• Villa

  Our 4-bedroom villa is located 1640 feet from Burriana beach, in Lucena street, Miramar urbanization. It has 3 floors in total. The main floor has a toilet, the living room and the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning and one of them with a ceiling fan. This floor has a full bathroom. The ground floor of the house has a room with 3 more beds and a complete bathroom. The house has a private terrace with barbecue and a small terrace with a solarium which is accessed from one of the bedrooms. The complex has a communal pool for all those who live in the residential.

Nous n’avons pas utilisé la cuisine La partie piscine est très jolie Notre appartement était au premier étage avec vue sur la rue , ç était très dommage car on voyait les gens passaient et surtout c’était très bruyant le soir compliqué pour dormir Pareil l’isolation des chambres est terrible . Nous entendons chaque bruit des personnes de la chambres d’en haut , qu’il prenne une douche tire une chasse d’eau ou fasse tomber quelque chose . La journée ça va car on n’est pas là mais le soir pour dormir c’est compliqué Enfin les oreillers sont littéralement à changer pas du tout confortable en longueur et tout fin . En gros heureusement qu’on est resté que deux jours car pour dormir c’était vraiment compliqué , on aurait aimé avoir une chambre en hauteur avec une meilleure vue .
• Regine (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, gleich am Meer. Im Mai ist es noch nicht so voll, so dass es noch angenehm dort ist am Strand. Nerja ansich ist schon recht turbulent gewesen. Es ist ein gut geschnittenes großzügiges Apartment. Der Service war gut, gleich wurde eine neue Kaffeemaschine gebracht, als diese nicht mehr ging. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Dach ist ein kleiner Pool. Wir haben die 3 tage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Leider waren das Geschirr und besteck etwas knapp bemessen.

• Bridget (10/5): Burriana Apartments Just Lovely - The apartment was lovely with a beautiful sea view, with a large balcony. Very close to the beach. The pool was on the roof with a beautiful view of the beach. Miguel at reception was very helpful and very nice to deal with. He really helped us with our airport transfer. I would stay there again. Nerja is a beautiful place to visit with lovely people, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful scenery. I would recommend everyone to visit. This is the only thing I did not like, which has nothing to do with the Burriana. There is a very steep hill walk up to the centre of Nerja, but getting a taxi or taking the cliff walk, which isn't as bad, can remedy that.

• gloria susan (9/5): Paradise from the Balcony - Check in was amazing. We went down to the office and we got the keys and information about our stay. The view of the Meditteranean was mesmerizing. We bought coffee at a market nearby and made regular perked coffee. Good sized frig. Great washer which was handy. I used the iron which was good. The bed was a bit hard for my spouses liking but I liked the bed and slept well. The shower! We travelled for 2 months and by far, this was my favourite shower. The water pressure, the angle of the shower head, the instant hot water-amazing. You will LIVE on that balcony. We didn't even want to go to the restaurant to eat because you can get take-out and sit there and have the most spectacular view in town. The actual town of Nerja is up above the beach area. So depending on your mobility and how much you want to drive or uber- this location might or might not fit. There is a path up to the town. We had friends show us. It is not obvious. But that is your key to getting to the main town. We saw a lot of people taking uber's to and from the restaurants nearby. It is too dark at night to take that path. When you check in, ask the person to show you how to use the cooking hob. I did read the reviews that people had difficulty. But I thought I could figure it out. Even Youtube failed me. But I managed with the microwave. I am sure you could get some guidance from the person at check-in.

Ruim en voorzien van zaken die je nodig hebt. Alles werkte naar behoren. Ruimte, terras en zeer rustig. De bedden hadden wat zachter kunnen zijn.

The stairways and entrance etc., were clean and bright as was the apartment. We loved the large living room and patio doors out onto the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. Short walk to the Balcony de Europe. Very clean. Helpful staff. 2 toilets 1 ensuite. Beds were comfortable. Plugs near bed. If your not looking for 5 star, this place is a gem. Dated furniture. Brick wall at the end of balcony obscured the sea veiw depending where you are sitting. Some other apartments have rails. No cleaning equipment under sink for washing up etc. Roof pool door was locked even though we used the code? These are minor things as overall the appartments was great and value for money so can't really complain. :-)

• Martina (6/5): Tolle Lage mit Mängeln an der Ausststtung - Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer sind toll. Viele Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür. Parken war kostenlos in der Straße vor der Unterkunft möglich Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte renoviert / ausgetauscht werden. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem.

The black out curtains and the shower were soooo great! Other than the occasional loud cars / bikes on the road, it’s pretty peaceful and you hear nothing from the other rooms The booking system wasn’t clear knowing how exactly what you were booking. Like we thought we had a balcony or some kind out sea facing outside space as photos of such space was advertised on the initial booking £10 a day for a travel cot is too much, there should be no charge in my opinion. The front doors are loud and bang often Sofa bed mattress could do with being updated, it dips in the middle making some nights a bit uncomfortable.

• Jane (10/5): - Excellent location right on the beach. We travelled as a family group so had three apartments, all were clean and comfortable. Pool was grear. Communication from Miguel was excellent and he was so very kind and helpful. Reserved parking was good. Lovely stay, we will return.

We were 2nd floor with medium sized terrace that comfortably held 4 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs and still space for a towel rack and space to move around easily. Helpfu/friendlyl staff Beach, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes on doorstep but quiet in the evenings as closed by 9pm(ish). Plunge pool on roof top and sun loungers. Nerja 5 minute walk away across the beach and up the steps, super close and easy walk. ...leaving!

• Fiona (9/5): Oct/nov 2025 in Burriana - Near the beach and all amenities. Pool area was great and very few used it. Staff weŕe lovely. Burriana beach is beautiful and town of Nerja was fantastic. Would recommend the area to anyone looking for a quiet resort with plenty of restaurants. Oh and weather was delightful Quite a climb to get into old town of Nerja

• Lammert (9/5): Genoten in mooi appartement op een toplocatie - Locatie, eenvoudig maar alles aanwezig. Personeel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Dakterras ruim en goed ingericht Nvt
• Chantal (7/5): Top plek, goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding. Wij komen zeker terug als we in Nerja zijn!! - De bedden zijn goed wanneer je een topper vraagt bij de receptie. (Zonder topper niet op te slapen, dus regel dit voor jezelf). Fijne douche met goede douchestraal. Heerlijk groot balkon (zeezicht kamers, 4 persoons), prima grote keuken met wasmachine en drie pits kookplaat. Werkte allemaal prima. Waterkoker, filterkoffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Meerdere pannen. Prima keukenmateriaal. Mooi dakterras op de top met zwembadje. Schitterend uitzicht. Parkeergarage voor €15 per dag bij te boeken. Ideaal in deze straat. Overdag is het druk, in de avond zijn er voldoende gratis parkeer plekken. Hele leuke eettentjes voor de deur! Probeer er nasi bij Tapas plaza! Heerlijk!!! Je loopt zo naar het oude centrum. Receptie is deel van de dag beschikbaar. Kom je daarbuiten? Dan is er een sleutelkluis bij de voordeur. Bedjes op het strand kosten €6 per dag. -De schoonmaak. Wij zagen veel haren op de vloer. Zelf even flink met de bezem in de weer geweest. -Het matras toen we nog geen toppers hadden geregeld. (Is dus te regelen!)

• Véronique (10/5): Séjour idyllique à la plage de la Burriana - L’accueil, l’emplacement, la taille et la propreté de l’appartement, la superbe terrasse, la vue, la proximité de la plage et, étonnamment, le calme (séjour en octobre) La piscine est petite et non chauffée, mais c’est vraiment un détail
• Sandra (8/5): Wunderbare Woche im Oktober - Ruhig, direkter Blick aufs Meer, große Terrasse, Rollo am Schlafzimmerfenster, Klimaanlage. Strandhandtücher an der Rezeption vorhanden. Ideale Lage! Unterhalb zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein toller Bäcker. In der Küche gab es eine Waschmaschine, aber keine Spülmaschine.
