• Maria (10/5): A surprisingly pleasant stay in Fiumicino - this review is for the property on Via del Serbatoio 5 night stay. Valeria was very accommodating after an issue with Anna House property it became necessary to move us on to this property a 2 bdrm/1 bath clean and comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace with patio furniture to dine and become engulfed in the tranquil environment. The parrots will greet you with their early morning conversations. The bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable mattresses and tv's with areas to put away your clothes. There was another room with a futon couch that could become a living room or bedroom. The bathroom looks recently renovated with beautiful decorations and fixtures, Spa like feel with great water pressure. The kitchen had all the appliances and flatware needed for us to cook our meals. In the refrigerator surprisingly were also some basic needs like water and yogurt, and fruit and pastries were on the entry table. there is 1 flight of stairs to the apartment with no elevator but I had no problem navigating them even with my unexpected knee issue. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Just a short walk south and you will find the local corner meat market, continue further South and you'll reach the heart of the city with numerous eateries, shops and Gelatos! along the canal. Follow the canal West and you'll reach the ocean! Valeria was such a great host, providing solutions to anything we asked for and recommendations to anything. we will be back to enjoy the area once more! The kitchen can get hot, but the outdoor dining is a great solution. The door to the patio needs to be shaved so its not scraping and screeching on the tile floor. There is no elevator if you have a lot of luggage.
• Julie (10/5): Perfect location for flying out of Fiumicino - Valeria picked us up at our car rental at the airport, and offered to stop at the grocery store on our way to the apartment. She was so welcoming and friendly, and simply a wonderful host. Her apartment was fabulous, two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a fabulous shower which was great!!, much bigger than most in Italy. We enjoyed relaxing in her back yard with a cocktail. She drove us to the airport in the am and we know that when we return we will definitely stay with Valeria!! nothing
• Triin (10/5): - The host was exceptionally helpful. The biggest bonus of the apartment is the small garden — a lovely place to enjoy the evening. There were also drawing supplies and toys for the child. The apartment was clean, and we liked it very much. We would visit again. One of the beds has a wooden frame and creaks quite loudly every time you turn over. If the neighbors are noisy, late-night arrivals can be heard clearly in the bedroom.

Appartamento pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione comoda e atmosfera davvero rilassante, perfetta per sentirsi come a casa. Anna è stata gentilissima, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!
• jihye (10/5): - 공항에서 근처에서 출발 또는 도착 시점에 머물기에 좋은 위치이고 매우 조용한 주택가에 위치하면서도 주차하기에 무리가 없습니다. 저와 우리 일행은 저녁 10시가 넘은 시간에 도착하였지만 호스트가 직접 나와서 시설 등을 설명해주었고 문의에 대한 답변도 5G급으로 빠르고 정확합니다. 잘 머물다 갑니다. 비가 와서 밤에 쌀쌀한 날씨여서 호스트가 원격으로 라디에이터 난방을 가동해주어서 따뜻하고 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 다만 우리에게 침대는 조금 푹신하였지만 문제되지 않습니다. 없음.
• Vanessa (10/5): Cozy, convenient, child-friendly spot to rest before/prepare for your flight - Valeria was great -- very communicative and helpful with recommendations. The apartment itself was just what we needed for a short, pre-flight stay: Roomy but cozy apartment, crib, back garden, parking spot, close to the airport. There were even some toys + beach equipment for our little one to play with! Neighbors were kind, too. I didn't realize the neighborhood itself wasn't very walkable (no sidewalks in the immediate vicinity and cars going above the speed limit). There were food places nearby (within 10 minutes) that we walked to, but it made me a bit nervous with our stroller/baby. We ended up driving mostly.

• Ewa (9/5): - Miejsce w zaciszu, 30 minut na piechotę do morza, po drodze sklep spożywczy i inne. Przy plaży restauracje, niestety pod koniec sierpnia już nie były otwarte. Brak komunikacji lub informacji o komunikacji podmiejskiej, jak dotrzeć do centrum i restauracji.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The A/C was an added bonus. There was some noise in the apt above that woke me up but it did not last too long.

• Carmelo (1/5): Bad - The place was nice, clean and spacious. I did book for 6 people, but I forgot to type the age of my 4 children's. So she took advantage of my mistake and charged me for an extra 100 euro. I wasn't happy about... and I did tell her about it, but she didn't care. For this, I believe she did very poor customer service and took advantage of the situation.

• Edrich (10/5): Very comfortable stay close to airport - We missed our flight which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We had a great additional 24 hours in Fiumicino, mostly due to our hostess Valeria, who not only picked us up and dropped us off the airport, but also recommended where to eat. Despite the intention to have an overnight stay near the airport, one could easily stay at Anna house instead of Rome, and do day trips from here. It is much bigger and more comfortable than any stay you'll likely to find in Rome within this price range. Valeria, grazie mille!

• Dobles (10/5): A warm welcome to Fiumicino after a long trip - Impeccable and spacious apartment. Neighbors were sweet and patio was great to have an aperitivo in. Valeria’s dinner recommendation was great as well and we had some outstanding seafood. She goes above and beyond in making sure you feel at home. The building is secure with parking out front. The kitchen has quality appliances and the home offers access to many great sites around Fiumicino and Ostia. Great WiFi and streaming services available as well.

• Vincenza (10/5): Wonderful! - This place was so cute and traditional Italian. It was my Italian mother's favorite place to stay during our trip to Italy. It's conveniently located by the FCO airport, and parking was very easy, right in front of the house. They thought of everything, from having converter plugs to even disposable house slippers! Our host was very helpful in helping us figure out how to get to Rome for some sightseeing. We were very happy with our stay at Anna House. There wasn't a single thing I didn't like about this place.

It’s huge, suuuper clean, beautiful backyard, you can tell that everything is new, bed sheets, towels, you have everything you need, shampoo, body wash, cooking stuff like oils and spices. The host also had a Prosecco in the fridge for us. She was really nice and available if we needed. I would def recommend that place, it’s cheaper than most hotel room and you get a five star service !
• Anna (10/5): 101% recommend this house. - Beauty hose with beauty furniture! Everything fits with great taste. House have super nice garden in front and also in the back. Lady owner is super kind and helpful and gave us a lot of tips. House was very well prepared for our arrival with everything what we need and also more like ice cubs in the fridge or fresh lemon! Coffee machine and microwave is also in equipment of the house. Even bbq in the back garden was super nice and there is also a small playground for kids! Everything is perfect. Owner cares about preparing everything in perfect way.

She picked us up from the airport and arranged our transfer to Civitavecchia the next day. She went out of her way to exchange USD to Euros for us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We rode bikes to the market and a cafe around the corner. The garden is beautiful. We enjoyed our brief time there.
