- Oussama (1/5): - Nothing, have bed service and quality, I cancel my reservation before check in, The overall condition of the facilities does not meet the standards that guests would reasonably expect from a hotel offering paid accommodation. What was even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism in customer service. Communication with guests is extremely poor, inquiries are not handled properly, and responses are often delayed or unclear. It felt as though guest concerns were not taken seriously, and there was little effort made to provide assistance or resolve issues. A hotel is not only about the room itself but also about the quality of service and guest experience. Unfortunately, this property failed in both aspects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially those seeking a comfortable, healthy, and professionally managed environment. I strongly encourage the management to improve maintenance standards, customer care, and communication procedures to avoid similar negative experiences for future guests.

- Sherif (1/5): Not recommended - The only good point is Staff was good anything else is very bad Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience for our honeymoon. The staff were honestly the best part — very kind, helpful, and respectful. However, the hotel itself didn’t meet our expectations. The place doesn’t really look like the photos, and the overall condition and maintenance were below the expected level, especially considering the price. There were also ongoing renovation and construction works for two days during our stay, which was disappointing since I had informed the hotel that we were newlyweds on our honeymoon. Additionally, the plumbing was not working properly in both rooms we stayed in, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms the whole time. In short, the staff were truly great, but the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and value for money were unfortunately far below what we expected.

The staff at the hotel were awesome; they were all A*. 😊 On my first night, I saw 2 cockroaches in the toilet. Managed to get one but the other escaped. Other than that, everything was fine.

Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Herr Mechref der eine späteren Checkout ermöglicht hat und sehr freundlich ist. Sogar die vom Gepäck waren einfach wundervoll und haben immer geholfen. Vom Seiteneingang bietet das Hotel Barrierefreiheit auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen.

We’d love to return - We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and our experience was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff provided outstanding service — they were very attentive and made us feel special as newlyweds. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning sea view. Everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect honeymoon experience.

- hesham tayel (7/5): - الموقع راءع الافطار جميل ونظيف الطاقم متميز اللونج صباح في الافطار ومساءا في السهره جو جميل ومنظر راءع الفندق يحتاج الي بعض الاشياء طاقم تنظيف الغرف قليل جدا لابوجد غلايه وطلبت شفرة حلاقه غير موحوده الماء الساخن في الدور الاول المجدد ياخذ وقت طويل ونحن مازلنا في فصل الخريف وحدة تحكم جهاز التكييف في الدور المجدد لا يعمل ولا يوجد طقم صيانه طلبت اكتر من مره

- Ayeh (8/5): Beautiful views - The location of Bayview Hotel is convenient, but unfortunately it was very loud at night due to several lounges nearby, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The facilities also need improvement. The bathroom was not as clean as expected — I even found hair strands in the bathtub, which was disappointing. Overall cleanliness could definitely be better. The stay had potential, but I think more attention to hygiene and soundproofing would really improve the experience.

- Ahmad (1/5): Bad - Don't book. We got robbed and the hotel couldn't care less. We had missing items and the staff was not helpful at all. None of the management called. The missing items included a perfume and accessories. The level of support was below any standard we have seen.
- Marwan (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay, just make sure you enjoy the music - The Hotel is really nice and in an amazing location. The view is beautiful , wish we had more time as we checked really late and had to leave early. The noise / music from close by restaurants was great to listen to but not for someone that is looking to sleep early. Music stopped around 12:30 and that’s a weekday.
