The villa is well-located near Corfu town and a short ride from the nearest supermarket. The host and neighbours (who help maintain the villa) are very welcoming and accommodating. We had an issue with hot water during the stay, but the owner was quick to resolve the situation so it didn't impact our stay. Overall we had an amazing time and were sad to leave! There is probably too much clutter in the villa. Seems like guests leave various things (e.g. alcohol, sports equipment, flip flops, novelties) that have amassed there over the years. Removing the clutter would leave more space for the current guests belongings. Sometimes less is more!

Cleanliness was dreadful,blocked smelly shower drain reported not resolved,no hot water in upstairs toilet,owners personal items in every cupboard and on virtually every surface,broken fitments,numerous missing lightbulbs.
