• Eric (7/5): Ruhige Villa in Playa Blanca - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen "Villen"-Region am Ende einer Sackgasse. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man wenig mit, insbesondere wenn Rücksicht herrscht. Man ist in wenigen Fahrminuten in Playa Blanca und erreicht auch schnell regionale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (inkl. einem großen Lidl-markt). Über das Booking.com-Portal wird man über WhatsApp im Chat mit der Nummer für die Schlüsselbox informiert. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen großen Obstkorb und zwei Flaschen Wasser im Kühschrank. Die Unterkunft bietet drei Schlafzimmer und ist räumlich großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank und kombiniert mit drei Eisfächern darunter. Die Töpfe und Pfannen sind in gutem Zustand, 4-Platten-Ceranfeld und Backofen, Mikrowelle und Toaster sowie viel Küchenutensilien (inkl. Sieben) sind vorhanden. Es gab eine Mokkamaschine ("Bialetti"-ähnlich). Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine und Aufhängemöglichkeit für Wäsche in einem von der Küche begehbaren Patio. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmerbereich sind neu, unser Bett war sehr gut und es gab verschiedene Kopfkissen-Varianten zur Auswahl. Es gab ausreichend viele Pool-Liegen. Das Auto kann in einer zum Haus gehörigen Garagenzufahrt geparkt werden. Zu wenig Gläser, keine zwei gleichen Wein-, Bier- oder Sektgläser Keine Kaffeemaschine oder Kapselautomat (hätten wir aber auch nicht mit Stempel-Kanne benötigt) Die Haustür klappert durch den Wind. Das Haus war kühl und etwas zugig durch die Fenster und Türen, ohne Möglichkeiten der Beheizung. Diese haben wir über die Verwalterin extra angefordert und zwei mobile Heizlüfter geliefert bekommen. Sonst wäre es in den Schlafzimmern (Reise im März 26, dtl. kühler, windiger und regnerischer als sonst, wir kennen Lanzarote seit fast 30 Jahren) bzw. im Wohnbereich klamm zum Sitzen geworden. Die Fenster haben außen Fliegengitter, die zum Teil eingerissen waren. Der Außenbereich zum Sitzen hatte einen Plastiktisch mit wackeligen aber nachstellbaren Tischbeinen, die gemauerte Bank mit Sitzkissen ausgestattet hatte schon einen etwas gebrauchten Eindruck gemacht und die Kissen rückwärtig hatten Feuchtigkeitsflecke. Im von der Küche begehbaren Badezimmer war die Duschtasse undicht und es gab größere Wasseransammlungen davor nach dem Duschen. Im anderen Bad funktionierte die Beleuchtung am Spiegel nicht und es gab in der Deckenecke mindestens Stockflecken oder Schimmel.

La anfitriona es simpática, cercana y pendiente de cualquier imprevisto. Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. Recomiendo al 100% Que se terminaron las vacaciones ohh.

• Susan (7/5): Quite nice but too far out. - Nice and clean.some nice touches, water biscuits washing up liquid, soap power etc. Needs more information from host. Had to phone her to find out about the key safe number, the wi fi password and didn’t know what time we had to vacate the villa.
• Perme (7/5): Overall the location is super, vulcano behind, beach infront - Good matresses, welcome basket of fruit and water, especially when we come late I expected s little bit more clean appartment inside and outside; especialy bathrooms, windows, terase; muscito nets on windows were a bit teared.
• Stephen (7/5): Well situated semi detatched villa mountain view, car needed, very clean, needs owner maintenance. - The location was roughly what we expected, it is located on a pleasant quiet small no through road. It had off road parking, it had a small pool. It had a partial mountain view. The whole property was very clean, inside and outside where there was a nice shady sitting eating area. The kitchen was well equipped. It is a short drive to shops and restaurants and beach. Beds were okay. We always make the most of our accommodation and were happy with the situation. On arrival we had to stand and wait for a message about the keys. There was a lack of basic maintenance. A hot tap in a basin was constantly running, which we reported as so much hot water was being continually wasted, (nothing was done during our stay,) I turned the hot water off under the sink but then it couldn't be used. All basin plugs didn't work, One bathroom had the over sink light not working. The double bedroom which we intended to use smelt musty and not aired, so we had to use a twin room and move bedding around to try to suit us. There were not enough pillows for the property and of those there were, only a couple were of an acceptable quality. The duvets and linen were tired, though clean. This aspect was pretty poor and we would not expect to pay the price we did for this for just two of us. My wife was very unhappy on arrival which was a shame. the property was photographed in a way that didn't show the pool right in the front open to the car parking and not at all private. it was acceptable but we would have preferred it more privately situated.

• Gillian (8/5): Great villa, lots of room, and facilities. - A lovely villa, with everything needed. (No AC but fans are provided). The pool area isn’t very private, it’s next to the driveway. An updated gate to the drive could make it private, however. An information pack would be useful, with local information in. (Unless we just didn’t find it).
• Charlotte (8/5): Lovely little gem of a villa - Very comfortable, clean home. Easy to access, enough space for 6 of us. Good access to beaches and town. We would definitely stay here again. The pump was broken on the pool and so it was dirty for the first four days and had to be mended and this took a lot of tooing and fro-ing with the manager and pool man whilst we should have been relaxing. Although this was disappointing and frustrating the manager did respond quickly to all my concerns and it was eventually fixed. There is a communal pool and beaches but it was disappointing that we couldn't stay by the villa pool for the first 4 days.

• Anonymous (7/5): I wouldn’t stay at this property again - We liked the location We spent the last week of our 2 week stay with only 1 shower and toilet, as there was 4 adults that wasn’t great. Toilet waste was flooding into the kitchen and hallway due to a problem with the villas drains.
