- Yvonne (10/5): - Ein echtes Riad! Bequeme Betten, tolle heisse duschen , top saubere Toiletten.
- TRockwell (9/5): - Very interesting historical building. Very friendly owner who is helpful in every way.
Felajánlotta a vacsora lehetőséget is.
- Tomas (6/5): 50% - Autentický prostředí, parkování uvnitř a snídaně WC a sprchy mimo ložnice, hluk zvenku, horší příjezd

- Michal (8/5): Very special place recommended for people looking for genuine Amazigh experience. Limited facilities - Absolutely stunning original 300 years old Ryad.
Very authentic experience and highly recommended to people who appreciate history and old architecture.
The host Aziz is very friendly and the breakfast served was delicious.
Just don't expect modern luxuries, bathrooms are shared and there is no wifi. Tiny town of Tissint on the edge of Sahara was the most expensive place in the whole of Morocco.
The local restaurant recommended by the host charged us a fortune for very simple and easily forgettable meal.

- De Masi (10/5): Would come back anytime! - We were supposed to pass through Tissint and ended up staying longer, this place is a gem and although more pricy than most places in Morocco, totally worth jt! Beautiful peaceful riad with incredibly gentle and kind people, we laughed, had good food and felt welcome! Had an amazing time seeing the terrace and the inside and got told we could easily train (we both dance in life) and put music - very flexible and pleasant company. The rooms are magnificent, with beautiful colorful carpets and the bathroom also very well functioning, hot water and all. We didn’t miss anything between smiles and wonderful views. Fully recommend :)

- Andrea (9/5): -
- David (10/5): - An authentic Riad, full of character, really peaceful in an excellent location within walking distance of the shops. A great host and fantastic tagine and breakfast.
- Martin (8/5): - Sehr gutes Essen
- robert (8/5): Bien - Bien Bien
- Éric (8/5): - Personnel très avenant et sympathique.
Belles douches et SDB.
Belles chambres.
- Szymon (10/5): Unforgetable moroccan atmosphere - Great place to stay! Stunning architecture of the Riad, super nice stuff, comfortable and clean rooms, and amaaazing food!! We highly recommend this place!
- Julia (9/5): Very nice experience in authentic Ryad☺️ - We had a good time in Ryad Icaid☺️ it is a beautiful 300yo building with amazing view from the rooftop and very friendly owner. Dinner and breakfast were delicious!! As it is very old building there is some dust everywhere
- Francesco (5/5): nice but basic, overpriced - Located in an old though ruined riad, it had a lot of charm even if services and cleanliness were not up to expectations and standards The room description was misleading, the bathroom was not in the room or close to it, we had to cross the courtyard, and in winter, even if the warm moroccan one, was not nice.
Room was dusty, even though the whole village was unpaved, it was not nice or expected, in terms of value for money the price paid it's way too much given the standards
- Martin (10/5): Suitable for motorbikers-parking inside. Very, very calm place ! - Suitable for motorbikers-parking inside.
Very, very calm place !
Great tajin, generous breakfast !
- James (8/5): Very good - This place is tricky for feedback. The man on site was great and cooked us lovely supper and a good breakfast. The antiquity of the building and it's contents are great. But it just somehow didn't feel like a place that justified the price. Not en suite and it overall felt like it needed a bit more care and attention.
We felt if it had been 20 euros for the double room then we'd have got what we paid for. Not ensuite (at this price). No WiFi. Place felt rather neglected.
- Matej (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was absolutely amazing and dinner as well, traditional and home made.
This is not a touristy place yet, people in the village were genuinely friendly to us.
We arrived at night. Driving on unpaved roads in narrow dark alleys was a bit nerve-wracking but it is possible to easily arrive to the Ryad by car using Google Maps. We could not locate the Ryad at first but we asked a neighbour who helped us out. He pointed at the blue gate, we knocked and somebody showed us in. You can park your car inside the gate.
There is no Wi-Fi but cell connection works well.
It is best if you speak some French, but you can also communicate via English using google translate. Finding the exact location of the Ryad via Google Maps was not possible.
No Wi-Fi.
- Julien (8/5): Very good -
- Ákos (8/5): Very good - The building is traditionally Ryad, 300 years old, and well renovated. The owner is very kind man and the breakfast is very good. If somebody wants to try this type of accommodation highly recommended.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - After a long day, this was the perfect place to relax. It's in a small town and the ryad is like an oasis: is a really beautiful place with nice rooms. The owner is really nice and even though there's no wifi he shared with us its internet connection. Here I had the best dinner at the most magical room I've never imagined. .
- Paul (9/5): Amazing find worth staying - Our host was super attentive
The property was fabulous to stay in
Our motorbikes where nice and safe in the courtyard
The evening meal and breakfast where very tasty We didn't realise that the bathroom and loos were not en suite, but across the courtyard, this was not a problem they where very clean with lots of lovely hot water
- Liz (9/5): Memorable. - We had a really great stay here. Aziz is exceptional; kind, helpful but unobtrusive and he makes your stay perfect. We had the whole Kasbah to ourselves and it was a magical stay with dinner under the stars. There is no private bathroom but it didn’t matter to us as we were the only guests. There is plenty of hot water and it’s clean enough.
Food was really good and the Berber omlette for breakfast was excellent. If you need a stopover on your journey this place is a must. You won’t forget it in a long time! No wifi (Maroc Telecom has good 4G).
Maybe less dust in the rooms but considering the desert landscape it’s remarkable that it’s as clean as it is.
- Cynthia (10/5): It was expedito al. - We stopped in Tissint on our dual sport motorcycle trip and we were more than tempted to stay another night as this property, the host and his village were for lack of better words special.
Asiz (sp?) was the most kind, generous and welcoming host we have met on any travels.
His cooking was exceptional. The tagine for dinner and egg dish for breakfast were OUTSTANDING !
His warm smile truly was the Moroccan experience we were looking for.
Not to mention the property was breath taking. Over 400 years old. Be sure to spend some time in the indoor “living room”. A perfect place for yoga / meditation/ reading it simply to relax with a cup of tea. We loved everything but as a heads up there is no wifi and there is a small farm in back so you hear goats / chicken / roosters etc.
- Maurice (9/5): Will come back - Best food we had in morocco, let Azziz bring what he has in mind and you will not regret; green interior; a lot of spots to sit; great view from the roof; great colors; very close to water fall/swimming spots; seclusion from city action Nothing
- Pawel (9/5): HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! - Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, service, breakfast and dinner (very good tajine). Perfect ratio price/quality. Keep it up ! Very difficult to find. It is located in a small street quite far from the main road in the small village of "nowhere" :). There is no sign of any kind to help you get to Ryad. I asked local people and they didn't know about this place either. Luckily, one of the locals was nice enough to call the ryad and then we found out the direction.
- Mattia (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly
- Sabine (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice riad with friendly and helpful people. Clear recommendation!
- Russell (10/5): Excellent and authentic - Colour & creativity, authenticity, friendliness.
Attention to detail.
The food was really good. When we asked for water with our meal, the host went out and bought it for us, which was really kind of him.
Ablutions were excellent. Our booking seemed to have been overlooked, and the host wasn't there to greet us when we arrived, but once the "community grapevine" was put into action, he soon arrived.
The room was incredibly hot, and had no means of cooling it down (no fan / no aircon / only one tiny window), so we did end up sleeping outside in the dining area.
- Matěj (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind host in traditional locality. Thanks Azis for wonderfull experience, fine dishes and nice tour through your house.
- Fredy (10/5): Exceptional - It is an old house more than 400 years old, a good experiencie to be in contact with past, service was excellente, food prepare for them was one of the best in our trip to moroco, thanks They are re-building this hotel, so they need to take care of some details, but is was a good experience
- Joe (1/5): wast of money ! - nice old building dirty toilet, no toilet paper despite asking over 10 times, no towels, apparently still at the company that washes them, no extra blanket despite asking numerous times, breakfast was just bread, omelet and oil, cold tea and cold coffee without milk.
from the hand in the face on entering telling me they are full and I should leave immediately, to trying to sleep in a room that was freezing. it’s truly a wast of money and I could go on and on !
