Поламані меблі ,бруд,стійкий неприємний запах,волосся, нігті ,брудна постільна білизна під час заселення. Несправний душ, під час купання вся вода витікає просто в коридор. Повна відсутність шумоізоляції.Під вікнами розташований бар, в якому музика грає до ранку. На прохання повернути гроші за проживання, персонал запропонував викликати клінінг🤷
• Petr (8/5): Great place in the heart of Larnaca – ideal for those who want to be in the middle of the action - Great location right in the heart of Larnaca – just a few steps from the beach, bars, and main attractions. Excellent communication with the host and easy access to everything you might need during your stay. Perfect choice if you want to experience the city to the fullest and have everything within reach. The apartment had a slight musty smell, but it disappeared after airing out. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. If you’re looking for total peace and quiet, it’s better to stay a bit further from the city center.

• Karel (4/5): Huge disappointment. Their old site had 7.8/10. - We liked the size of the apartment. Plus, the kitchen was solidly equipped. It was close to the beach. The location of the whole house is not good at all. It is located next to the noisy bars. Plus, the shared halls and stairs of other apartments looked so shabby and dirty. The elevator was made in the 1980s in Russia I guess. There was also a sofa thrown in to the stairs between floor 1 and 2. The view from the balcony was also terrible. There were many pigeons and their stool on the wall just 2 meters from the balcony. The clothes hanger was damaged, The interior of the apartment was not cleaned very well, we also received one towel that was visibly dirty with the shoe print on it. The washing mashine was full of mold. The company that runs this apartment (kind of Cyprus Airbnb) wanted extra 4 euro for the additional pair of the towels. What a shame. The water drainage of the shower was also not cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves. Plus, we had an extremely big problem with the electricity - there was probably a broken main circuit breaker that we had to turn on again multiple times. It was really annoying. Eventually it was fixed, but it really ruined at least three of our evenings. There are old metal shelfs in the bedrooms that look absolutely cheap and inappropriate for the apartment too.
