• Arjen (9/5): Fijn appartement dicht bij de oude stad. - De ligging t.o.v. de oude stad is geweldig. (Wel veel trappen; maar ja die zijn onvermijdelijk in deze stad) De host is erg behulpzaam en de koelkast was gevuld met koude drankjes. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de douche is comfortabel. Niet veel. De koekenpannen waren aan vervanging toe (anti aanbaklaag zat er niet meer in)

• harding (7/5): - The location was great. Liked the outside space, although the seating couldn’t be used as there wasn’t any seating pads ! The host was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations. Was very basic and small. (apartment 4). I wouldn’t stay here more than 3 nights. My son stayed in apt 2. Was much bigger spacious and light.

• Solveig (10/5): - Vi är mycket nöjda med vistelsen i Magnolia Apartments. Lägenheten var välutrustad, ren och fräsch, sköna sängar, bra dusch samt trevligt med tillgången till terrassen. Uthyrarna var lätta att få kontakt med och de var mycket serviceinriktade. Läget är perfekt. Nära till Gamla stan, livsmedelsbutik, badstrand, linbanan, flygbuss och lokalbuss.
• Gillian (9/5): - The proximity to the old City, cable car and views. The owners were lovely and great at communicating. They let us store our bags until check-in and shared a delicious walnut liqueur they'd made with us. The sloped ceiling in the bedroom as I hit my head on it 3 times.

• Sylwia (5/5): Za duża cena do jakości - Widok z okien super, lokalizacja na plus chodz schody są męczące Rzeczywistość mieszkania ze zdjęć różni się, było brudno, podłoga wogole nie była sprzątana (skarpetki białe po przejściu się po mieszkaniu były czarne). Za taką cenę mógłby być lepszy standard.

Desde una muy pequeña ventana que tenía, se lograba ver Old Town Las camas eran incómodas, básicamente no tenía ventilación, como estaba mal distribuido. La comunicación fue muy difícil porque la encargada no hablado en inglés ni español, creemos que pudo haber sido un poco más amable

• Anthony (8/5): Great location but apartment does not have a view. - Only a 300m walk to Old Town. A view but only from the shared patio area. Not that well appointed. Only 1 aircon and the kitchen/dinner area is much smaller than it appears on the photos. No lounge.

Creo haber leído antes de hacer la reserva que está en un segundo piso, y no es correcto, son más de 5 pisos

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with its close proximity to both the city center and the beach.

Apartment was small and only one window and very small shower and sink. The bed boards were broken and kept falling out which was horrible. It was not fixed during our stay.
• Carly (9/5): Great location - Great location, very responsive host, nice terrace The shower didn't fit in the wall attachment, so one had to hold the hose while showering. Photos show a variety of apartments, and our unit looked much different than we were expecting.
• Lidia (9/5): Wonderful location! - The apartment is small and simple but very clean and well equipped. It has all the kitchen stuff, fresh towels and AC. It's just 5 minutes from Old Town. This place also offers shared terrace to chill during the evening with the view of the Dubrovnik. The host is very kind and quickly responds to all messages.
• Graham (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Five minute walk to the Old Town, Cable Car a minute away, bakery and supermarket handy. Very safe and quiet. Nice outside area with views. Would stay there again. Was a hand held shower. Wasn’t secured to the cradle in the wall. Easy fix though.

• Emma (8/5): Cute cozy apartment stay near old town - Nice, basic apartment conveniently located just outside the old town. Lovely outdoor patio with an amazing view - cable car goes right over it. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The apartment is fairly small and did not have enough towels and pillows. The A/C is only in the main room, so you can't close the bedroom doors at night or it gets too hot in the rooms, which makes for less privacy.

It is in such a central location , 5 minutes to Banje Beach & to the shops & cafes . The host gave me a lot of information via What’s App. There were a lot of stairs but certainly worth it.

• Natalie (9/5): Amazing. I would recommend to anyone travelling as a group, especially if you want to be close to ports and the Old Town - I liked the space of the property and its location. The fact that the bathrooms had very little ventilation but this wasn’t a major issue.
• Ben (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was a 10 minite walk from the Old Town and the beach. There was a restaurant right when you came down the stairs. The apartment had everything you needed, and we got fresh towels halfway through the week. The terrace was a shared outside space, which we did not know about until arriving there and seeing a couple of people outside on it. When we confronted the owner about it, and asked for a bit of a refund because of the misleading advert on Booking.com as it never mentioned it was a shared space, she turned quite rude and accused us of trying to get out of paying full price, even though we alredy paid the price over a month earlier. Our booking never mentioned that the terrace was shared. We paid over £850 for the apartment mainly because it had this terrace, and we were expecting it to be private. The floor was also dirty, with lots of little bits on it as soon as we arrived.

• Sami (9/5): Superb - Very good location near the old town. Perfect for exploring the city by walking. Reasonable walking distance from the nearest street with car access. The house has four very different apartments. We were in #3, which is a penthouse with 2 bedrooms. Nice garden with turtles! Host Dina was very responsive and helpful. Her husband drove us from / to the airport, stopped in Lidl for grocery, when we arrived. Partially worn out, especially bathroom needs refurbishment. No ventilation in the bathroom, just a small hatch in the wall. Pictures are randomly from all apartments, i.e. it is not possible to identify the exact apartment from the pictures.

• Anthony (9/5): We spent 4 nights in the apartment. It was perfect for all our needs and comfortable for the 4 of us - Great location, 5 minutes walk from the old town. Fabulous views! The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4. We were lucky to have beautiful weather while we were there so we were able to make full use of the lovely terrace area. Make sure you look for the family of tortoises that live in the garden! There were a lot of steps up to the apartment which could prove a problem if you have mobility issues.

Beautiful Gardens planted with lots of Fruit trees and have several courtyards excellent for watching sunset or Breakfast The steps going up the apartment may be quite challenging for some seniors
• Minna (5/5): Not a good stay - The location of the apartment was great! You could walk to the old town ant the cable car was really close. There were a lot of stairs to the apartment and going up to the appartment was good exercise . The pictures did not correspond to reality. The kitchen and the living space were really small. The bathroom was really bad, it was old and there was really strong smell of mold. It was without ventilation. There was no view from the terrace and it was quite untidy and inconvenient. The hostess was not polite and she replied with a delay. She promised to deliver missing supplies, but that happened after two days. Then we had only one night left in the apartment. We would not recommend this apartment, sorry.

• Daniel (3/5): Wouldn't recommend this apartment at all - The outside area is nice and that the apartment is close to the old town. Also the contact with the owner was friendly. And it was 90% clean Overall the price-value ratio was absolutely not given. -The mattress on the bad was totally exhausted and it feels like you are laying in a pit and metal parts are poking you in the back. - The bathroom was really bad, shower head holder was broken, the bathroom was old and had no window or even ventilation. It felt like a rainforest which was even worse because the drain smelled... Also no chance to hang the towels. - for 170€ per night I would expect a capsule coffee machine. The filter coffee machine in the apartment smelled horrible, so this was useless. - the ac of the neighbor apartment blowes directly in the only window and made a lot of noise - the wifi is 50% of the time useless Overall this apartment gave us a bad taste about this nice city. I'm sorry but I definitely wouldn't recommend a stay here.

• Anthony (10/5): Fabulous location and super clean apartment with the best owner - We booked this apartment at the last minute because we didn't like the one we booked through VRBO. We were so fortunate to find this beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean and the location can't be beat. It's a 5 minute walk into the Old Town. The owner is an absolutely fabulous lady who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.. The onsite housekeeper is also such a nice lady. Book this apartment if it's available!
• Andrew (10/5): Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. - The host was simply amazing! so friendly and helpful, maintaining great communication throughout our stay and previously to our arrival. The apartment was super clean and had everything we required. Our host treated us to a beer on check in and organised our transfers. Any problems we had were small and were addressed and communicated well with our host. Fab location, very safe, with some outstanding restaurants close by, wonderful views and all facilities on our doorstep. Lovely bed linen and plenty of room for us (father and son) to lounge about - as the weather was a bit hit and miss. Thank you Dina! LOTS of steps, but that is Dubrovnik! People with mobility issues should think carefully about whether this area is suitable for them, but my father, who is 78, managed just fine.
