Kyomy (6/5): The stay was nice apart from the property not being clean - N/A The property was not clean properly at all. The plates and cutlery in the kitchen were dirty with food and stains on them. There was a damp smell in the master bedroom and a big whole in the wall behind the door. Behind the bathroom door there were brown stains on the door. The floors made so much noise when you walked across them and would crack and creek. My stay was short and the property did what needed to, it was nicely decorated and cosy. When I spoke to a member of staff on arrival via phone it was a male and he was rude and dismissive when asked about the parking space in front of the property.
