• Heather (9/5): Wonderfully located loft conversion near the bayside and Edithvale station & shops - The location was brilliant - the trains weren't running while we were there but if they were it would have been so easy to get into the city on the Frankston line. Also the proximity to the beach, cafes and bonus sauna/magnesium pool on the mail street shoppping strip. Melbourne weather!
• Kylie (10/5): A beautiful stay, just a short stroll from the beach. We would definitely book again! - Great location, well presented and very comfortable. The loft was spacious and the excellent kitchen facilities made dining in easy.

• Kristy (9/5): Spacious warehouse studio vibe with compact bathroom in a great location close to train beach & shop - Unique warehouse space behind a strip of shops near public transport :> can easy grab some groceries & good selection of take away food & be on the beach with in a 5 min walk - the space is larger then expected & the host makes it very clear that the bathroom is compact :> yes it is tight but ok for a short stay :> the place was clean & tidy - the washing machine/dryer area could do with some love tho ::> car parking in the front just enough room for s suv ::> good value especially for a solo traveller - easy acess with door code & easy communication with host :> would book again If your offering acess to seperate laundry just make sure its clean & tidy # I personally would go out if my way to make the alley looks more inviting - some of the wood stashed on the entrys clear roof makes it feel a bit dark - just needs a few little tweeks for that first impression -> once your inside its a a great space :> would also make regular TV channels easier to access & yes I would book again
• Guest (8/5): Overall very pleasant and happy experience - Was a great easy location for my work trip. Bed was super comfy and although the bathroom is small it was more that adequate for what I needed. Check in process was easy Place could do with AC especially during summer months. Apple tv remote was dead and as a android user I didn't have a lightning cable to charge it.

• Gerome (9/5): Superb - Cool open studio space Bathroom was a bit squashed but not enough to cause any problems in an otherwise great little hideaway studio
• Sabrina (3/5): Great inside not out or after. - Inside is cosy & spacious with a unique aesthetic. Property is down a dark alleyway area with graffiti and bins out the front and unwelcoming until entering. Property owner provided unclear instructions. Key access code was not available immediately on booming confirmation so you must wait until the property owner is available before you can begin your booking. Property owner tried to charge $200 cleaning fee for 3 cups and a spoon left in sink after over a week of booking consistentlh & $1,000 for a spilled drink 🙃.
• Andrew (8/5): Cool place close to everything - I really enjoyed my time in the loft house. The rustic feel gave it a cool vibe. The location was excellent, with shops, the train station and beach all very close. The communication was unreal with the host, and I definitely will be back. Being a big guy, the bathroom was very tiny to use, but I was only there a few nights and got through ok. The place took quite a while to warm up, but once warm was pretty good. The shower pressure was pretty low, and made you get close to the taps etc. You have to use apps to get live TV
