• elie (7/5): Bonne emplacement avec personnelle réactif - Bonne appartement avec personnel réactif malheureusement au bout du 2eme jour on avait plus du tout de réseaux à la maison et ça jusqu’à la fin même avec intervention de technicien, il y peuvent rien mais bon c’est dommage que ça baisse un peu la note sinon le reste rien à dire

• Soča (10/5): - Za studio je bilo odlično. Čistoča in oprema je bila odlična. Mogoče sem pogrešala samo ( džezvo) manjšo posodo za kuhanje kave.😊 Studio nima razgleda niti balkona. Ker smo samo prespali, nismo niti pogrešali.

• Merle (8/5): Fijn, schoon en mooi appartement! Mocht je willen koken dan aan te raden zelf wat spullen mee te nemen. - Het is een fijn appartement. Een grote ruimte voor de prijs. Met een prima keuken, badkamer en heerlijk bed. Het is enorm schoon! Het ligt een stuk van de stad af dus daar moet je rekening mee houden maar voor deze prijs…. Niet alle keukenartikelen zijn er.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Gorąco polecam - Bardzo czysto, wygodnie i przyjemnie. Apartament bardzo ładnie i funkcjonalnie urządzony, idealny dla pary. Wszelkie udogodnienia - mikrofalówka, pralka, suszarka do ubrań, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Łazienka wygodna, nowoczesna, nowy prysznic, schludnie i czysto. Jedyny mankament to zapach z odpływu, ale szybko wywietrzał, pewnie apartament był nieużywany przez jakiś czas. W apartamencie czajnik, herbata i kawa. No i lokalizacja korzystna, spokojne osiedle, jest gdzie zaparkować, ale jednocześnie wszędzie blisko i dobrze skomunikowany.

• Camille (7/5): Bon logement pour 2 ou 3 nuits à Spit - - studio propre, bien équipé et assez grand pour y passer quelques nuits à deux - hôte accueillant : échanges par WhatsApp - place de parking dans la rue - machine à laver avec étendoir (cela nous a bien servi !) - arrivée indépendante, très pratique - le lit grince un peu du côté gauche - la lumière du jour nous a malheureusement réveillé. Il y a des rideaux occultants face au lit mais une vitre sur la porte laisse passer la lumière. - quelques bruits du voisinage - un peu loin du centre-ville mais cela se fait en bus

• Kannidta (9/5): - The apartment is very clean Stuff was so nice There’s no gloves for cooking so it’s a bit hard to cook something in oven but overall is fine.
• Zoe (9/5): - Brilliant facilities, provided everything we needed, particularly for the kitchen. Also the air conditioning worked really well. My partner accidentally left his hoodie in the apartment when we checked out, and the hosts very kindly arranged to post it back to us, which we really appreciated! We found that the hot water for the shower ran out quite quickly, after about 10 minutes - not sure if this is the result of a tank system or something else.

• Fermín (9/5): - Alojamiento súper cómodo y con todos los útiles necesarios. Está a unos 10 minutos del centro en transporte público, la parada más cercana esta a 4-5 minutos andando. No dispone con plaza de parking como tal pero sí que tiene asignado un espacio en la acera frente a la puerta en el alojamiento lo que viene genial si te mueves en coche.

• Thomas Faust (7/5): Appartement in guter Lage mit kleinen Mängeln - Die Lage ist günstig, Supermarkt fußläufig in der Nähe und mit einem Bolt ist man für 5 Euro in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Das Appartement ist abgesehen von den beschriebenen Mängeln sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Küche, neues Bad, guter Fernseher. Die Beschreibung bei Booking.com entspricht nach unserer Meinung nicht der Realität! Einen Bergblick gibt es nicht, eigentlich gibt es gar keinen Blick, weil man aus keinem Fenster etwas sehen kann. Und eine Terrasse ist zwar vorhanden, aber total ungepflegt und ohne Mobiliar. Das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratze ist durchgelegen und sehr weich.

When we needed anything, we contacted the hosts and they responded very soon and even brought us some fresh towels in between. :-) We can definitely recommend booking this apartment for a budget-friendly trip to Split!!

• Shuyi (9/5): Pleasant and had no major issue - The host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment well decorated, parking provided, we had everything we needed. We could order take away from Wolt straight away. The duvet was not clean, it came with a flat sheet, not duvet cover, so we had to look at the yellow spots, not very pleasant. With this price I expect to sleep in a cleanish state so I don’t need to wake up at night to check if that duvet is touching my body. Washing machine was also not the cleanest, but only because it’s old and there is yellow limescale.

Host Silvia very friendly. Apartment new refurnished with kitchen and air condition, very clean. Terrace on the way to be prepared for sitting outside.

• Ildikó (7/5): Good - The room was comfortable. The host was very helpful although I only met her boyfriend. The location is very bad, far from the old town where parking is impossible. We had real trouble in moving around Split. The neighborhood is very bad, in front of the door there is a garbage dumpster, and the building itself is also not very welcoming. I was shocked when I realized we arrived at the given address.
• Tiiu (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartment on a quiet neighborhood. Apartment can easily be reached with a taxi from the city center. Also, the owner was very helpful with everything.
• Rachael (9/5): Excellent value for money with a clean and convenient apartment. - Property was very clean and convenient with all the amenities you could want and the apartment was excellent value for money. The arrival was really good with specifics on how to find the property and how to check in. The apartment having all amenities to enable you to be self sufficient whilst on holiday was very good. Area was quiet and peaceful so very comfortable nights sleep. Local shop at the bottom of the road was very handy. Buses to and from the airport was a short walk away and into Split/ local towns which made it very easy to get too and from the airport and a very low price. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. The location was further out so is a good walk into Split however with lots of buses in close proximity it would be very easy to use public transport. Some additional information on how to use some of the amenities and local map may have helped with familiarity of the apartment and location.
• Małgorzata (10/5): We recommend this flat :) - What a wonderful stay we had at the flat. You can reach the center of Split - Riva easily by bus or by Uber from here. The flat has all the facilities one needs!!!! It’s clean and nicely decorated! Nearby you will find supermarkets, fast food bars and bakeries.

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. The view of the mountain from the apartment was breathtaking, and the small smoking area was a nice touch. Additionally, it was very convenient that we were able to use the private parking spaces, as we were traveling by car. Overall, the experience was very positive and we would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you so much!
