- Angela (3/5): - I didn't like one of the residents who would go outside my bedroom window at the place and blare his car stereo while just sitting there for hours waking me up....
- Peter (1/5): - I arrived at the address given and there was no sign outside,no buzzer and the place looked like it had been vacant for the last 20 years. I decided that there was no way I would stay anywhere near this place

- William (5/5): Rock bottom price, but not for everybody, you have to be pretty accepting. - Super low price, the twin bed was comfortable and the shower was good Communication wasn't good. There is no signage of any kind and it's a half block away from where google maps thinks it is so it's hard to find and hard to know where to go when you get there. Had to call and nobody picked up. Tried again a few minutes later and got somebody who could tell me where to go and give me the combination to get in the front door. Walk wasn't shoveled, street wasn't plowed, place has a shabby feel and slight musty smell.
