- Alina (1/5): 🛑 €3887 Stolen – Disgusting Scam, No Refund, Stay Away! 🛑 - - I paid €3887 for a week in a “luxury villa” that turned out to be filthy, uninhabitable, and nothing like the description. There were no proper bathrooms at all – only a dirty shower in a utility room. Later the owner claimed that outdoor sauna showers should count, which is absurd. The house was disgusting: old food in the fridge, dirty personal belongings everywhere, wardrobes stuffed with smelly clothes, piles of old shoes. (I wish I could show more photos). My family left immediately, unable to stay even one night. I wrote and called to Booking.com countless times, sent photos, explained everything, and proved my case. Booking.com ignored all my requests, refused to return the money, and only offered a “compensation” of about 10%. I wasted huge time trying to reach justice, but the truth is simple: you will lose your money, you will not get a refund, and you will be bitterly disappointed. Stay away.
