- Darren (9/5): - Quite a large room and very comfortable bed. Great location as it is only 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel is surrounded by so many eateries and food halls , convinience stores and pubs.

- ALICIA LENG (8/5): RUME is a good place to stay during CNY visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming. - The location was very good for me as it is nearby my family's house in Stampin. Parking during CNY was easy, for when my family picked me up. Response for amenities request always met quickly. The shower pressure was weak - this was a major disappointment. The windows behind the curtains are also quite dirty.

Beside that, the lightning throughout the corridor was aesthetically pleasing that added a sense of comfort and security. I look forward to visiting Rune hotel again in the near future.

The see-through shower screen was less suitable for a shared room, as it affected privacy. We also found that the receptionist could benefit from improved familiarity with hotel information to better assist guests. There is no designated parking space, and the surrounding area remained rather noisy, even at night.

- Elizabeth (1/5): - the location is good, overall first impression not bad Poor Maintenance, 1st gave me a room with an airconditioning that does not working properly, Hot air coming out after 2 hours still hot. When i called and complain the staff told me its the hot weather and told me i have to stay longer and wait plus there are no other rooms available for me . so i told them its obvious that there is nothing to do with the weather then only theu told me i could go down and they make arrangement to change a room for me. 2nd room ok....smell abit like someone been smoking in there before but aircon is working fine so cant complain , but so unfortunate in the morning the toilet decided its not flushing anymore worse still it decided to back flow and floaded the whole bathroom. Anyway i was about to check out so i told thwm about the toilet too... All in All the situation makes me look like im the problem....like how can this be so unlucky TWICE! the staffs are incompetant but i wont blame them its the management...Top downs that needs attention!!

- B (5/5): Suitable location, friendly staff. Room cleanliness needs improvement. - Front line staff were very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff were friendly but services was lacking. Location of property was very convenient. Housekeeping staff were friendly but services was lacking. Even though I left reminders to make up room, it was not related to housekeeping, even when instructed during their office hours time. They messaged me and I responded but service was not made. Bedsheets was not changed unless requested but had to be prompted again directly with housekeeping. (Three weeks stay). I never had this issue at other properties, nor did I prompt them to change linens or vacuum the floor. Hot water was always lacking during evening hours. This was reported but nothing was done.

Whilst the bathrooms are generally clean, they need to pay attention to some spots, which can be unsightly. Generally no major complaints

- Sylvia (7/5): It was mehh - Cleanliness and location. I can hear drunk guests next door screaming their lungs out at 2am. I'm a light sleeper so I was awaken by the sound of them not onpy screaming but also moving furnitures at 1.30am. This went on for about an hour.

Overall, the stay was very comfortable. I suggest that the curtains could be a bit longer to prevent sunlight from shining into the room

- H (8/5): Very good - Location was very near to the airport. It is also located in the vicinity of so many eateries. Shower room may need more attention in maintenance as there were some black stains on the silicone sealant areas.
