• Kris (1/5): I do not recommend !!! - We rented an apartment for 3 days and 1 night. At 3 a.m. someone was banging on the door, we didn't open it and suddenly the window blew out, cutting my hand very deeply. there are alarm and monitoring stickers on the apartment door, but they are fake stickers, as Mrs. Rebeca, the facility's manager, said. After the incident, the lady was only worried about who would pay for the repair of the door. case reported to the prosecutor's office. I do not recommend
• Soli (1/5): Worst experience ever - Location is good It gave me the WORST experience of any trip ever. On the first day of check-in, I was suddenly informed 30 minutes before my arrival that the room had changed and there was only one bed, not two. There were four of us and someone had to sleep on the floor. We had to stay because we arrived late at night. The host told us that we could change rooms tomorrow and I had been asking from the night before what time we had to take out our luggage to move. But until the next 15 o'clock, I didn't hear back. (I tried countless times on Booking.COM messages, WhatsApp, phone calls, emails) And then I got a call suddenly at 15 o'clock on the day, telling me that I had to come within 30 minutes. We were far away at the time and could have arrived an hour later. And when I arrived the caretaker there screamed at me. He was full of the smell of cigarettes and yelled at me, saying that he couldn't clean the room because it was late for me. I said I heard no information, but he kept yelling that I had done everything wrong and i should to clean the room ourself. He told me that is ALL YOUR FAULT. It went on for 20 minutes and my parents were terrified. And he held on, saying he couldn't give me the keys to new room. Showed me the message but he didn't read it and we waited there until the call was connected to his boss. Eventually the room moved but it was such a horrible experience. If I was alone I would call the police. The situation was just as serious and worst in my life ever. And I received no apology. Of course, the room was spacious and nice without any incidents, but if this emergency happened you would have a very terrible experience.....
• Orazio (1/5): To be forgotten - Cleaning service very bad. We selected this apartment for the crib, but we received a damaged cribbonly the second day without the sheets. We called by phone the managers 20 times without reaching them. They are completely absent. The common places are dilapidated. There were dead insects in the corners of the rooms. No curtains, so at 6.30 you should be ready to awake. Very bad experience.
