We had no issues at all with the house or the host. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Overall an excellent experience, we travel to Queenstown for holidays every 1-2 years and we would definitely book this holiday home again. Nothing. Overall great experience.
• Leon (8/5): Great spot, would stay again - Exceptional views, cosy with a great fire place, location handy to town, box of chocolates on arrival was a nice touch, and the host was quick to respond. Fantastic value for Queenstown. The upstairs bathroom was quite creaky - only an issue for the people sleeping downstairs.

• Michael (9/5): The View !!! - What a view, it gets you as soon as you walk into the living room. I kept finding myself staring out of the window it looks like a painting. The house itself was clean and comfortable and okay for our 3 night stay. Not the easiest parking but at least it is off road. Nothing really. It would be very picky to criticise.
• Jill (8/5): A good family house just out of town with stunning views - The view! It’s stunning. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Good location in Fernhill, not far out of Queenstown. Easy to get an uber if didn’t want to drive. Could do with a mirror in the bedrooms and a picture on the bare walls to make them more homely. The threadbare doormat needs to be replaced and a quick pull of some weeds would improve first impressions. Simple things to sort out really!

• Anne (10/5): - Great location for town and for scenic walks. The house was spacious, warm and comfortable with an amazing view, which was hard to walk away from. We loved the fire too. Thoughtful and thorough information from the owner who made us feel welcome and at home throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend. There were no negatives.
• Leo (8/5): Missing in action" owner - Beautiful unit, great location. Property management company was "missing in action." Checked in on Sunday night; on Saturday morning, road to exit property was blocked by construction crane, couldn't drive away from unit. Messages to the owner went unanswered, and the contact phone number was not in service. After returning from a day trip on Wednesday evening, I found trash and recycling bins at roadside filled with someone else's trash. Tried to contact owner, received message back on Thursday from office (no phone call as requested) with apologies and instructions for dealing with trash. Responsiveness from owner on s scale of 1-5 was zero.
• Rowen (10/5): Our Queenstown paradise - Million dollar views, the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu are constantly there. Cosy fireplace, great kitchen, plenty of hot water. Just a wonderful three night stay. Downstairs bed could be a little softer but then again I'm an old grouch.
• Mallorie (7/5): - The view from the property was spectacular and the host was very helpful. The photos are a bit outdated as to what the property currently looks like so a bit misleading, and it's quite a bit out of Queenstown (which may have been a fault of mine for not double checking) but overall, a pleasant stay.
• Kat (6/5): Great location and views and house felt tired and drafty - Location There was no kindling and minimal lucifer so very difficult to light fire. Internet connectivity was unreliable and there were no instructions provided for TV. There did not appear to be any tv streaming services available at all. The upstairs toilet kept flushing all night so that will need to be addressed, also the plug for kitchen sink did not fit. Overall the house felt tired and was quite draft, would not stay during the winter months, although sufficient heating.

• Vei (9/5): A very high quality accommodation for a group for four to six. - The view, the comfort, the privacy and quietness. I like to have more working power points. A can of air freshener for the kitchen for after cooking.
• Alexandra (10/5): Incredible views and excellent place to stay - Incredible views, quiet neighborhood and close to local shops/food places and hikes. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again! We loved everything tbh, couldn't fault it!
• Lai (10/5): Amazing view - Amazing view. Clear instructions from owner about getting there and thoughtful reminding us to be careful due to weather conditions changes. Is like a home so we get to do simple cooking and enjoy the view from the dining place. All good.
