• Carol (5/5): Convenient for us but facilities not good - Clean. Comfy bed. Convenient location No where to put clothes ie chest of drawers or wardrobe. Impossible to do washing up as basin in shower room tiny and washing up bowl was tiny and impossible to fill. Microwave at floor level so very difficult to use

They have thought of everything and had dry robes to borrow as well - lovely touch. The only slight negative was that I didn't think the armchairs were that comfortable.

• Lukacs (10/5): - Friendly, polite, helpful host. Perfect location for walks along the sea. Modern & clean shower and bathroom. Comfortable mattress, cosy beddings, blankets, cushions, even got legrests with the armchairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette, especially grateful for Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods. There is still enough space to spread my yogamat in the room. Absolutely agree with the name given: Yes, it is COSY really. Thank you. Maybe the cars parked for the main building. Understandably, they were very close to my mini sitting out area. But who wants to sit in front of the house, when the beautiful seashore is just a 10 min walk away ? 😊

Very clean, superb host and great quiet location Nothing not to not like about it if I had to pick one think all it would be is the tiny tiny sink but I never like them so that's just me. So nothing really and I highly recommend this property

Shower door didn’t fit properly and was noisy to open and close Photos showed table and chairs in a lush garden but they were next to cars on the drive and surrounded by dead plants! We didn’t feel comfortable sitting there

• Michelle (10/5): Wonderful stay at the well located Cosy Coastal Getaway! - This property was perfect for my two night stay! It was very handy having a fridge, kettle and also brilliant coffee machine - there was also a microwave, freezer and toaster although I didn’t use them. The bed was extremely comfy, and it was nice to have an option of two chairs to sit on and watch tv. The shower was lovely and the whole place was spotless when I arrived. I’ve never seen such a brilliantly detailed welcome folder before! It had maps, directions and recommendations to local cafes, restaurants, shops and much more. Very helpful and impressive! The blinds and black out curtains were also a great touch. The location was perfect; only 15 or so minutes from the beach and you pass several lovely cafes and restaurants along the way. There’s also a Tesco and a Co Op a 10 minute walk away, and the bus stop which takes you to West Wittering beach and Chichester is very near by. I was able to park very easily near the property too. The sink in the bathroom is extremely small and makes it quite tricky to get under to wash your face (especially if like me you have long hair styled into a top knot!), or fill up the kettle etc, but it’s not a deal breaker!
• Sarah (9/5): Lovely little place and great location - The property was very clean and well kept. Everything had been considered and it was well stocked with everything we might need. The manager of the property contacted us before during and after our stay to make sure all was ok and the location was fantastic. Really quiet area but within a few minutes of the town and beach on foot. Parking right outside. The kitchenette was well stocked. Just be aware that there is no hob/stove/oven of any kind but there is a microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a little fridge freezer. The room is small but fine for two as a base for other adventures. The bathroom sink is tiny and the only place to wash up, so it’s manageable for the odd snack but not for making a full meal easily.

• Emily (9/5): Lovely seaside break! - Lovely space, has most things you need! Great location and super easy to check in / out. Loved the coffee machine and the bathroom is lovely well finished. Would love a small space to hang up a shirt or two and a bath mat in the bathroom just to stop the floor getting wet.
• John (10/5): Had a lovely stay in this accommodation the host was great as he made sure everything was ok and if you needed anything - It was in the perfect location for me it was in a lovely aera it was clean tidy and very comfortable it had all the kitchen item you would require it was cosy and warm

It's the perfect accommodation for a few nights on the coast. The hosts have included a number of really sensible personal and practical touches. The communication with the hosts was awesome and timely and entrance into the accommodation is self service - perfect. Really happy and absolutely want to stay again Not applicable - simply couldn't be better.
