• محمد (5/5): ليست سئية - اعجبني قرب الشقة من السنتر وفي وسط المدينة . لم يعجبني عدم وجود مصعد او سلم كهربائي وشقتي كانت فالدور الثاني وكان صعب ومتعب علي ان احمل امتعتي وشنطي للأعلى واتمنى كتابة فالموقع عدم وجود مصاعد للسكن ( للمعلومية )
• Abdulkhaleq (5/5): أسوء وأغلى مكان سكنت فيه للأسف - الشقة نظيفة نوعا ما موقعها يعتبر في قلب السنتر وقرب الحديقة والمطاعم بس المبنى غير مناسب لنا ومستحيل اعيد التجربه مره ثانيه في هذا المكان المدخل غير مناسب المبنى جدا قديم الدرج متهالك صوت الخشب عند المشي مزعج اهتزاز الارض الشقة بالدور الثالث بدون مصعد متعبه جدا بالذات مع حمل الامتعه ضيقه لا يوجد كنب فقط كرسيين ونحن عائله لا يوجد مكان بالغرفه للملابس الغالسه فيها ريحة وغير نظيفة بعد الحجز من بوكينق رسل لي صاحب الشقة يطلب تأمين و ضريبه للأفراد واخد معلومات الجوازات حاولت الغاء الحجز مع خصم اليوم الاول وصاحب الشقة لم يتعاون القميه مقابل الخدمات جدا جدا مرتفعه حجزت فنادق باقي الرحله 4 و5 نجوم افضل وارخص مع هذا الشقة الكئيبه

The absence of an elevator, especially when carrying luggage, was inconvenient, and the lack of a steam iron was also a downside
• Megha (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment was great There is no iron in the property. So we had to go out in creased clothes. It also has only 1 bathroom so it feels a bit cramped with 3 people. Also there is no lift so if you have heavy suitcases it could be hard to bring them up as the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
• Sirirat (9/5): Ideal place for family trip. - The apartment is cozy and very comfortable. Good facilities. Perfect for our 3 members and more. It is walking distance to the bus stop and train station, lots of shops, restaurants and Coop nearby. The host also has very good communication.

• Romaisa (10/5): Great time! - This apartment was at a great location, and is really updated. I felt so comfortable being here and enjoyed my stay. It was spacious enough for 3 adults. The bathroom was big and clean, as well as the kitchen. The hosts were very nice and responsive. Check in time could have been earlier, it was frustrating having to wait for the afternoon to be able to enter especially after a long travel day.
• Mallory (10/5): Absolutely fantastic!! - This property is in a great location! Just steps away from the bus to take you to either train station. There are dozens of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store near by all within walking distance. The host was wonderful and communicated with us frequently and was quick to respond. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable, we got a great sleep every night. It was a treat being able to sit out on the balcony and watching the paragliders fly above us and land in the near by park! Would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

• Sarabjote (7/5): A nice apartment. - The lounge area was quite large and nice. The balcony in the bedroom was nice. Good size rooms. Free supply of washing machine and dishwasher pods was nice. Lighting in 2 of the rooms and the lounge was very low. The building did not have a lift. Air con would have been beneficial. The staircase was loud and needed refurbishment. We could hear others coming up and down.
• Nguyen (9/5): Great stay !! Well-kept apartment in good location. - Apartment is well-kept, clean, modern with good layout, all the amenities you need and plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds and linens are very comfortable with nice windows that open for fresh air. Bathroom is modern with all the amenities including a washer and dryer. Apartment is located just 10m from a bus stop and Interlaken West train station is only 5-7 minutes walk. The surrounding area has lots of good restaurants and grocery stores (COOP) nearby. Definitely will stay again. The downside is that we have to take 3 flights up to our apartment with luggage. Also, the process for checking in forms, paying city tax and security deposit was annoying and a little confusing.

Location was 3 mins from interlaken west station Heating appliances around the living and toilet. The water pressure in the shower was good. The quiet hours from 2200 to 0700 No lift within building need to clear 5 flights of stairs Deposit 3days in advance at 300CHF
• Hsingwen (7/5): An average good, but would not be suitable for old people to rest. - Location is good, and all you need is there. Staff is easy to reach out and respond efficiently. Sound proofing is bad, you can hear someone is talking on stairs clearly and the floor of living room would keep making noise when you stepped on it.

Everything was in the details, such as the quality of the wine glasses, for exemple. I highly recommand this place. If you have the chance to visit Interlaken (amazing city!!), you must rent this place.

• Anonymous (9/5): The heart of interlaken apartment was a spectacular stay. The views, sleek decor and location were amazing. The hosts we - The property was centrally located in the city center and was a close walk to interlaken west train station. There were several restaurants right near by and an amazing view right off the balcony! My only complaint would be no air conditioning. But this is coming from an American who is very used to AC. The fans and windows really helped and made it comfortable regardless of not having AC. Not something I didn’t like, but something of note, no elevator so if you think you may have trouble climbing three flights of stairs keep that in mind!

Bed were very very uncomfortable, the place was very hot. We walked in the place was very hot and no aircon. The cooktop was left on and it was very hot in the place. We can’t sleep so we had to get another hotel.
• Davis (10/5): Beautiful spot in a perfect location! - This property was in a perfect location. Right in the middle of town and super easy access to everything. The flat was immaculate and key retrieval was very easy as well. Instructions on check-in and check-out were great. The full-size washer and dryer were absolutely wonderful! Lovely decor and very nice homey feel to the place. There were fans in every room which helped to keep things nice and cool on our warm summer days - no ac, but it is really not necessary because the alpine temps don't really get that hot (and we usually really need ac- but the fans were definitely sufficent). All in all a fantastic stay and we would absolutely book to stay here again! There are several flights of stairs to climb to get to the flat, which can be tricky with luggage (wasn't a problem for us - just an FYI for those planning to stay here).
