• Elaine (8/5): Safe and great place to stay - 1A unit is big and roomy, the restaurant is right across from the building. Super nice host, provided us with 2 bottles of water and snack. It's 15 min walk to yummy Chinese and Korean BBQ eateries. Malatang and Lan Chau Lay Mein, super delicious after 10 days of paella and tapas It's 6 metro stop from major attractions. The walk to metro is about 15 min walk.

• Marco (9/5): Escapada céntrica con encanto en Granada - Posición excelente, en pleno centro y zona peatonal. Check-in fácil y comunicación muy buena con el anfitrión. La casa tiene encanto y es perfecta para pasar un fin de semana. Cuchi fue muy amable y disponible. La calefacción no estaba bien equilibrada (una habitación se calentaba demasiado y el salón poco), pero se solucionó rápido con un calefactor eléctrico. Una ducha no funcionaba correctamente; el anfitrión vino a revisarla y fue muy amable e interesado en ayudar.

• Lorena (9/5): Anfitriona diez - El apartamento increíble. Amplio, limpio y luminoso. Lo mejor el trato con la anfitriona, muy atenta y dando facilidades. Ha sido muy agradable tratar con ella. Si vuelvo, ojalá pueda quedarme en el mismo sitio. Si tuviera que decir algo, diría el precio, ya que íbamos solo dos personas y para una noche me pareció bastante, aunque respecto a tener un baño cada una y habitación amplia está muy bien. Ideal sobretodo para 4.

• Solange (8/5): Appartement parfait et hôte disponible... puis déconvenue. - Appartement propre et confortable avec de grands placards dans les chambres. Les douches sont spacieuses. Il est bien situé, près d'un arrêt de bus. Cuchi est une hôte disponible, à l'écoute. Nous avons connu un désagrément la veille de notre départ qui a bouleversé notre enthousiasme... L'appartement a été cambriolé. Pourtant quartier calme, appartement sécurisé... Vol de Sacs à main et sacoche avec papiers voitures et d'identité, argent, lunettes de vue, quelques bijoux et le téléviseur de L'appartement... Bref, Cuchi a été présente à nos côtés pour déposer une plainte. A ce jour, nous sommes toujours en contact avec elle. Je mets en garde les futurs occupants. Appartement cambriolé sans aucune casse. Ce qui veut dire que les cambrioleurs ont eu les clefs du portail tout d'abord et de l'appartement aussi. Ou alors l'application sur leur téléphone. Donc méfiance ! Si les serrures ne sont pas changées. NE LAISSER RIEN DE VALEUR DANS CET APPARTEMENT !

• Anastasia (9/5): Excellent for work travel! - Great place! Me and a colleague traveled to Sevilla for work and found this appartment to be the perfect choice (our conference was outside the old town and this was in a perfect middle). It was clean, the bed was amazing, it has two separate bathrooms and a reasonably equipped kitchen - everything you need for a few days. it's modern, there's a bit of artwork to warm up the place. The public transport connections were very good. the communication with the host was excellent. Not the fault of the owners at all, but mind the appartment is on the ground floor and if leave the windows open you'll get guests.We got a curious gecko in, and curious little flies, but that's what you get in a warm climate.

• Miltos (9/5): Spacious apartment, not far from cenrtum. - Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus stops and to stores. Spacious, fully equipped, large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two toiletséshowers. Owner provided a key to access the appartment, and also provided additional access using an app which was handy as we were four. Owner was very cooperative. Warm water in one of the showers did not function properly - the 2nd worked fine.

• Karen (7/5): Modern, fresh and comfortable stay - The property was modern with new fixtures and fittings with a very comfy bed. It was safe and secure off the Main Street and close to tram station. The property was great for a short stay break.
• Violetta (10/5): Comfortable, modern and very clean place to stay in Seville with easy (or lucky :) street parking. - I was in contact with the host the day before arrival. Host was available to clarify and provide additional information regarding the key location and security related to the digital lock. It was a new experience that made me feel more secure and in charge. Apartment is located in a safe, residential area close to everything but 20-30min walk to old part of Seville. Perfect place for 3-4 people that want to share accommodation that offers all essential for a short stay. I'm not sure how the communication would be available without data or voice plan. Some travelers may be less tech savvy and not able to use digital entry.
• Yanqin (7/5): Good - We were able to find free parking lots alone the street just outside the apartment 2 bathrooms Self check in and use the lock app NUKI to open the door could be for someone difficult, I spend some time to set everything up in advance Photos looks better than real, furniture quality could be better. Could be cleaner, my bare foot was stabbed to blood by something small like glass on the bottom in the bathroom (did took a photo for that )

No proper bins for toilets, my kids were chasing the mosquitos through the night, the toilet paper could be more qualitative, no tablettes provided for the dishwasher
• Yirong (9/5): Superb - great location. 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms are perfect for me and my friends stayed for one week. nice little local restaurant across the street ,bus is convenient to some sightseeing spots . Also walking distance to several malls. when it rained we just went supermarket and stay calm in the cozy apartment . not sure I like the lock app from mobile .first day I couldn't've download it .but after I solved this issue I feel ok. but I prefer with key or code for entering and not from an app. Also is the first apartment next to the entrance so not so quiet as I thought

• Lorraine (8/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment, live like a local in beautiful Seville. - Lovely, modern apartment in quiet building in residential area. Newly renovated, spacious, well equipped and quiet. Really comfortable beds. Loved that toiletries and some kitchen cleaning materials were provided. And it had a kettle, always a bonus! Great public transport optIons nearby - frequent bus services and metro. Great communication from host. Unfortunately, WiFi was very slow. Frustratingly so. That is the only reason facilities did not achieve top marks. Key App was initially tricky to work out for newbies but worked great once we knew how. Still don’t know if two friends can share it though ….

• Jon (10/5): Excellent Apartment and hosts and a great city to explore. - excellent appartment 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. all very clean and tidy. Beds where comfy and air conditioning was very good. location is a little set back and away from the main streets of Seville. No Road noise in the appartment at all. The only thing in the appartment which could have been better was the internet speed. It was fine for emails and our purposes as we were out most of the time but I think others might find it a little slow. Nothing to do with the appartment or hosts, but somthing to be aware of is that the location is on a oneway street which we found local taxi / uber drivers took advantage of to increase the fare and take a much longer route. If you do use Taxi's get them to drop you off at "Restaurante Asador de Aranda" on c. luis Montoto. It saves time and money.
• Andrea (8/5): Spacious, modern apartment with attentive staff. Needs some details worked out. - It was very modern, it has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, the beds are comfortable, and it’s close to many restaurants and transportation. One of the bathrooms had a lock that got stuck and my son an daughter were locked in the bathroom several times. One of the beds collapsed(broke) during our stay and we had to sleep on it one night before it was repaired the next day. Neither bathroom had garbage cans. We had to use plastic bags for our trash. There was only was garbage bag in the kitchen, no extras to change it. Nor was there any paper towels, only one cloth towel for the sink. There wasn’t any extra rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy rolls during our 5 night stay. We were a family of 3 and ran out. The rolls were very small. There’s no where to dry your clothes after washing them, so we didn’t do any laundry, which we needed to after 5 days in Spain before heading to Italy.
• Kevin (10/5): You cannot go wrong with this choice. - Maria is a great host and the accommodation has a good location to discover the city and is equiped with all comfort. The two bathrooms were a big plus.
• Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean, modern and comfortable. The key was digital via Nuki app. but very easy to use. The location was okay but a bit far from main tourist attractions. Nothing wrong with the place. Highly recommended.
• Inês (8/5): Comfy apartment to spend a night - Nice apartment with a comfortable area to be with friends or family and enjoy a meal together. Cool furniture and comfy beds. It was a bit stressful getting in because I wasn't able to use the app to open the street door, but the host quickly replied to my message and we managed to solve it. One of the bathrooms had a broken shower and it was impossible to have water that wasn't way too cold or way too hot. Would be nice to have better blackouts - a lot of light, even at night, enters the bedroom.
