The condo was sparing, not even coffee in the kitchen. Noisy refrigerator kept me awake.

Receptionists couldn’t find us tissues. Had to ask for extra TP and told them about bathroom fan being constantly on but was never fixed.

We reserved a king suite, but for a queen room. (I'm assuming it was a queen room, there is no way that was a King size bed) Could never find anyone at the front desk, so just dealt with it. TV never worked. Again couldn't find anyone at the front desk. Just dealt with it. Parking was horibble and $20 per night, but that's pretty much everywhere in that area. Can't say I'd stay tin that area again.

• Christopher (7/5): Good Accommodations Close to the Ferry - Just a short walk from the ferry. Close to local shops and restaurants. Clean room with a nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. My only complaint was that I paid extra for a room with an "ocean view". Although this was technically true, the view was mostly obscured by the buildings on either side. Had I known that's what it was, I would have just opted for the regular room. Not upset, just wasn't worth the extra charge.

On the other hand, the room was well furnished (but smaller than I expected) and the kitchen area was nice. Free washer and dryer down the hallway. For whatever reason, checkout was very slow. The manager said there were problems with Expedia. No surprise there.

The blackberry festival was at our front door and entering but unexpected.

I received one that had a great view overlooking the inlet. It was very quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and downtown.

Plus the market attached to building was convenient along with the location of the hotel The elevators and hallways always had either a weird smell or a bad smell most of the time. We struggled with the parking garage situation in the beginning. Staff isn’t 24/7 so if we needed help for anything we had to wait till the next morning. Lastly the hotel didn’t have a gym that was free of use you had to pay to use the YMCA.

• Duncan (8/5): An unexpected gem that I’d like to keep to myself but the hotel (and the staff) deserve recognition. - Overall, the hotel far exceeded my expectations which was a pleasant surprise. I’d definitely stay there again without hesitation. Really clean hotel, and my room had great view of the marina. WiFi was good. Plenty of TV options. Convenient location. I booked several rooms because I was traveling with coworkers. Not all of the rooms that were listed as having a water view actually had a water view. It was also very easy to hear any noise going on outside (like the construction dumpster which apparently gets emptied around 5:30am every day).

• Dexter (10/5): Spotlessly clean and comfortable - Absolutely loved this place. Quickly greeted by desk staff who welcomed us and quickly processed the necessary information. The room was clean, spotless and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was excellent but had two remotes. While there isn't an attached restaurant, there is a well stocked market within walking distance. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and it is located about 1 minute away from the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. The view of the harbor was excellent and there is a walking path along the harbor. The USS Taylor Joy (a USN destroyer from the Vietnam era) is now an educational ship moored within a 3 minute walk.

• Chinyere (5/5): Decent, but needs improvements! - Loved the ease of check-in/entry/parking. The view is impeccable, close walking distance to area bars restaraunts, movie theaters and shopping. A short quick walk to the ferry to seattle is a plus! HATED the difficulty of operating the thermostat which made our comfortability miserable. Heating the room was next to impossible. We had to purchase a heater in order to warm ourselves while sleeping. The amount of money paid for the rooms should definitely be spent on heating upgrades. Very disappointed in the lack of warmth the system provided, especially during these cold months. Also, do not expect for an iron/ironing board. Very inconvenient, again to obtain a simple amenity when it is listed as available. Luckily, maintenance personnel were available and let us borrow theirs, otherwise we would have been without.

Nice kitchenette, luckily we brought our own coffee. The room does have a waterview, but only if you stand in the corner of the room. There is only one chair to relax in.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - When i first got to my room, it was a nightmare. The cleaning cart was in the room, pop cans on the floor, and mop in the tub. I got ahold of Stephen, and he came all the way in from Silverdale to take care of things. The man went out of his way and did such a great job to make things right. Thank you. Give that man a raise pls.

• Tamara (4/5): For the cost of the room, I would have expected a few amenities like Kleenex, coffee, and tea OR a continental breakfast - The location was great. The view was nice. The room was clean. The staff was kind. The refrigerator was big for a mini fridge. I was there 4 nights. The tv didn’t work the entire time, except for 20-30 minutes at a time. They need blackout curtains as the blinds let in light from outdoor lighting. No carpeting. There was no hairdryer, no washing machine, no iron/ironing board … all as advertised.
• Kristina (9/5): Superb - The unit was absolutely beautiful. It was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well prepared for my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I will certainly share my experience with everyone! The only concern I had was there were no clear instructions on how to get out of the parking garage. I paid $10 for the overnight, but turned in all keys in the return key box because there were no staff available at 930 AM. When I tried to leave the parking garage I realized I had nothing to prove I had paid for parking and nothing to get me out. I had to actually print a ticket and pay for parking again! :( May be a good idea to let guests know how to avoid this in the future.

• Barb (7/5): I’d likely choose a different location next time. - The room had a small view of the Marina. There wasn’t any coffee in the room, or the lobby. You have to bring your own. The AC unit was oddly placed in the bedroom space making it challenging to get into the bed from both sides.

It says a water view but that meant from the very right corner of the room you could see some water. No cleaning service during my stay. 3 towels and 3 washcloths for 2 people for 6 nights. One thin role of toilet paper. One thin role of paper towels. No Kleenex. It’s the Seattle area so I would’ve liked some coffee in the room. There’s a market down stairs where I bought coffee. Tossed afterwards because I didn’t wanna have a mess in my luggage. Coffee maker in the room is a pot and not Kcup. Which is fine. An umbrella by the door or a place to hang jackets would be nice as well. Again this is the Seattle area so plenty of rain during our stay.

• Gregory (2/5): - Rented for 2 nights with my son in July 2024. Communication was good for check-in as this is a condo style building with rental units. Our unit had dirty dishes in the sink, unclean counters no bedding and only a small window with no AC. The manager came and agreed it was unacceptable and helped us move our belongings back out to the car. I was told I would get a refund and received approx 2/3. The accountant who I was directed to discuss the remaining refund did not return my message.

• David (10/5): Our Marina Square Fleethouse experience - David from Ohio wrote : Building was clean,new,well appointed well taken care of,Decorated very well. Staff are super friendly,professional, and made sure everything was ready to go for our arrival.We stayed at the Fleethouse at Marina Square. Outstanding amenities and in a very nice location.Room was well appointed and everything was so new and so well decorated. We had our own kitchen ,bath etc. Fresh Market and parking garage in same building is very convenient. ( Can u say great wine selecction? Yes, please!) Very close to many attractions,shops,restaurants,antique stores and the Salt and Sage massage studio ( Appointment only) which I hear the owner Taryn is very well liked professional who brings her expertise and it just ties into the whole experience of visiting marina square and have a great start to explore the kitsap peninsula. Theres also a small cute garden next to the Massage studio . Its a private residence but the ownerdoesn'tt mind you looking around. If u see him say hi. He gave us some fresh basil and rosemary for free since i told him we were making pasta and he let us pet his cats haha. A 5 min walk to bremerton ferry terminal where you can take the walk on ferry ( also wheelchair accessible)or drive your vehicle on for an amazing experience of going to seattle for the day. Or just stay here and go on the boardwalk and see the USS Turner Joy Naval Destroyer Active police patrol the area at all hours so safety is a good feeling here. Lastly. Enjoy yourself. The experience will be worth it. We will definitely be back next month and stay longer while we property shop in the area. I don't have any complaints or dislikes as far as the room or building. The parking garage is a bit of a tight squeeze getting in and out as well as the parking spaces in the garage. Just drive in/out very slow and you should be fine.

• Cindy (3/5): What we received was a quickly assembled room that was never cool over a 4 day stay - Bed was comfortable We paid for a waterview but got a streetview. The room had a small portable A/C that blew on the bed; the bed was the only cool place in the room. There was zero staff and no housekeeping. The street noise was loud until late. All of this during high season temps. No coffee in the lobby; there was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee...
• Paul (6/5): - What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room is suitable up to 400 sq ft but the room is almost 500 sq ft. When we visited here during the heat wave, it did not do a good job of cooling the room. What I do like: - Room itself is beautiful and filled with modern appliances and esthetics. It was clean and the small kitchen was super useful. - The best aspect is its location with walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The boardwalk is nice for taking a stroll and watching boats sail by. The ferry to Seattle is also right by this place so it’s super convenient to be able to get to that side of town. - There is a mini grocery store on-site with an abundance of items at reasonable prices. Overall, I give this place 3 stars. I think once the transition is complete, most of the problems I mentioned should get fixed.
