- Novoseltsev (3/5): The promised services were not fully provided, and I would like to receive a partial refund. - quite clean and spacious, there is good parking I booked a room for 5 people, 2 adults and three children from 3 years old, that is, 5 beds, the description says that there are 2 small beds, one double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived at the apartment, we were sad to see that there was no bedding for the sofa. I immediately wrote to the owner that we had put the children to bed and we had nowhere to lie down, but he ignored it. In the morning, until I wrote again, he did not answer, in the end he wrote that they forgot to make the bedding, because we booked late (booked 16:30), the check-in time was set after 20:30. We had to sleep on one bed for three, which was certainly not part of the plans and we could not rest before the road. They also wrote that snacks and drinks were waiting for us in the fridge, upon arrival we also found nothing. The owner did not offer compensation, I believe we did not receive the services we paid for in full.
