• Sura (7/5): اقامة مريحة رغم بعض الهفوات - قريب من الاسواق واغلب الكافيهات والمطاعم ويطل على شارع حيوي النظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب ابدا عامل النظافة لا يقوم الا بتنظيف الحمام فقط ويترك الغرفة كما هي عند استخدام الشاي والقهوة لا يضعون شاي وقهوة مجددا بل تنرك فارغة الفطور فقير جدا وليس فيه تنويع او تغيير كما لا يوجد ماء ساخن لمن يرغب في شرب الشاي الاحمر وهذا دليل عدم مراعاة للسواح الاجانب ممن لا يفضلون الشاي المغربي

• Khalid (4/5): A fuir - L'emplacement Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes Dont un enfant de 11ans Une fois sur place nous avons trouvé un canapé qui faisait 1m20 de long Pas de couverture ni de drap pour l'enfant De plus nous avons du changer de chambre car la première nous avons trouvé des gâteaux moitié entamé et de l'urine sur la cuvette des toilettes. Ensuite nous avons réclame des drap et couverture et 1 lit d'appoint. On nous a donné seulement une couverture sous prerexte que tout etait plein. Pour le petit déjeuner n'en parlons même pas Crêpes sortit du congélateur Croissant idem Charcuterie a fuir. Très très déçu par rapport au prix paye

• Biari (5/5): The hotel is in a great location, very safe with friendly staff - It was all good a lot of choices, however some things should have been kept warm, like msemen and crepes When we arrived the room wasn’t ready or cleaned, we had to wait downstairs with your friendly staff, even though we booked 2 days in advance. The room wasn’t restocked as their was bearly enough soap, tissue, shampoos, toilet tissue for one use & no tea or coffee in the room. Dusty floor & surface in the bathroom & the carpet wasn’t hoovered the first 2 days of our stay, we asked for it to be done. Staff are very polite, entertaining & accommodating.

• Abdul (3/5): I had a fair stay with much room of improvement - Te rooms are well spaced and big.I also like the east access to other part of the city.Much access to the tram way,shopping malls and transportation. The location was not favorable because it’s noisy and passing cars noise pollution can not allow your better rest or work concentration.The walls of the room is not sound proof.The restaurant food is fair however repeated meal all through the days I was present.
