• Ricardo (5/5): Terraza buena, el resto, un desastre - Buena localización, terraza espectacular, aunque sin sombrillas y muy poco mobiliario. El anuncio publica multitud de fotos, donde hay varios baños, y no especifica que haya habitaciones o fotos que no apliquen a la reserva. No tiene zonas comunes La cocina esta metida en un armario Tuvimos que lavar platos en el baño Es un 5º sin ascensor, y llegar al apartamento parece un scape room.

• Raúl (8/5): Very nice time in Naples - Location is perfect and very silence. Big rooms perfect for 5 people. The owner was very friendly and treated us perfectly. Some of the rooms need a bit of painting. One of the double beds is too small for two people.

The website advert was very confusing and we thought we had booked a 3 bed with kitchen, when we arrived we found we had a 1 bed OR 3 bed for an extra €100 and no kitchen. No mention of all the stairs! No dishwasher, noisy whining from the plumbing constantly ALL night. Cooker hob only 1 ring worked and very few pans!

Durante la prenotazione si vedono le foto di tre appartamenti diversi ma la prenotazione riguarda soltanto un appartamento ovviamente, sarebbe giusto rendere piu chiara questa procedura.

• Michalina (6/5): Było ale cena nie adekwatna do oferty - Bardzo uprzejmy właściciel, świetna lokalizacja i wygodne wymeldowanie z możliwością pozostawienia bagażu. Brak podstawowych produktów w apartamencie: puste pojemniki po cukrze i herbacie, wyliczone 3 saszetki kawy na 4 dni pobytu dla dwóch osób, w łazience nie było żadnych kosmetyków co uważam że jest już na całym Świecie obowiązkowe, pierwszy raz we Włoszech byłam w tak źle wyposażonym mieszkaniu tym bardziej że cena była wysoka jak na Neapol, nie wygodne poduszki, brak windy w obiekcie co bardzo utrudniało ponieważ apartament znajduje się na 5 piętrze. Najgorsza sytuacja był fakt że właściciel źle opisał oferty i niestety nie miałam pokoju z tarasem tak jak to wskazywało w ofercie.

It has 2 lovely terraces The terraces had absolutely no shade. The roof terrace unusable after the sun can up until the sun went down. It has furniture which is broken The other terrace has an aw img which doesn’t work. The description says the property has a kitchenette. This is a cupboard with everything in there. The only sink is therefore the one in the bathroom which is not designed for washing dishes
• Frank (1/5): Only the apartment "Fashion House Napoli" can be recommended. Not the other 2 apartments - The location in Naples is very central. However, it is not recommended if you are arriving by car, as the streets in the center of Naples are narrow and the traffic is pretty chaotic. The landlord initially makes a serious impression, but his offer on Booking.com is deliberately misleading. The location on Booking.com is called "Fashion House Napoli". Interestingly, the owner is not just offering one, but three apartments, from which one is also called "Fashion House Napoli" and has the roof terrace showed in the photos. The slightly better reviews certainly refer to this apartment. The 2nd apartment, called "Fashion House Vesuvio", only has a balcony and slightly inferior furnishings. And, if you're not careful enough and book the 3rd apartment, called "Fashion House", Booking.com will still show you the name "Fashion House Napoli" and the roof terrace, but you will neither get a roof terrace nor a balcony, but really inferior, extremely overpriced furnishings, completely unsuitable for 4 people.

• Andrea (6/5): Troubled stay, but Napoli is Napoli, so we were happy - Host is very kind and responsive. Location is great, pretty close to the central station and to Via dei Tribunali, which is very live and full of nice places. The AC was not working properly so we had to ask for a change but the apartment we got in change was not exactly clean. We found many hairs in the beds (I see many comments like this in the reviews). When booking it's not clear at all which apartment are you getting, we thought we were getting the one with terrace but at the end it was the smallest one with no view at all. Kinda disappointing.

• Ross (8/5): Great views. - We enjoyed the outdoor space and the views of Mt Vesuvius. Good location for bars and restaurants. Quite a lot of stairs to access the apartment, which was ok for us, but some may struggle.
• Pauline (8/5): A true Neopolitan experience. - Central location. Having the roof terrace was nice. Just one flight of steps too many. The kitchen was very, very, small and lacked cups and tea towels.
• Sarah (8/5): Central location with wonderful views of Napoli and Vesuvius - Excellent location in typical old building in historical centre of Napoli, 10 min walk to Centrale and Garibaldi stations, close to restaurants and shops. Wonderful 360 o view from roof terrace, sheltered balcony, comfortable beds. Tables and chairs outside (necessary as there is no sitting area inside except on beds) lovely in good weather, loungers and chairs on roof terrace (but need replacing). Coffee machine, microwave and single electric hob in kitchenette (but no sink and inadequate equi[ment and crockery for the whole party) making any cooking a challenge! The roof terrace makes up for other shortfalls but be aware the apppartment is on the fourth floor so many stairs to climb! Kitchenette is not really adequate though there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Lack of indoor seating if the weather is not suitable for sitting outside. Roof terrace furniture in poor condition - but the location and views make up for the other shortfalls.
• Bb (10/5): Apartment with Terrace - We were 6 people staying in this amazing apartment for a birthday celebration and Lino done more than asked to make the birthday surprise special, which we are grateful for. Moreover, contacting him was quick and easy! He is a professional host you can definitely rely on. The apartment had a breathtaking view from the terrace and everything was very clean. The location is perfect as it was in a quiet closed off space but still in a walking distance to any historic sights and public transports. The beds and pillows were also really comfortable so we all slept fabulous. The bathroom was very spacious with a nice shower and multiple towels provided for the amount of guests staying. On our last day, Lino let us check out of the apartment at a later time so that we wouldn’t have to carry all our heavy bags which was amazing and very helpful. Grazie mille Lino!

• Andreas (10/5): Perfect place for a group of friends in Naples with a perfect host and a breathtaking roof top - The Fashion House is a perfect place for a few days in Naples with a big friend group. The flat have several big rooms and the roof top terrace with a view over Naples is just breathtaking. Lino is the perfect host! Easily and quickly reachable via whatsapp, helpful and friendly. He can also organise trips in and around Naples. We did an awesome boat trip which we will never forget. Grazie mille! Maybe a bit less suitable for a family or people who have problems climbing the stairs to the 4th floor.

• Daniela (9/5): Great terrace appartment in the heart of Naples! - The terrace is just breathtaking. We enjoyed it so much! Also the position was just great - walking distance to the very centre (around 10 minutes). Lino was nice and helpful, was also so kind to let us in the house a bit before. The house was nice and funtional for a short stay. It’s a last floor with no elevator, be aware! But the views are worth it. The kitchen could is super small and not too practical. In the two “kid’s” rooms was a light that couldn’t get switched off completely..
• Otar (6/5): Good location! - Perfect location. This property has perfect location and wonderful terraces. Both of the terraces with different views and both superior. Perfect location, but apartment is on top floor, while we knew the 4th. It was very hard to bring XL suitcases on top. Property practically has no kitchen as appliances are in located into the double-door closet. Bath faucets were broken.
• Richard (1/5): Don’t stay here it’s awful - The AC worked great. The fridge was cold. The roof top was nice. They have clear instructions on how to get in. Hot water worked first day but woke up to cold water the next morning when I went to contact the company I saw their instructions on how to reset the boiler which I had to do in my robe outside on the patio at 6 am / don’t think neighbors could see me that early, uncomfortable beds, one chair for six people to share, no where to eat except at one desk, extra pillows but no pillowcases, shower leaked onto floor, shower partially worked - only the handheld wand worked at waist level so you have to detach to wand to get above your waist, AC units leaked water / we had to put waste cans so water would not drip on the floor, repair man on vacation so no one could fix it, have to walk up lots of stairs, in bad run-down area, did not feel safe, in street lots of trash and dog poop and pee smell, roof top not private could watch neighbor cook dinner in her outside kitchen. Avoid dirty Naples and stay in Sorrento instead.
• Iuliana (9/5): Superb - The location is a plus and the view from the terrace is beautiful. The apartment does not have a kitchen, though a fridge and microwave is available.
• Thomas (7/5): It was a clean facility close to the nighttime action and best pizzarias of Naples. - The inside of Napoli Fashion House was brand new. It had a small kitchenette, bathroom w/ small shower and washing machine. The upstairs bedroom could sleep 4. AC worked well. It was located steps for the lively historic district, so if you're in Naples to party there at night, this property is close to that. It was an easy walk to the train station and some of the best pizzerias in Naples. Other than a couple of coffee pods, they didn't provide anything. No hand soap or detergent to use the washing machine. The street and building the apartment is located in isn't the best. And it's a long walk up. 3 rows of stairs between each of the 4 floors. So, not a great idea to stay here if you have lots of luggage or young kids in tow.
• Vernalyn (8/5): Excellent! - I like the place. Clean and orgnized and quiet. The owner is very nice and helpful. Location is perfect, near the central train station and also near the famous pizzeria michele. I like everything!
• Deepak (6/5): Could have been better. The apartment with no elevator is not for those with heavy bags. - The checkin process was smooth. The cleaning staff were friendly. Even while the area felt a bit shady, we had good experience of having access to main attractions and stations within a reasonable walking distance of less than 10 to 15 mn. A big bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The vessels were dirty and we had to clean upon arrival. The WC has a huge problem with flush. One has to flush four to five times. It was very irritating. One has to read during the booking that there is no elevator. If there are heavy baggages then better to avoid this place. It is an an old building where the fourth floor could easily be up to 6 floors of climbing in modern building. So, one needs to factor this while booking. The view was disappointing. The main reason for selecting this place was view. We were assuming it had views of Vesuvius but apparently it was for another room on a higher floor. The room Napoli had views of an old and dirty neighborhood walls of other workout apartments.

Good size rooms with AC, close to historical centre and train station. Left luggage available at checkout using keybox. Very pleasant stay here Host very helpful. Bathroom shower a little small
• Shiela (8/5): This is a great place to stay if you travel light! - It is located within walking distance of museums and the Duomo Napoli. The host was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had I formation about the things we wanted to do during our stay. No lift.
