Am interactionat cel mai mult la receptie cu EYUP un baiat care a fost de mare ajutor.Un hotel intr-o zona foarte linistita,foarte aproape de principalele puncte de atractie (Marele Bazar, Moscheia Albastra, etc ) Un hotel curat si fara alte mirosuri neplacute. Parcare gratuita. Magazine in apropiere. Plasa de tantari la geamuri , minifrigider,aer conditionat,Baia curata fara mirosuri neplacute,lift mare modern pe casa scariii,Te ajuta si cu o calatorie de vis pe Bosfor contracost cu masa si program artistic turcesc,cand revin in Istanbul tot aici voi reveni.

Chuveiro fraco e o café da manhã não tem um local adequado para ser servido. Não há como se servir de alimentos, vem uma bandeja com a comida e o chá ou café deve ser feito no quarto. Pelo custo x benefício, ok, mas poderia ter um lugar para recebermos a bandeja e pelo menos uma máquina de café para podermos nos servir.
• Katra (8/5): A little peace and quiet - The hotel is located in a very quiet street yet in the old town of the city so everything is in walking distance. The little terrace is great to wind off after a busy day. Rooms are clean bed is comfy. The breakfast is not great but better than nothing.

• Lucian (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect. The host, Eyüp, is a very kind person who helps you with anything you need. The rooms are clean and have everything required. The location is close to the Grand Bazaar, in a very quiet area. We have already recommended this place to our friends who want to visit Istanbul, and we will definitely come back. Albergo semplice, pulito, ben decorato, con ascensore, Hanno dimenticato di pulire la stanza 1 giorno, nulla di grave. Ho commentato ed l'hanno fatto.

• Rodica (10/5): Ne-am simțit minunat! - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Camerele au fost curate, la fel și baia, iar așternuturile au fost schimbate zilnic, ceea ce a contat mult pentru confortul nostru, iar cu parcarea nu am avut probleme, au loc unde să îți lași mașina. Persoana care ne-a întâmpinat a fost extrem de amabilă și ne-a ajutat de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie de ceva, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți. De asemenea, hotelul dispune de o terasă exterioară foarte frumos amenajată, perfectă pentru relaxare după o zi lungă. Un mare plus este faptul că poți sta acolo cât dorești, fără să fii deranjat. Recomand cu drag acest loc!

The cleanness was great and bed very confortable. The hotel connects to the Grand Bazaar very easily. The area is safe and also offers very competitive prices for eating out and shoppings. Thanks Eyup for the your massive help and I do strongly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

Dormito a malapena per tre notti. Non ritornerei mai in quella camera. Il ragazzo alla reception era molto alla mano e gentile, un po’ un tuttofare dell’hotel. La colazione “inclusa” meglio lasciar perdere, era abbondante ma servita fredda e in un piccolo patio in un parcheggio al freddo con 5 gradi. Non era chiaro da dove venisse il cibo. Considerando il prezzo va bene solo per dormire ma in una camera NON al pianoterra.

• Cristi Plimbărețu' (8/5): Another location, not what we have booked - The accomodation has a good position for what we needed. Tha staff is friendly and the area is safe. When we arrive they gave us another room in a place nearby. It was ok but the AC was very loud and it wasn't ok for heating. It was a rainy night so the noise from the rain it was awful.

• niczena (8/5): Come a casa - La mansarda all’ultimo piano in cui ho alloggiato è davvero bella, mi sono sentito a casa. Spaziosa con un bagno grande e due terrazzini vivibili. La cosa più fastidiosa era il getto del telefono della doccia, scarso e irregolare ma comunque adoperabile. Sistemato questo e con la fornitura di ciabatte monouso sarebbe stato tutto fantastico ma comunque rimane un ottimo soggiorno!

The staf were very friendly and courteous - resulting in a check-in which has to have been the fastest check-in I've ever had (and I've toured 81 countries)! Highly recommended. Nothing.

Všetko bolo perfektné – čistota, lokalita aj celková atmosféra. Izba bola vždy krásne uprataná a hotel sa nachádza v skvelej oblasti, odkiaľ je všade blízko. Najväčšie poďakovanie však patrí Eyüpovi, ktorý bol neuveriteľne ochotný, milý a nápomocný. Pomohol mi so všetkým, čo som potrebovala, a vďaka nemu bol môj pobyt ešte príjemnejší. Veľmi si vážim jeho prístup a ochotu – takých ľudí by si prial mať každý hotel! Som nesmierne spokojná a určite sa do tohto hotela opäť vrátim. Môžem ho len a len odporučiť! 🌟

Eyup was super helpful, he found 2 rooms for us on the same floor, arranged our airport transfer, and was always quick to assist with anything we needed. Distance to public transport is a bit far, around 10-12 minutes walk to the nearest station.
