• sonia (10/5): Maravilloso - La ubicación , perfecta . Para moverte a todos los puntos de la isla es punto clave. Fácil aparcamiento. El apartamento precioso , se le nota el cariño en la decoración y detalles . Ventanales maravillosos , puedes ver el amanecer desde el salón de casa . Cama muy cómoda Solo eché un poco en falta mampara en el baño y cortina , en la ventana del baño

• Claire (5/5): Not too bad but won’t return. - Good sea view on a clear day Lots of steps. No place to sunbathe as only small, covered terrace. Tiny shower. Dreadful stench of sewage in the bathroom which spread around the apartment, making it uncomfortable to relax. Lots of noise from adjoining apartments.
• Rebecca (6/5): Great apartment, a few changes could make this a quality place to stay - Spacious, great views pool area was convenient. Had the amenities we needed like hairdryer and beach towels. The bed squeaked a lot and woke us up in the night every time we turned over. The mattress was also hard. Bathroom window was broken and kept banging in the wind all night because we couldn't lock/ close it. A temporary fix was put in place by maintenance but it was not secure. There was also no blind or curtain at the bathroom window which meant people in the apartment across the road could see in. Check out was also at 10am which is a bit early. That being said, I would still stay there again as these elements are easily fixed.
• Pia-Leena Salo (8/5): - The apartment was nice and cozy. Nice area, friendly atmosphere. Beutiful view from the large windows. The double bed was too narrow for two persons. There was some problems in the bathroom, but they were solved.

• Judith (5/5): Our stay at Ocean View - The kitchen was modern and a good size., but with very basic equipment. The living room was spacious and had a good view, there were 6 big windows but no blinds so it was very hot especially when we were there through the heat wave !! We did ask for a fan and one arrived the next day.. The bedroom was a good size, the bed was quite comfy. When we arrived for a month there were no spare sheets, other bedding or towels, we queried this and they were provided the next day. The main thing we didn't like was the fact it was totally unsuitable for a disabled person, had we known that we would not have booked the apartment for 1 month. I read a review which mentioned a flight of stairs up to the front door.. I queried this with the host who assured me there was a rail, the host failed to mention that there were 2 internal sets of stairs (3 in each) without a handrail even though I said I was disabled and had balance problems. So for 1 whole month I was unable to go to the bedroom or more importantly the bathroom on my own, without help from my husband. My independence was ruined, I was devastated. There was also a terrible smell in the bathroom which we mentioned at least 3 times via Booking.com and WhatsApp. The host did not even acknowledge this problem, it was really bad, I suspect a long standing drainage problem. For the first time ever with Booking.com we had very poor communication with the host, she told us her local property manager would help, he didn't, he eventually rang us back to say "it wasn't one of his" !!! In the property description Fire Extinguishers were mentioned 3 times, there was NO Fire Extinguisher or even a first aid kit. The bathroom and shower were tiny, there was no bathroom cabinet or shelves. We had to keep the bathroom window open because of the smell, which meant people passing could see into the bathroom, not ideal !!! The bathroom was the only window with a catch to be partially open all the others had to be fully open or closed which wasn't ideal with the Lanzarote wind. The apartment had an iron but no ironing board. There were no cleaning products provided except for washing up liquid.

• Kevin (7/5): - Location to square, lots of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to beach Mattress hard, pillows too soft, could do with extra. Noise from building work opposite apartment. No air con....very warm.
