- Susan (8/5): Great place to stay and good location - The location was great I didn’t like that there wasn’t a car park, and the remote for the tv in bedroom was not working
- astonkwok (10/5): - The interior was tidy and neat
Kitchen equipment was well provided.
It is accessible directly via Skybus if you are coming from Melbourne airport.
Very close to Frankston station and shopping centre.

- Schantell (6/5): Rather disappointing - To be able to come & go whenever you choose, as the swipe card is great, just needs to be one per person, that way things inside the apartment are still accessible, but also others can use things like the lift etc.... Disappointed at the incomplete dinner ware, how unclean the place was, things that were broken as in the dishwasher door handle.
The place was riddled with an infestation of ants, this was rather annoying but the worst thing of all, was the apartment we paid for and booked wasn't this one, it turns out that my receipt stated that there was, a washer/dryer in the apartment to which there was not?
No complementary milk, coffee, tea, sugars, and bathroom items, that people like to collect as a keep sake, momentum from their stay, very disappointing.
And lm angry at the amount of money this stay cost and we got absolutely nothing for value out of our stay, l won't recommend this apartment stay to anyone, its not value for dollar, its rather a headache that l really didn't need?
Rather shattering......
- Helen (8/5): We we there to visit family so really only needed a place to sleep. - It was good for our purpose Street parking only, made me very nervous as we were using a hire care

- Ron (9/5): - The apartment suited us perfectly for our extended stay . All amenities needed were there & location was great. Shops & eating places were all close by. SkyBus service from Melbourne Airport stops & leaves right outside the front of the building. Bus services we needed to get Peninsula Private Hospital were only 10 minutes walk . Sal was very contactable & friendly. We were very happy with our stay. Nothing to list.
- Mochamad (7/5): - Location and helpfull staff The room layout
- Tim (8/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (7/5): Well equipped apartment, clean, comfy bed, central location - Clean, well equipped apartment , full size fridge Cigarette smoke smell throughout in the evening
Trip hazard into bathroom
Wifi not available
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - central to all we needed Parking would be good to have a free spot included
Bed a little hard
- Cindy (5/5): It was ok for last resort option. - The location was great being out the front of the sky bus stop. It was weird getting the swipe card from the key box attached to the Asian restaurant door. A customer wanted to get access to the restaurant while I was trying to access the card which made the process feel awkward.
It was disgusting to find a small bottle of sex toy lubricant down beside the bed.
The apartment felt tidy but carpets and couch felt grubby and we had to search for clean towels for showering which weren’t very nice quality.
- Bridget (9/5): Superb -
- Kelly (10/5): Well equipped, fantastic location, great value for money. Would definitely stay again. - This well equipped apartment proved tremendous value for money. We enjoyed every aspect of the property including the layout, cleanliness, decor, amenities, comfort, dimension and the location was amazing.. and when standing on the balcony, if you poked your head around the corner you could enjoy and amazing view of the bay. A dedicated parking space would have given peace of mind, however the lack of such would not stop me from staying here again.
- Jason (7/5): Good - No Parking,
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect - Cleanliness
Comfort
Convience
Security
- Peta (8/5): Fine. We were in town for a funeral -so not ideal- but the apartment was fine. - It would be good to have a loose sheet and light blanket. The doona was beautiful and fluffy but too hot for summer.
No kitchen plug.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (7/5): Good - Being so close to the beach and boardwalk. It was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment, but it was more like a studio as the bedroom was open plan.
I also didn't realise that there wasn't parking included, which was a pain as it was Australia Day weekend, and it was difficult to find somewhere to park.
Both the bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable too.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diane (7/5): Good - Clean and comfortable No off street parking
- Elena (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Nothing tea , had coffee but no milk. Thought it was question but not to be. Misleading. Floor smelt like smok, room was stuffy and smelt. Balcony with beachfront had view of buildings . Not a great experience
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): 7 Nights in Frankston - Well equipped large apartment in a great location close to the beach, trains, buses, and shopping centre.
Good communication with the host It wasn't clean. Food remains from previous guests were in the fridge. Also dirty utensils and food scraps in the utensil drawer.
- Lieslapple (10/5): Exceptional -
- Owen (8/5): Very good -
- Leaellyn (9/5): Superb - Found the heater hard to work
- Nathan (7/5): Good -
- Lythall (7/5): Good location, comfortable be great in summer - Location, access to beach, shops, restaurants, pubs
Well equipped kitchen, lounge bathroom, Bed was very firm, not my preference
- Ella (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous communication, gorgeous decor and excellent location
- Steve_stewart (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Johnny (10/5): Perfect ! - Service by Sal, location, facilities and cleanliness Having one card made it a little tricky as the lights would only function when the card was in the allocated slot.
When one of us had to leave the room, the card had to be taken in order to get back into the apartment.
A second card would have been great.
- Sara (4/5): Felt very uncomfortable, as I didn’t realise this property was privately owned. Also the heating was not great - Location Had to park on the road, and the place had a funky smell. The lounge and carpet was stained.
- Vinura (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - View One key
- Jingjing (10/5): Fuss free and easy to access - It’s along a very convenient stretch with McDonald’s just opposite. There’s two restaurants right below the apartment. Host was amazing and friendly. Sofa bed wasn’t exactly very comfortable but it works well thou.
- Brent (8/5): Quality experience - Was a good clean standard. No complaints at all
- Stephen (7/5): Good location, spacious, comfortable room, but no parking. - The apartment was spacious, clean & tidy. The lack of parking was a great inconvenience. Had to park on the street, if you could find a spot.
- Jing (8/5): Like a second home - I loved the quirky touches Salman added to the place like the spices and types of appliances available for use.
- Carlos (7/5): Good - location floor rugs and carpets have stains
- Mary (9/5): had a good stay, great location. - great location I thought it could have been cleaner
- Cooper (8/5): Very convenient. Suited our needs perfectly. Very genial and friendly landlord. - Grill bar downstairs very convenient.
Lounge and dining area were both fine.
Easy access into the building and the apartment. The bed and the bed linen were not of good quality.
Bathroom and shower recess not particularly clean.
- Lisa (9/5): Sal was a lovely host, and so accommodating with any requests. Excellent communication. - In a very convenient location, with the beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with a car park, but there was no issue at all with finding parks very close to the accommodation.
- San (9/5): Superb -
