Kitchen is well stocked and hot tub was a nice bonus There are no closets to hang clothes and seating is limited. We spent majority of day at Mt Ranier hiking so this wasn’t as big a deal for us.

• Emilia (10/5): Perfect for a convenient stay near Rainier - We had a great stay at the Gnome Home. The house is small but we found it perfectly spacious for a couple. It's got all the amenities one may need including cooking gear, a washer and a drier, and a cute little hot tub with views of the forest :) It was a good location, around 20 minute drive from Mt Rainier park entrance and a couple minutes from town with shops and restaurants, but the house itself is comfortable enough to just spend time there relaxing. It's adjacent to another small house and surrounded by other cabins, but the area was very quiet. It's a detail, but we did wish there were blinds on the side windows as well.
