconies,

The owners were very nice and responded very quickly whenever we needed them! It was a little far away from the old town of Monopoli. It was manageable but a good 15-20minute walk.

Provided good coffee / tea bags and sugar which was very welcome . Nice cafe around corner for inexpensive drinks and bites Very lacking in comfort touches. No mugs/ large cups. No wine glasses or corkscrew. No ironing board. No kettle. Lounge very bare. Lack of bedside lamps in 2 bedrooms. We knew there would be no washing machine but this would have made a big difference.

• Karim (10/5): Fantastic - Everything was perfect, the apartment is very clean, spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything we need. The host is available at all times, very responsive and answered all our questions. Even the neighbors are very kind, smiling and welcoming. A supermarket is 2 minutes far away from the apartment, also restaurants and many coffee shops are nearby. The beach is also a few steps from the neighborhood. This helped us to explore Monopoli and also the adjacent towns. If we return to Monopoli we will book it one more time... The apartment is not very close to the old town, but it's not a long walk, so it wasn't any problem for us. We had a great time there. Thank you! There were noises early in the morning (6-7 a.m.) from the apartment above. Probably there was a refurbishment.
