• Chantel (8/5): Lovely stay, very relaxing, attentive staff :) - Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks with my Dad, all of the staff were lovely including security, rooms were clean and complementary tea and coffee stations were a nice touch. Breakfast was good particularly on a Sunday when they had a brunch with more local cuisine although could do with having a few more options for vegetarian/vegan and some alternative milks. Location wise you couldn't really walk from the hotel into the town centre, but there was easy access to taxis and very affordable mini buses although it was a bit confusing at first.

The walk up is difficult for older people also the bathroom sliding door was very difficult to close. A box of tissues in the room would be nice. A towel hanger closer to the shower area is needed

Broken tiles strange smell balcony had no tiles accumulated a green cast on the floor accommodation not fit door lock would not work . Engineer tried to fix but still not working couldn’t use the swipe card was using keys to get in and out . Same as the above
• Bert (3/5): Horrible experience - The food in the restaurant was decent. Where to begin? Staff that seems unable to smile, prefers to play with their phone and often neglect or ignore people trying to order. A bar lady that openly mocks guests and is rude. The bed sheets were stained. The toilet was broken and not repaired, even when I asked 3 times. From the 5 days I stayed, on two days there was no housekeeping. I had a very early checkout and reception was abandoned. Eventually somebody showed up after the security guy went looking. I could give 10 more reasons never to go to Parc Rayne again. Horrible experience.

• Guitri (8/5): We had a nice time stay in here. - The service of this stuff, it's a breakfast. Was great, you get good tips from the staff. What is good of the food and things like that. We had a nice day stay there. The only thing is the room we stay in the shower. My head is coming offer. And the TV you couldn't see nothing properly on it. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I did not like the taxi service. That's what you guys use. They gave you one prize over the phone. And then when you'll read to destination, they gave you a different price, they are not very reliable.

• Naresha (1/5): Never stayed and wouldn’t bother to either - Absolutely nothing It was raining the guard was sleeping, had to walk in the rain at 12am to check in but no receptionist, 20 mins later she came out didn’t gave an excuse why she wasn’t present in the first place, she gave us a room with dirt all over the ground, dusty, garbage all over the room, a broken tv lying on a bed tjat wasn’t even made up and had no bed sticking on it. Had to leave immediately, receptionist looked like she needed help herself. Couldn’t stay there!

• Carricatti (8/5): Muy buen lugar para quedarse por trabajo! Algunos detalles, pero mejor que algunos grandes del pais! - El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado. No es el caos central de Georgetown, aunque esta muy cerca del centro, y tienes acceso al resto del area de manera muy sencilla. El desayuno aunque muy simple, es muy bueno! Apto para paladares un poco mas internacionales y no tanto locales (como en los otros hotels), y esto se aprecia mucho, ya que mezclan bien su cultura culinaria con lo internacional. Habitaciones comodas, y ame el Coffe Bar incluido para huespedes! Esto es un plus definitivamente. Volvere, y mi equipo de trabajo vendra aqui igualmente. El desayuno aunque bueno, esta muy limitado. Pudieran agregar un poco mas de frutas y un poco mas de quesos. Lamentablemente el agua NO esta incluida en el desayuno, cosa que no tiene sentido ni logica. Te obligan a pagarla. Esto no deberia ser asi para un hotel con desayuno incluido.

Most of the other hotels I stayed at the staff seemed like they didn't want to be but at Parc Rayne it was such a delight interacting with them. The free breakfast was delicious. Some other hotels in Georgetown need to take note of how a proper breakfast is done like at Parc Rayne. I recommend this hotel. I can't complain about anything. A constructive feedback would be to add some cookies and other light baked goods by thd tea/coffee station.

• Roger (8/5): It was a great stay the reception and bar staff was helpful to my every need - I like the ambiance of the facility; I love the room I was in although I think it was above the kitchen so you can smell the good food cooking from in the bathroom That the maid service wasn’t good at all they keep forgetting to put things back into the room; they didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand what you saying; but they either forget the towels, the products or even changing the sheets on the bed

• Candy (7/5): Overall, it was affordable clean, and the location was great. I would definitely work on customer service experience. co - It was clean and a very convenient location. I didn’t get to use all of the amenities, but the bar the Security, the dining room and the hotel itself was very accommodating. The staff could be a lot more friendly. I had interactions with a few people, and I must say that the servers, the bartender and the security guard were the friendliest people that I met there. The receptionist and some of the other dining staff could work on their customer service. Lastly, The menu could use some more supervision. The pepper pot… I only received bones. The images are attached below, the bake was too sweet and the spinach was too salty. I could not complete and had to purchase food elsewhere.

When on vacation I don’t want to eat a bunch of bar food. And they can update the facility. Things are looking a bit run down and dingy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Taxi service from the hotel was a challenge at times. Going up steps with suitcases can be difficult.

• Michelle (4/5): While the generally quiet atmosphere and pleasant, helpful staff were huge pluses, the room was disappointing and affect - Quiet location, parking and very helpful staff. The living room and verandah are a nice touch. The stale scent of the room (not sure if it was the carpeting) and discovery of stained sheets beneath the duvet. I also wished the dinner menu had more options as I was too exhausted on arrival to look elsewhere.
