• Raul (4/5): Zona e foarte bună. - Zona foarte bună, în jur se găsesc locuri de parcare. Apartamentul era puțin degradat, lenjeria și pilota murdare, aerul condiționat nu funcționa, lipsa hârtie igienică, săpun și foarte important, NU ERA APĂ CALDA.

• Andrei (1/5): - Nothing. Multa mizerie..fire de par pe jos si prin baie. Dusul era mizeralib..furtunl de la dus rupt, para de dus era terminata..mizerabila si plina de calcar si alte mizerii. Televizorul..doar de decor..nu functiona si nici macar cablu tv nu exista la locatie. Prosoapele murdare..Pe langa asta, dupa ce am facut rezervarea trebuia sa primesc un mesaj cu instructiuni. Am primit acel mesaj iar cand am vrut sa intru sa il citesc, gazda a sters mesajul. Am incercat sa ii contactez prin mesaje, sms, whatsapp, telefon.. nimic. Nu mi-a raspuns nimeni. A trebuit sa sun la booking la support iar acestia mi-au retrimis acel mesaj si au sunat gazda ca sa rezolve problema. Geamul de la bucatarie avea balamalele stricate..pe pervaz mucuri de tigara.. toti peretii crapati, loviti, murdari. Panze de paianjen peste tot. Mopul din baie cred ca nu a fost schimbat din 1976. Colacul de la wc rupt si murdar. NU recomand!!!

• Augustin (6/5): Appartement agréable pour un court séjour seulement - Le + de cet appart est vraiment la localisation. Il est au coeur de la ville ce qui est très pratique. Plusieurs points sont à aborder : - La procédure d’arrivée n’est pas la plus facile qui existe. Nous devions normalement recevoir les instructions le jour même à 13h par message automatique sur Whatsapp mais cela n’a pas fonctionné. J’ai donc dû appeler la propriétaire afin de lui demander, rien de bien grave jusque la. Seulement la vidéo qu’elle m’a envoyé date un peu, et nous nous sommes retrouvés devant un mur de boîtes à clés (une 20aine) qui ne correspondait pas à celui qui était sur la vidéo. Nous avons donc dû tester le code sur toutes les boîtes à clé avant de trouver la bonne. - L’appartement en lui même est convenablement propre mais quelques points sont vraiment à améliorer. Des traces de moisissures au plafond, du tartre dans les toilettes, aucun four ni micro-ondes, des mégots de cigarette sur le rebord de la fenêtre, des rideaux trop petits qui ne cachent absolument pas la lumière du jour, très peu de pression dans la douche, fourniture de bain très très légères, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, etc… - Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez-vous selon mon avis

• Andrea (7/5): - It’s in a great location. Near everything you could possibly want to see in the city centre. Has a nice view and sunlight. And it was warm during the winter. It looks nothing like the pictures, it is way smaller not that that is a problem we just thought there will be more space. It’s not luxurious its a simple small apartment with a small bedroom and kitchen and small bathroom. Some homeless people sleep near the building’s entrance but we didn’t have any problema with them.

• Silvia (1/5): - Appartenento con vari disagi , la scrivania presentava dei buchi , il soffione della doccia era spezzato , il bagno molto piccolo e vecchio . La televisione si accendeva ma non si collegava né ai canale né alle piattaforme streaming . Molto rovinata e diversa dalle foto
• Tiberiu (8/5): A fost un sejur frumos. - Ambientul, pat comod, curatenie, dotari (clima, fier de calcat, uscator de par) Mobilier defect, canale tv nefunctionale, usa de intrare cam greu de manevrat, zgomotul de la ascensor (motorul). Poate pe viitor o cabina de dus putin mai mare.
• Léa (2/5): - L’emplacement Tout le reste, j’avais demandé si il était possible d’arriver un peu plus tôt pour déposer nos affaires, la femme de ménage avait oublié de déposer les clés dans le boîtier. Le ménage était pas fait correctement ( photo en preuve ) on ne pouvait pas utiliser la télé car elle n’était pas bien fixé au murs et qu’il manquait le bouton principal sur la télécommande ( photo en preuve ) Pas d’eau chaude du tout pour se doucher la salle de bain était extrêmement sale ( photo en preuve ) quand j’ai contacté le responsable de l’établissement il m’a répondu que c’était normal car c’était commun avec les autres appartements donc il fallait attendre que l’eau chauffe ce qui n’est jamais arrivé. La couette était très fine pour un pays pour il fait -4 je trouve ça abusé de ne pas avoir des draps couverture en plus. Résumé, attente des clés, pas d’eau chaude pour se laver, et pas de télé et avoir eu froid toute la nuit.
• Alexandra (5/5): Excellent location but definitely in need of renovation - Great location near all the points of interest , and the managing company gave all needed information regarding the check in and out quickly through booking messages. The room was not as the photos. The bed was near collapse, the cleaning was at least inadequate, there were cables going through the main door and hanging everywhere, the bathroom was in poor shape .

• Maria (5/5): Dirty and not as advertised - The location and view are absolutely superb. The staff were very responsive and apologetic when I raised the issues listed below, and they offered a 20% refund. The apartment hardly looks like the listing photos. It may have once matched the pictures, but it’s now quite run down. The current condition is far from what is advertised, and the photos are inaccurate and misleading. Unfortunately, the apartment was rather dirty when I arrived. One staff member told me the previous guest had checked out very late and the place hadn’t been cleaned; another insisted it had been cleaned and was ready. In reality, I had to vacuum the floors and wipe down all surfaces myself because they were noticeably dirty. When I used the vacuum cleaner, the entire apartment filled with a strong dog smell coming from the vacuum itself. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable. The shower was filthy, with visible mould and grime, and did not appear to have been cleaned properly for a very long time. The shower door doesn’t close properly, the holder for the shower head is broken so it can’t be used hands-free (the owner did not know about this, how is that even possible?), and the space is extremely cramped. The built-in soap dispenser was empty, and a used travel bottle from a previous guest had been left sitting on top, a clear sign the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The bed sheets were stained, the bath mat was stained, and even the curtains had stains. Staff did bring fresh towels and sheets after I requested them, which I appreciated. Thank you Robert :) Amenities were minimal: there wasn’t enough toilet paper (which was later replenished, again, thank you Robert!), no kitchen towels or hand towels, and no detergent for the washing machine. The setup is overall quite minimal. A few weeks before arriving, I specifically asked whether there would be a drying rack. Staff confirmed that a small one would be available. However, the drying rack provided was not just tiny but also broken and missing a piece, making it unusable. The curtains do very little to block out the morning light.

• Elena (8/5): It's the perfect place for two loving hearts to explore the city. - The apartments are perfectly located. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The metro and the bus to the airport are also nearby. The small kitchen allowed me to prepare my usual breakfast and evening tea. The internet cable is slightly pinched by the front door.
• Rachnar (3/5): Disappointing. - Location is great. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, the apartment smelled strongly of smoke, so we could not sleep well and had to buy an air freshener ourselves. The curtain in the bedroom is far too small and does not close, so it stays light all night and the sun shines in your face early in the morning. The toilet seat was broken, and the drying rack was unusable. Worst of all, on the last day there was no water at all, no water from the taps, no shower, no way to brush our teeth, and we could not even flush the toilet. This is not what we expected for the price we paid.
